The
staff
here
is
great.
A
woman
from
the
shoe
department
helped
me
with
toys,
the
nice
Tunesian
guy
at
the
cashier
never
stopped
smiling.
Wow!
Prices
are
just
slightly
higher
than
on
the
internet
and
quite
similar
if
you
have
a
coupon.
But
buying
in-house,
rather
than
from
competitors
online
should
be
made
easier...
Consequently
this
place
may
die
a
slow
death
if
it
doesn't
move
its
marketing
to
current
century!
I
have
a
registered
Galeria
customer
account
but
if
I
don't
bring
the
plastic
card
with
me,
there
is
no
record
of
me
in
the
store,
no
online
check
possible
and
I
was
told
to
sign
up
again
in
order
to
get
10%
off...
Everything
is
printed
and
offline
like
the
90s
never
ended.
There
is
no
phone
signal
inside
which
makes
you
walk
outside
to
make
a
phone
call
and
potentially
not
to
return
(Fortunately
there's
free
Wi-Fi
so
if
you're
desperate
enough
you
can
connect
and
call
via
Wi-Fi).
Parking
is
only
free
if
you
spend
50Eur
or
above.
It
just
feels
like
the
store
is
not
smart
enough
to
keep
customers
in,
as
long
as
possible,
and
as
simply
loyal
as
the
digital
age
allows.
Fire
your
marketing
people
and
your
IT
guys
and
you
may
survive
as
otherwise
online
shops
are
just
laughing
at
your
small
commercial
mistakes
:(
