Firs of all, when we came nobody came to take the order from us we waited for like 30min, ant the fact that there was like 3 customers in the whole place. Then we came to the bar to order and the waiters were very disturbed that we asked to take our order. Second of all, the food was berely cooked, the meat was raw and onions were so fresh that you could just feel your eyes burning, and there was like half of plate of them. Third of all, there was no tissues. Would not recommend this place at all.

Visited on 18 Sep 2020 at 1PM. The first waiter woman was very rude. However another one which served meals nice lady. Meal disgusting. No way to eat it. Oily, meat tasteless, pancakes had soft oily consistency. Have been eating here before, used to be fine food.

I saw a lot of negative comments here, but I can only agree a little bit with waiting time and waiters work. We got the food pretty fast, but menus and the bill can be faster, because not so much people was that day there. We ordered Fried Cheese Balls, Hot Hotchpotch Soup and Potato Dumplings with meat (Cepelinai). All this dishes was good and tasty. As we see on the nearest tables, people also was satisfied with their food.

Terrible attitude. When we came waitress acted like does not see us. Tables were free, but was not interested in having us.

Not good restaurant. When we came there were no waiter and we had to wait 20 minutes before being recognised and given the menus. The food took 30 minutes to arrive and when we got the food it was not good. I cannot recommend this place!

Katpedele is our family choice each time we are visiting Lithuania. Good food quality with understandable taste. This is not like lurury restaurant, but this is very good place to get tasty food. Highly recommended.

We were 2 guests from Latvia. There was warm beer (but it was changed with more chill but not cold). Quality of food is not so good. Schnitzel is okay but vegetables are slimy. And you should speak lithuanian not English to be understood. English speakers go next door please. Nothing to enjoy here.

We’ve had a chicken Kiev and cepelinai at this place. Surprisingly it was OK! Complimentary mushroom sauce seemed a bit watery, so didn’t enjoyed it too much. My biggest issue was that the place is very cold! I suppose it’s because it’d located next to the ice skating rink.

The waiting time of the waiter is 30 minutes, then we moved to a table closer to the entrance and another waitress paid attention to us and quickly accepted the order, although there were the most customers in this part. Why didn't the waiter pay attention to us in that part of the hall where the children's play area is, the question remains!?

The service not great at all, rude staff members. I stood waiting if they will show me to the table, was ignored for ages then one of them asked what I want in a rude way, then waited for menu long time. Food was nice, soup was a bit too fat but tasted nice, potato pancakes were nice- too oily but still tasty, Cheese strudel was very very nice!

Huge lack of staff as me, my wife and our 3 month old daughter where standing and waiting to be seated but nobody came to us until we asked on our own. Same was with ordering food. Food was good.

Worst place I ever been in my city. Yes I live in this country but the food is the worst in this restaurant, pancake dumplings looked that they are made of plastic. We asked for 1 dumpling and we got 2. I asked for meat with potatoe mash, they gave me french fries. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Positive and nice service, delicious Lithuanian style food (huge selection of dishes), cosy atmosphere. The wait was a bit long, but the food was well worth it.

It was hard for me, as a guest of this country, to place an order, since the menu and waiters speak and understand only their native language. As for the food, it's not all that bad. Delicious, reasonably priced and didn't have to wait long.

We went to Katpedele Lithuania, Siauliai before heading for ice-skating. Food was tasty, portions were very large too. However, I did not like that they brought food at random times. We were a group of 7. 2 meals came first, 15 minutes later others arrived. Maybe I am accustomed to everyone's food arriving at the same time, and it's just something they do there, not sure. It just was a bit awkward experience for us. Besides that, staff and environment absolutely lovely.
