Terrible. Stay far away from this hotel. I booked 4 rooms - one of which had a broken card reader. The Hotel Manager didn't make any efforts in addressing the issue nor did they offer anything to compensate for the inconvenience. The water pressure was extremely bad and there were cockroaches and ants. The pool was dirty and WiFi only worked in the hallways. Your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere where Management actually cares about hour comfort.

The food is delicious. it's just difficult to bring in food from outside because of the relatively high corkage fee. but if you want to eat something else, there are plenty of places to eat outside.

Our room key is busted. The staff in not trained how to handle a customer in a hurry to get into his room. Nagkamali Ng sagot sa asawa ko ๐Ÿ˜† in the end the maintenance need to manually open the door. The safe inside the room - unserviceable, Hindi daw pwede gamitin Ng guest ๐Ÿ˜‚

Affordable and good value! Maluwag ang rooms for the price you pay and the facility is spacious. We paid basically just 700 per head for the room and free breakfast!! Staff was super helpful as well. They also have this new food kiosk that had amazing food btw which I enjoyed ordering from while swimming! Definitely coming back! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

We checked in on weekends together with the fam. Our parents enjoyed it and most likely to feel at peace given the serene view from the balcony. The rooms are cozy and absolutely clean. The amenities are great as we had a lot of fun and wonderful experiences we truly treasured. We were able to play sports such as basketball and volleyball. The swimming pool seems to be the source of fun and excitement. All we can hear was the sound of laughter fron our kids. Surely, we'll go back and stay longer. Also, we love the food. Perfectly cooked and served well. Highly recommended!

We booked 2 separate rooms for an overnight stay. 6 persons can occupy each room. The aircon was functioning well. It has 2 CR and showers each. Heaters were functioning also. The room is very spacious. It has personal refrigerator, TV and electric water heater. Lacking hair dryer and slippers. Drinking water dispensers available at the hallway.. In their resto, some items in the menu are not available. There's an ongoing construction/renovation beside the resto we could've hear the drilling noise. Their pool is very clear and and clean with big pool and several kiddie pools We enjoyed the games/sports equipment they provided like badminton, table tennis, darts Foosball, basketball, jengga etc. We love the clean air and green surroundings.

This hotel is pet-friendly. We stayed in a family room and I must the room is big and can really accommodate big families. Slow and weak wifi connection so pls rely on your data. There are lots of activities for the kids such as badminton, basketball, jenga, chess, etc. Polite and helpful staff.

Cleanliness - 5/5 clean but the sliding restroom door in our room has faulty locks Location - 5/5 near Tagaytay Staff - 5/5 they have a lot of staff and all of them are nice! Food 4/5 ( so so yung breakfast but it is fine buffet naman) Booking - smooth and easy via FB Pet friendly - yes, with pet fee Room- family room is spacious with huge balcony Lots of grass and have have morning walkies with your dog. Has nice pool but the bigger pool in Narra was dirty, we didnโ€™t get to use it. They have dine-o shack snack bar but lack of staff to serve the customers. Too long for the wait time. Their Japansese tepanyaki restaurant requires advance booking ๐Ÿฅฒ so we didnโ€™t get the chance to dine in. We booked during the Chinese new year they had a lion dance! ๐ŸŽŠ๐Ÿ’• They even gave us farewell tikoy during check out. Very thoughtful. Overall a good experience for my family and dogs.

A big hotel can be used as convention or for near out of town team building activities. Can accommodate 2 bus. Have basement and an outdoor dining in restaurant. Have lots of activities for kids from books to car/bike rides to archery for a fee (php100/hr rent). Has pool but didn't dip in due to plenty of guests already so it's kinda dirty when we saw. I like it being pet friendly. Your fur babies will love it here. Wifi isn't as nice. โ˜น๏ธ they do their best to make it work though. They install smart bro unit or so... Globe sometimes have little signal.

Pros: Quiet and relaxing place, Friendly staff, Spacious rooms, Big and clean pools, Delicious and on-time buffet breakfast (but don't expect it to be grand) FB Booking and checkout is fast Heater working Cons: No water supply around 5am to 630am, Locks on the sliding doors (balcony and shower room) are not working (i hope they can fix this asap) No hair dryer Weak wi-fi signal Tip: When ordering food from the restaurant, inform them in advance if you have senior/pwd family member, to avail the discount. We (esp. the kids) enjoyed our stay, there's not much guests so it feels like we rented a private resort.

We had an overnight stay last April 8. They had a lot of guests but lack of staff. They are not organized. We were there before 2pm check-in time but it's 2hrs already and our room hasn't cleaned yet as I went to up to know exactly what's going on. As per the housekeeper, there were prior convention and late checkout but they should anticipate the guests coming in as most are pre-booked. There's a lot of complaints in their helpdesk/lobby. Then, we saw cockroach on the curtain. No heater so it's a cold shower. No Netflix. Internet is so weak. They even tried to reuse the throw pillows the former guests used. I told them to changed the pillow cases but they return it and there's no more pillow cases available as housekeeper said. They also lacks towels. And you cannot talk to the Manager as he is missing in action. Good thing, our kids enjoyed the Easter egg hunting activities earlier today, April 9, 2023.

