    Very disappointed in this Lowe's. As we were checking ourselves out, I went up and asked the girl for military discount on our register and she said no. I asked why as we have gotten it before. She said no not at the fast lane. I said really??? The guy next to us overheard and said he has gotten military discount there before. She said no. She then called up the guy behind us and was checking him out and asked if he was military. She gave him military discount..?? Just because she checked him out??? Why didn't she offer to check us out so we would then get the discount?? Very unfriendly and terrible customer service...and the eye roll was uncalled for too. Sorry for the quality of employees you have here.....

    Never able to get help. Went to customer service and they chat and ignore you. After 45 min of no help just left... Best place in town but that's not a good thing either. Update 7 Dec 21 no checkouts open and the self checkout guy has been with the same person over 15 minutes.

    Erratic customer service. Ordered $2300 worth of roofing material for a customer over the phone. The gal I talked to was the best ever. Got a complicated order down, sent me the invoice by email to review. She billed my credit card correctly. An hour later I called to add $1600 worth of shingles to the order. New gal. Asked to get the 10% discount for 78+ bundles of shingles and to combine the order for delivery. This gal however somehow got the card info wrong so it did not get billed and took 3 days to correct. It was a comedy of errors and no accountability or interest in the employees to manage the problem. Never got the second invoice. They say I need to come into the store. Granted every time I go in I get great service particularly from management jumping in to mix paint or helping in any way but they have some junior employees pulling them down.

    I have purchased 4 large appliances from Lowe's in the last 6 months and have had great customer service. I ended up having a problem with one of the appliances shortly after delivery and Lowe's went above and beyond to resolve the issue and to make sure that I was happy with the appliance.

    It's a hit and miss in this store as far as customer service goes. I have asked people for help and had them actually get upset with me for asking. Other times, they will take you right to where you need to be. I bought a lot of wood and had to younger guys come outside to show me where it was. I asked both of them for help and they said they couldn't and then walked off. While I loaded it alone, both guys wondered around the parking lot try to look busy, but never actually did anything. I understand that today's employees don't really want to put effort into their job. So what I do now is look for the item I can't find on my phone and only ask for help as a last resort. This is the sad state of things in our current times.

    Lowes delivery driver delivery driver dropped off roofing material to my GF parents 78 year olds. Driver wouldn't put materials in the open lot next to house and agreed and put it in neighbors yard........ SMH so this disabled veteran on veterans day had to move every metal roof panel and wood for roof by hand!!!!!!!!

    Was a wonderful place to shop now it's pitiful! Changed how they gave discounts to veterans making it harder and wanting all my personal info. Went 10/23/22 to buy a bunch of lumber. NO REGISTERS OPEN except self serve!! Asked repeatedly for help and was dismissed. . I will never shop Lowrs again!!!! Will give friendly Ace my business!!! Up yours Lowes!

    When I asked for help finding something, someone immediately helped me. Then something wasn't working right and my cashier Noemi called Isaac the assistant storemanager and he came right away to help. I also work in retail and consider this to be one of the best shopping experiences I've had! I highly recommend shopping at Lowe's Sierra Vista!

    I lost my card & the two sales gals that helped me make my purchase the first gal was so very helpful & kind but had to leave due to the fact working with your foreign company handling your credit could NOT understand our issue & kept reading from a script about policy which had noting to due with our issue. It was very frustrating for all! Why punishment 😕 for someone 🤔 helping a customer & that goes into overtime, I believe helpfulness should be rewarded. There were close to a 1/2 dozen employees just chatting while this one gal seemed to be doing all the work! Your products are of high quality, but your policy's & foreign creditors leave me wondering if I don't now have two accounts 🤔?

    They don't care about you, they just want your money. Placed a $2500 order online and it said it would be delivered in 2 days. Took 6 days and when the order showed up it was the worst picks of lumber and I had to pay another driver to take the lumber back to exchange it and the manager(s) acted like it was my fault their staff chose garbage wood and they fought with me even exchanging. Not a single apology or offering to refund the original delivery fee. Accept the $0.50 increase on prices by going to Home Depot, who will fully work with you on making sure you get your order correctly and not send a bunch of useless lumber. So do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague because their care or support for their customers is completely nonexistent. Imagine having to pay $300 to return half of your order and then get told they can't offer a single thing to apologize for it. Literally all of the 1x4 wood showed up in extra pieces because it was all dried and snapped during delivery.

    I’m not sure what’s happening with their staff there right now but it’s horrible! I have called four times now speaking to the store manager twice trying to get information and ultimately ordering one pallet of sod. Nobody seems to know how to make that happen and the gentleman this morning in lawn and garden I believe his name was Todd didn’t even know that they carried Sod and definitely did not know any information about how to go about ordering a pallet and then hung up the phone. I have been shopping there for 20+ years and have never had these kinds of issues there.

