Many thanks to the founder of the museum. It was interesting to see many different types of sculptures.

I was around the area and decided to pop in and I’m glad I did! The vibes in here were really nice, even at the entrance everything is decorated, a swing for children and the place was colourful at the entrance which set a good tone to the place. The room with the cats contains many cat associated decorations, you can even take some cat toys that are displayed and play with the cats! The cats (I think there were 5) were very chill and friendly, they go about their own business and do not mind being pet. You have to pay €5 for the whole experience, that also includes the “zoo” which is based in another room full of exotic animals such as lizards, spiders, parrots etc. It was very cool. However, it would be a lie if I said that I enjoyed it 100%. Reason for this is because I got the vibe that the animals confined were not very happy. Of course it is a personal opinion and I can never know, but the factors that led me to believe this are: some of the food in the animals bowls were completely dried out or even mouldy! One of the animals was scratching the glass constantly at the little gap throughout the whole duration of me being there and one of the rats face was bloody. To conclude this, I do recommend this place for people with children as it is cheap and definitely a good way to spend time, the place is clean and almost spotless! The cats are very friendly. I will not rate it 5 stars as I feel that the animals in the soo could be treated a bit better.

I guess the place would be lovely, just if you could get in. I traveled to Šiauliai just to visit the museum, but it was closed even though the opening hours said it would be open. :(

Puuurfect experience. The cat museum was amazing and the resident cats were very friendly and loved to pose for pictures. The terrariums were an added bonus and the bird and reptiles were very healthy and the terrariums clean and well kept. Would highly recommend.

A great museum!! The exhibition is cute, recommended. But please correct the Ukrainian name for cat to "кіт" - it's not the same as in Russian!

An amazing little place for anyone who likes a little bit of cats in their lives. There are several rooms with collection of cats-related art pieces, several cats roaming those rooms and a tiny exotic animals zoo. All in all, good little fun!

The kitties were fun to pet and the birds were very social and talkative.

The cat museum was really cute! The art, the variety of cat themed stuff and the fluffy cats really warmed my heart ♥️ The exotic animal zoo part made me a little sad because the animals seemed tired and the room's temperature was quite high.

Very interesting place! Beside of large collection of cat stuff, there are about six real friendly cats with their own personalities. Also there is mini zoo with lizards, snakes and birds. Some of them wanna talk with you in Lithuanian. All stars, highly recommended!

Its not only cats. They have some things dedicated to cats like small statues and paintings in 3 of the rooms (quite boring), but then they have 2 other rooms with exotic animals like big parrots, anaconda, iguanas and some smaller animals as well.

The actual live cats are probably even more important than the exposition itself, and they have six of them. An absolutely lovely place to visit.

great place. we were with a family of six children (age 8 months to 11 years) - all excited. Cat collection + mini zoo, a lot to see and explore for hours. Very kind and sincere staff. Cozy, modern and perfectly clean rooms, but very cozy and free atmosphere. Thanks for the adventure! We will definitely return .... again and again.

Funny museum for kids and adults, lot of cats inspired stuff from around the world. And few alive cats as well who don't mind to pet them. Plus, small zoo with various animals including snakes, parots and crocodile.

An authentic collection of sculptures, images, cups, hand-mades and other cat-shaped items. Bonus: six actual cats living in museum. It's not a classical museum but some sort of after-school activity for kids who want to learn more about nature. So, the building itself reminds a small school or kindergarten from outside. Go inside, turn left and up at the second floor (you'll see the cat graffiti on the walls) – and you're in museum. 15-30 mins seems to be ok to explore all the exhibition. Bonus2: vivarium with exotic animals next door. Admin will show you where is it. Disadvantages: 1. Short workday 2. Not appropriate air ventilation in premises
