The worker Johnson was very rude he yelled at me when I asked for some coffee the only reason why I asked 2 times is because it says on the website they have a coffee shop. He raised his voice like he wanted to fight .Then going to tell me there is a store right there go buy some. Wow like complementary items don't exist for a good experience in just relaxing for the day. I hope they fire him . I would never do that at my job I have bills to pay apparently he doesn't. Poor thing had overalls on like givinge the country vibe looks like he says yeeha sometimes. Justice for the people who interact with him but the girl in the evening was so helpful and sweet . She looks mixed love her. She doesn't let anything bother her. But overall I like great hotel cheap price go stay. Store very close You have to get the king suit for a better experience.

This hotel is filthy and needs to be shut down. No sheets, blankets had burn holes in them. Bathrooms were covered in brown stuff. Sink was also covered in brown stuff and there were holes in the wall. Absolutely no refunds were given even though we tried two different rooms. There were bugs on the picture frame above the bed. The service here is lousy and the pictures are not pictures of the rooms.

Not recommended. I wish I have take pictures. I walked into room and could not take it. People walking with masks in hotel walk ways. Problem lights, broken curtain. Dark, dark everywhere. I would not recommend unless you can’t afford anything else. Super not even a mile down is much better place.

This is the dirtiest, grossest, bug infested facility I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. I had to switch rooms at check-in because there was blood on the pillowcase and roaches in the room. I switched to another room where there were roaches as well but clean sheets. Praise God there wasn't any bedbugs. This whole building needs to be condemned. If you need a super cheap place to stay, I recommend camping outside as opposed to this. At least outside you can camp somewhere without an active infestation. 0/10 would never recommend, and I intend on contacting the state of Louisiana and have them inspect this place because there is no way this can be legal?? If you come from our of state like me, SPLURGE AND SPEND AT LEAST 60 ON A HOTEL ROOM; NEVER EVER GET A CHEAP/DISCOUNTED ROOM IN LOUSIANA!! Thankful it's only one night and our belongings didn't get infested.

One of the grossest, most run down places I have ever been. The pictures speak for themselves. Black mold in the windows, paint on the TV, the shower poured all night long, 1 and a half pillows, burn holes, stains, key card was not even from that location, pool was FILTHY, no indoor pool, didn't even have ICE ... They even took the lightbulbs out of the lamps. The best renovation that this place could get, would be a wrecking ball. Instead, they were bringing in bleach and painting the mold. Room keys for a completely different motel/hotel. You will feel like you need a bath somewhere else if you stay here. There is no BBB or something to CONDEMN this place ???

The first room had no fridge. The tub has rust or blood stains in it. The ceiling between the bathroom and bed was sagging. Tried a second room and it was worst! The fridge didn’t work and was dirty. The bathroom has a roach infestation. We turned on the light and they scattered!!! We weren’t even in the 2 rooms more than 10 mins total. They refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE. Worst place ever!!!

If I could give it negative stars I would. This place is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. We didn’t even stay the night and found somewhere else. If you’re allergic to cigarettes and cigarette smoke, do not stay here! The have “non smoking” rooms but that doesn’t mean anything. My husband use to be a smoker and is mostly nose blind to the smell of it now and this place gave him a headache from how bad it was.

Run and Run .Nothing like the pictures. Get here the lobby is hot no ac , no pool look like it been broke for year ,smell bad , bathroom or sink does not work , no garage can .they said check in at 3 but had to wait till 4 and no refund . We most of the time have good reviews with booking but will never paid for a room still I see it . Beds are broken .no pillow , sheet and comforter are stain , burns and matress and bed Frame broken. Staircase are dirty and garage in the hallway , carpet look dirt and stain .no remote for the TV. Furniture is tore and night stand and Furniture is dirt . Door and glass to the floor broken .

I would normally give 0 stars to this if I had a choice but the extra star was for the sweet maid and front desk ladies, they really made our stay much better. There were no working lights, no towels, the TV kept sliding down because it had no stand, blood on the mattresses and wall and lampshades, no fitted sheets or comforters so if u don't have ur own blankets good luck, footprints on the walls, used drug straws left behind, it was by far the most disgusting place I've stayed in, but I swear the 2 women working there were extremely sweet and I give them 5 stars on the employees I dealt with, minus the fake GM who claimed she was GM but was not, the actual GM is great and so was the housekeeper lady!

The only 2 good things I can say is the staff member was very nice and the ac was very cold. Other than that, it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room worn down, roaches in the bathroom, no pillows on the beds, it appeared to be a bullet hole in the glass window above my room, yellow feces in the hallway with flys on it and it smelled very old. I could not stay the whole night.

Walked in to a sewage smell that wouldn't go away. Felt like it was sticking to my clothes. Anyway, I think the hotel is accommodating low income housing too. The hotel is damn near on its last leg. The room they gave us looked like it was set for a murder scene. Water on the floor from the small mini fridge flooded the floor as we opened the door. So we quickly turned around and dropped that key back off..and got reservations at another hotel in bossier city. DONT WASTE YOUR $$..GAS TO EXPENSIVE!!!

The staff was courteous, however the room itself was horrible. I didn't see insects, however, it was dirty. Occupants were loud, and I could not sleep. I would never bring my kids and family here. Windows were smashed. Doors in bad shape and did not close properly.

