Amazing spa located on the 7th floor of the Grand Central Space hotel. This is probably one of the nicest I’ve been. You need to call and book ahead for the massage. It’s very reasonably priced as I had a 90 massage and onsen for only 1600 baht. The area is very clean and tranquil. There’s a women and a men side. For those who are you shy, you can ask for underwear so you’re not exposed. No need to bring anything as the provide everything such as shorts and shirts, towels etc. There are various onsen pools. There’s a milk bath, soda bath, hot spring, jetted pool, cold plunge, steam and sauna rooms. You can even get body scrub for an extra cost. Massage was great too. I was brought into a private room but there’s two beds so can share a partner massage. Just an amazing experience. I slept well that night having had sleepless nights. The pools must have released any toxins from me. Highly recommended if you’re feeling fatigued.

Did the dream package(foot, hand, should and back massage). The environment is comfortable, new, Luxury, and the scene smells good and relax. The service is good and professional. We love the mango sticky rice and the pandan water and the crunchy rolls. Will go there again to try the onsen.

A premium massage place located within the Grande Center Point Hotel. We didn't try the onsen service here but came for the one hour foot massage. The service was great. Also love the lounge area where you can enjoy the complimentary Thai crispy coconut snacks (Tong Muan) and herbal drinks while enjoying the view of Pattaya. It can be crowded during the weekend so booking is recommended.

The sauna and steam room are not hot enough. The cold bath is not cold enough and small. They close the curtain at 6 PM, which block the view. The jet bath stops quickly and unable to restart. There is no open air space. No resting space inside the bath area. I woudn't come again.

This Osen was brand new in August 2022 8 months later it's still new looking with high cleaning standards, the steam room has a nice smell and dry sauna has the timber smell, all the pools have temperature gauge on them. The view in the day is wonderful and makes the place feel bigger. At night the binds are closed so its Best to go in the day. Update December 2023 photos added, very clean and well maintained. Worth a visit, come in the day to see the views, while enjoying the sauna and pools.

The pricing at 1350 baht for the massage and onsen seems steep for Thailand, especially considering other places offer comparable massages at around 500 baht. Our disappointment began with a booking discrepancy – originally scheduled for 3 pm, the reception mentioned 5 pm but adjusted to 3.30 pm. Unfortunately, we ended up waiting an hour for our 3pm appointment, receiving our massage at 4 pm. This delay affected our plans, leaving insufficient time for the onsen. Overall, the experience at Let's Relax was disappointing, and we'd prefer exploring alternatives with better service and price.

I love this spa and onsen so much! It is always a must stop for my girlfriend and I when we arrive to Pattaya! The services are all done incredibly well and the establishment is very beautiful and well maintained! I will most definitely be back and I can recommend this place to everyone!

I booked the room with the hotel and paid for add on with 1 day pass. My 12 years old daughter loves it, it was amazing and so relaxing. We fell asleep almost 30 mins on the wooden pillow in the stone bath room. It was our first time, we didn’t know what do to but the staffs were really helpful. We walked out felt so good physically and mentally.

Might be the best Let's Relax in Thailand? Though you have to pay an extra 875 bahts for onsen, it is worth it.

Enjoy many styles of Onsen pool here. Also tried dream package from my last visit. Very good service and will visit there again once I stay at Grande Center point Space

Super bad service. Bought a voucher and contacted 1 day in advance to make a reservation but outlet did not respond until the next day and say they are unable to fulfil the booking as it is on the same day. Blame it on the customer when it is their fault that they are not on the job.

Lovely place where I go every time I am in Pattaya. It's great that there are almost no people, you can relax and unwind. Excellent massage therapists.
