We had the chance to take the workshop and make our own chocolates, as well as eat quality ingredients while doing that! Also, the guided presentation was really fun and informative.

Very friendly staff and nice exhibit. The ticket for the tour is a cute little piece of chocolate. Very interesting. It's about the history of chocolate and the company itself. Very well worth the 5€.

Amazing factory. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the indulging smell of fresh cocoa! The gift shop is much cheaper than in the stores. The staff were friendly and all gave warm greeting. The coffee shop had delicious cakes and coffees. Would highly recommend!

We went only to the café: the small pancakes were so hard that they were impossible to eat with a fork, terrible. The kibinia and pastries were nice and the staff unfriendly.

Closed on Mondays, chocolate store was open, but didnt have good vibe. All sweets behind the counter. Hard to buy when you cant even explore the produce properly.

Nice place with lots of things to read and learn about šokolado. Movie was very good to watch and informant. But its kinda small and you can view it kinda fast. Gift shop is big and alot different kinda of goods!

Visited this place recently, nice ,cozy atmosphere, but couldn't get flat white coffee in the cafe ,chocolate shop was impressing, but the person serving us , it was to much for her to pick a selection of chocolates, cuz she needed to put a barcode for each candy at the end we didn't heard thank you or please, totally ignored us,shame ,great place, but we never go back.

It's a bit small for the price, and probably only worth it if you get the guided tour, but it is still quite unique for its coverage of the history of the Lithuanian chocolate industry, and that makes it worth it regardless.

The atmosphere is very nice and the tour is interesting to listen to. The tour includes the visitors making their own candy that they can bring back home. While I did enjoy it, I would not go back again

Very informative yet compact history of chocolate and its traditions as well as the history of the Ruta chocolate company. Friendly and helpful staff. Materials available in Lithuanian and English. You are able to organize tours though I did not do one as I didn't have enough time/notice to plan .
