German service is often bad, but this restaurant service from the personel is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life. - 2 starters was forgotten, cam 30 min late - half of the tables main course was forgotten and the order has to be taken again after firt half of table had there maincourse for 35 min - 1 person was drained by beer as the waitress dropp two beers on him. And we haven't got through the main course yet. It doesn't get any worse than this, anywhere in the world.

Painfully slow service. Authentic Turkish restaurants are lavish with the bread - it’s the heart of the meal - but here they were stingy. The food was just OK - swimming in sauce and hardly generous portions. Disappointing so not to be repeated.

The best food in siegburg! we got a really good service from a young man who had just been called to work! the food was cooked to perfection and we sat in the best surroundings. definitely 5 stars from here!

Ok, first the good, the food was quite nice. Good job really, because next the bad, the service was terrible. Not rude, not wrong, just painfully slow and inattentive. We went on a Saturday night. The place was busy but not heaving. There was clearly a problem in the kitchen (was open plan so we could see everything) and our waiter was having a running, heated argument with the chefs. We just had to wait ridiculous amounts of time while others got served before us. We were not even offered the chance to order dessert and so gave up and left! A shame, because the food was nice but the poor service took the gloss off and somewhat spoiled the evening. Somewhat miserly with the bread for the starters and prices on the high side, but would not mind if you felt the waiter actually bothered if you were there or not.

Great restaurant in the area. Good wines, good foods. The waitress there speak some English, but they were friendly and served you with big smiles. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably delicious authentic Turkish food with beautiful decor & polite waitstaff ! Going there is an experience !!! We gobbled everything & rolled out of there from overeating.... happily.