VERY BAD!!!Do not stay here..will be reporting to the health inspector… yes it’s cheap but have some dignity in your business, looks like they just remade the previous guest bed!!disgusting!!!the manager said “this is a clean room and everybody has their version of clean” apparently I’m wrong, what you think??Smells horrible like mold or something rotten!!!caused breathing issues, he said it was cleaning supplies, multiple broken glass doors. No ice machines, laundry and pool is closed !!!The best place about the this place is when you leave !!!Very shady P.O.S place … beware. You have been warned!!! Oh yea. No refund. No matter what!!! Unpleasant smell when you first get there, yelling, cursing all day and night, whole staff is on drugs. Man across the hall works at the hotel and has access to every room and has stolen out of our room twice that we know of. We asked the black lady at the front desk to rewind the cameras and she refused and when everyone was confronted, they all worked together to put my bf out, following him to the room with our daughter being confrontational! (No place for kids) They are all corrupt!!!

Don't waste your time stopping in this places is absolutely nothing like they show in Google maps. I get the room around 6:32 pm and I was ready to go afte 30min. And i was to the reception and explaining my disappointment from the room and the only think they said was we don't do refunds. The scam me, TV doesn't work ,don't have microwave , the bed I pretty sure broke, no coffee maker, doesn't have refrigerator. And the hold place smells. One star is too much for this places

I booked my room a month in advance for a triple deluxe room, they downgraded me to a single bed king. Didn't want to fix it. There's absolutely no refunds. They keep the doors outside doors open all night so you don't feel very safe, crack heads roaming. Definitely do not book this hotel especially if you are travelling with kids. The whole hotel smells like mold. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub. The curtains don't close all the way, and if you want the tv on you have to unplug the microwave or fridge. No pillows and the ones they do have are flat and hurt your neck

This place needs to be condemned. We booked through Expedia and arrived after dark. The parking lot was dark. Every door was propped open. Hallway smelled like thick smoke. There were dirty towels and trash on the floor. Bathroom looked nasty with tiles falling off. We were literally scared for our lives. They will not do refunds, but we did not stand around fighting for one either. Felt like a lot of illegal activities were taking place. Will be reading reviews before ever booking again. Negative 10 stars would be too high.

The place was bug infested, bad service the room we was in was dirty and not clean etc. Only good thing about it is they was nice and helpful. Would not recommend

This place is trash. Burn it down! Not safe nasty and even the clerk is a heroin addict. Both beds in room were broken. Cigarette butt on the floor, flies cruising over the sink, smelled horrible, cops didnt feel safe either. You will be catfished going here based on google pics. Stay away!!!!

Run! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No washcloths. No towels. No trash cans. The floors are sticky and your shoes make noisy every step you take. The remote has no batteries. The refrigerator door falls off. It was AWFUL. I am so glad my kid was not with me. The cops were there several times. Just pay a little more and be safe!

The staff here are amazing. They were all very welcoming and friendly. Everyone was very helpful. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I haven't slept this good in a long time. Will definitely come back if I am ever in Shreveport again.

This place was absolutely disgusting The staff was rude the room looked like somebody had already been in it there was bugs mold torn mattresses crack ceilings people fighting in the hallways and in the room next door to us and it seemed super shady not very well lit at all there was only one light bulb and our entire room we went in talk to the management and they were rude then we left. We also called for a refund only for them to hang up on us and never call back.

I stayed there left my phone on my bed. Came back and it was gone. I talked to the front desk. Come to find out housekeeping stole my phone. Management wasn't very helpful and don't even get me started on the "security guard". If you stay don't leave anything of value in your room. Just a suggestion

First of all I suppose you get what you pay for. This place was dirty from the get go. I have never seen such a dirty hotel. But, for a hotel to be roach infested... goes beyond you get what you pay for. Also, having to walk what seemed like 10 blocks to get to your and then to see roaches crawling on the walls and coming up from the drains.. I won't be staying there again.

One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Reminded me way too much of my junkie era. If you need a cheap place to turn tricks and shoot dope this place is for you. If you just need a room cause you’re just in town visiting you’d be more comfortable sleeping in your car. The girl at the desk is nice though. Give her a raise cause she’s the one redeeming quality of this sess pool.

Clean? No. Breakfast? No. Roaches? No. Crime? No, parking lots have cameras. Rooms are huge but very run down. The only real annoyance was the smelly green water I had to shower in. Consider bringing a gallon of distilled water to finish with or maybe you'll smell like a fish. They really need more towels , bigger ones, but hey it was just me . No hair dryer

If there was less than 1 star I would leave it. Disgusting. Smelled like sewage. The air conditioner was broken. The glass doors were shattered. Cops were everywhere. We walked in the room, it was covered in water. The walls were gross. The beds were gross. The carpet was black from dirt. We left. I'll take the loss on the money!

This place is a dump needed a place to stay for one night while my big truck was being repaired. The room had cockroaches,no TV remote,bed uncomfortable,the toilet wouldn't flush n the list goes on. Just letting you good people out there this place isn't the place to rest.

We should have realized things were bad when it took at least 10 minutes for someone to even show up at the front desk. We aren't picky but we do like clean. We reserved two rooms for my family to stay a quick night in. As we walk into the room the door wasn't closed. Still looked passed that part too. The hallway to the rooms looked like it was being fixed up. As we went into the room we noticed it didn't have a couch like was stated for a child to sleep on. The floor was very sticky with something. Things were broken. No toilet paper or towels. The bed looked like it was already slept in with only a top sheet and a very light blanket. My sister's room had a gross cigarette in the tub like someone had smoked there and left it. All while we were trying to figure out how to make the rooms work the fire alarm went off. When my brother and I went to the front desk for a refund we were told they would have to talk to the manager who was not there. When asked about the fire alarm the person at the front desk said to be thankful it was working. I have called several times this last week to try and talk to someone about a refund they keep hanging up on me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone even if it is for a quick stay.