We had a writing workshop here. The venue is conducive for this kind of activity - clean air and cool breeze clears the mind and brings about the ideal scenario for writing. There are facilities for team building here such as game areas and function rooms. The restaurant and bar is giving a relaxed feel as well The only downside are the rooms. It feels like they have not been used/aired for a while. But their toiletries have a lavender peppermint scent that I love.

We stayed there last oct 30 to nov 2. The experience was what you payed for. The staff were nice and accommodating but my requests during my stay were not addressed as promised. For instance, i asked for a comb to which i was told they could provide but i was not given any. Our sink in the room was clogged and i asked for it to be fixed and i was told that they will address it the next day but it didnโ€™t get fixed throughout my stay. The exhaust in the bathroom was noisy and I requested for it to be fixed to which it was addressed. The restrooms inside the rooms were clean, even the common ones throughout each floor. The purpose of our stay was to have a conference. They provided for the sound system that we needed. The tech guys were always ready to assist us. The meeting hall/dining area was nice and spacious. The place was also peaceful and conducive for having seminars and talks. We were provided with two wireless networks to use. I stayed with a lot of people here including some foreigners overseas. We ate our breakfast, lunch and dinner here. I didnโ€™t like the way the servers served their guests. They were talking to one another even when they were at the buffet area serving the guests. They also didnโ€™t know the food they were serving and didnโ€™t seem to care to know what it is even when asked. The food itself was mediocre. After the trip was over most of us experienced diarrhea and getting sick. Some left the place to eat out but even those who didnโ€™t leave had stomach problems. I went straight home after the trip and didโ€™t go to any other place to eat. It is hard to recommend anyone to stay here because of what happened. I would suggest for those who are considering to make sure the kitchen is clean and maybe health certificate for the cooks and servers. Hope it doesnโ€™t happen to anyone else that stays here.

I enjoyed the view of Mt. Makiling from the room. It was really nice to do sunrise watching and moon setting.. Our room was spacious enough for a group of 6 with a separate masterโ€™s room for 2.. nice airconditioning.. but the bathroom needs renovation since the water got stucked up on the floor everytime you shower.. our conference room was nice and cold.. they have a great pool area, ang ganda.. and gusto ko landscape nila.. madaming puno all green and blue ang paligid.. lobby was nice too.. they could improve their food service.. but picka picka served during our socials were nice naman.. overall, I enjoyed my stay durong our seminar!

The place that we use for seminar is not conducive for learning because its too small for the crowd. The sound system is not okay.

Was assigned a room on the 3rd floor and it was scary since we were the only guest in that floor. I requested to be transferred to 1st floor but was turned down; internet was not available; room assigned smelled damp. Overall, not a comfortable stay.

The hotel's amenities and the room we booked were exceptional. No problem with those. However, we booked through Agoda, and it was clearly listed in their details that the Family Suite came with a single bed, a double bed, and a queen bed. There were only two singles and one queen. There are six of us. Three adults and three kids. Obviously, we won't all fit. We requested for an extra cot since they couldn't provide the double bed, but they wanted to charge us P750 for it. We don't want to pay extra for a bed we've already paid for. Whitewoods' excuse was that all the listings on their Agoda page was done by RedDoorz, a partner. Not by them so it wasn't their fault. Well, it certainly ISN'T ours! Shouldn't they check the listings RedDoorz makes on their behalf? Everyone who books via Agoda should be aware that this hotel doesn't honor the full terms of their listings through the booking site. They should call ahead and ask about everything first to avoid being inconvenienced.

the crew are friendly but not a good hotel to stay . the receptionist gave me the worst room. if your heart is weak definitely you'll end up to a hospital caused by heart attack. first they don't even have our reservation ready & I booked it months ago. 2nd our room is at the fifth floor where half of the hallway lights are closed & no other neighbours (it looked like we're in a horror film lol). 3rd the room was nice but no hot water , a cold place and a cold shower. 4th no complementary water. and the worst 5th the lights and aircon in the room are blinking like in the movie "lights out" ever 10 seconds. very creepy place to stay. they even gave us the dullest room they have ๐Ÿ˜’

Big spacious rooms for the family. Only 1 hour travel time to Tagaytay fine dining restos.

Quite terrible place. Room some time water, some time without water. You need to try wifi inside the room before checking-in the room, its 50/50. Even cellular mobile internet here not so good. Remind the chef frequently if you would like to order additional food as they may forget anytime.

Nice place to stay. Very near to Nuvali. The only down fall is that it is getting old and need to.be maintained. You need to have your own car to go out and around the area.

So bad experience we suffered when we eat our food. So much late to received our order and they missed my food. They are not organized in many ways. It's lousy hotel. Water are leaking in the bathrooms, inconsistent water pressure...it's messy hotel.

๐Ÿซค This could have EASILY been a 5 star review if only the management did their job in making sure the place is quiet. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ What a beautiful place to attend a wedding ceremony and reception. They had a small chapel, Our Lady of Ephesus, which was in the same property.