    I purchased a Samsung electric stove from Lowe’s. It was defective. By following the instructions to seek repair, I used up the 48 hour return window. Samsung’s repair process was a nightmare, and their technician did not show three times in a row. The Sierra Vista AZ Lowe’s Store Manager quickly grasped the issue and arranged to have the stove picked up and granted me a full refund.

    Customer Service goes a long way. Mr Scott was my assistant and he went above and beyond what I could ever ask for! Broke down every capability of each dishwasher as if he build every one of them from scratch! I left happy with the product I purchased but even more satisfied with the assistance I received.

    We've been dealing with Lowes. Sierra Vista, for almost 3 years now. ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! They get it! Are they PERFECT? No... none of us ate. Anytime we had an issue it was resolved! Have spent over $35K on recording and such. GO THETE! You will have your expectations met.

    The most ghetto Lowe’s store I have ever been to. Good luck getting anyone to help you. Good luck using the app and matching the inventory locations on it versus where it really is in the store. Also, placed an online order for Delivery and the day before it was supposed to come, they called to cancel and schedule it for the following Monday. Monday came and went and the order never made it. Tried to call them and sat on hold for 15 minutes and no one picked up. The order finally arrived on Tuesday. Save yourself a headache and go to Ace or Home Depot. This place just sucks!

    After receiving wonderful help from the floor saleswoman...for some odd reason, after PAYING FOR THE FURNITURE....it was NEVER DELIVERED. When I called over a DOZEN TIMES no one could trace our $800.00 purchase...and we were given the run around for 3 days "It's on the truck! It's on the truck!" I don't live in NYC...I live 7 miles down the road... Guess I'll try Home Depot now!!! This was some experience!!! 😔

    Didn’t get very much help I was there people kind of had a little attitude. I don’t know if it was because early morning I don’t wanna be at work but nicer or helpful. Yeah I’ll definitely go back to Lowe’s just because sometimes you can’t find what you need somewhere else, but our regular I’d rather go to the other stores in town Specially since it’s competitor price matches everything I asked about price matching and they seemed like it was the hardest thing like you were pulling nails or something.

    Customer Service is questionable at best. I came in to purchase some stuff for a move and of course as usual what you need is on the higher shelves because someone was too lazy to restock the floor items. Ask for assistance and the store rep said “we’re actually doing inventory. My manager is on the other side of the store and should be able to count what is being purchased in a bit” I’m literally buying 2…… Well then he’s like “oh they have all the ladders there to inventory as well. He eventually found one that was the shortest Lowes ladder I have ever seen and was able to get it down but at risk of injury to himself trying to pull 40 pounds off the top shelf while standing stretched out on tippytoe and lifting 40lbs overhead……. It’s either this or Home Depot and sadly they’re both very incompetent

    I was not at Lowe's for a purchase but I came across 16ft pretreated would which I was needing for home repairs and I ended up coming across treated lengths and I got them for like 90% off. Thanks to the customer who returned the wood and a big shout out to the manager for giving me a much needed discount for overdue home improvements. Thank God for making it my time to shine.

    I rarely do my shopping at Lowe's, but they had something that Home Depot didn't have so I came in. One of their associates was very helpful in finding the product that I needed and took their time and gave their patience. Much appreciated!

    Made a large purchase at this location and had to return a portion of it. They said they could apply the refund to my credit card but I had paid that off so essentially it would be a credit. I did not want credit so I took the gift card for an in store purchase. Tried to do my shopping there but they did not have what I needed. So I went back to customer service and asked that this gift card they had given me be applied to my other credit card I have there (I have 2 different accts). They said no they could not do that so I said fine give me cash. Again they said no they could not do that. Now I am getting mad they owe me $243 which they are refusing to do and in essence holding my refund ransom. They took my money and now are FORCING me to spend it only with them even if they don’t have what I need. This is ridiculous and certainly leaves me with a bad outlook of Lowes and their customer service. I want the money applied to my account and then I will reconsider my outlook of Lowes.

    Lowes, Sierra Vista - July 2022. Living in Safford we are limited when it comes to variety, especially in home remodel. THIS store has been a blessing! Really! So much more selection than our local Home Depot- the prices are so much better we saved $500 on sliding glass doors alone. We are remodeling an entire home so we had a list a HUGE list to shop for during our recent trip. Everything we needed was available on the floor, we did not have to order anything- every employee that walked past me asked if I needed help- it’s such a friendly store! There was one employee imparticular that stood out— he helped me twice in the two hours I was there. He really went above and beyond. His name was Ricky. He was so helpful and so polite. It’s rare to find employees anywhere that are polite and helpful these days. Ricky really stood out to me and my husband with his knowledge and friendliness. Our experience for this shopping day was 5 stars! I’m assuming management is just as great! Thank you Sierra Vista Lowes! Even gas being 5 bucks a gallon (thank you Biden) I will absolutely return for any home needs I have in the future. I was not able to do a survey. For some reason the bottom of my receipt did not print the survey info? I really hope this is seen by the big management for Lowes. Thanks again!!
