Toast, boiled egg, omlet, tea and coffee are available, price are on a higher side than any regular tea shop,on a peak time you may have to wait for sometime to place your order. Staff are good, they handle pressure very well, everything taste good here... Almost value for money

Vintage place in the heart of town. Bread toast with half boiled desi Chicken egg is the must tried items out there. Very difficult to get a place as it is always over crowded. It would be great if they maintain a short of hygiene.

A very old and nostalgic place for tea and snacks lovers. Tea quality is good and toast u just ask for another plate. Omlet and half boiled eggs are hot cakes here. Every time it's a bit crowded so u have to wait for sometime. The ambiance is very nice. Locals are very fond of this place. If u visit Siliguri then u have to visit this place.

This place is historic for Siliguri people. Generations have grown up as their perfect adda ghor here. The antiquity and ethnicity is still alive. Morning breakfast as sweet bread and half boiled egg still remains on top. Young to elderly crowd can be seen gathering for their morning and evening adda here. This place has featured in new papers and editorial for its mere existence as a cabin dine in place.

For Breakfast and refreshing in a real old fashion cabin type cafe it's really good. But as per present Covid situation some cleanness to be taken care specially at entry space and upper space, where at no smoking zone people use to smoke in front of staff which I saw when I was wondering. I have taken pictures also.

A NOSTALGIC TEA STALL IN SILIGURI TOWN. VERY VERY LITTLE SPACE FOR THE CUSTOMER. VERY CONGESTED. FAMOUS FOR DARJEELING TEA, BUTTER TOAST AND HALF BOILED DESI CHICKEN EGG. A WOODEN TWO STORIED SHOP. NO SPACE FOR VEHICLE PARKING. YOU CAN KEEP YOUR VEHICLE IN THE ROAD. PRICE REASONABLE.

Toast, omlette and chai... What else do you need. The place was a different vibe to it. It doesn't boast about it cleaniness, but it has its own charm. We were seated at first floor, a small steep flight of stairs take you up there. We ordered chai, toast and omlette. ChI was not very sweet but has all the freshness of fresh tea leaves. It had a peculiar flowery flavour. What else can that go with than a toast sprinkled with pepper powder. Chai toast and me...

Well for food it's famous like it's oldest hotel in Siliguri. You will get small size toast, omlette, tea , coffee and that to at very less price you will have stomach full food. This is the place where everyone comes for breakfast. Service is little bit so so you order something else and some other dish is served on your table but still it's ok. And most important is cleanliness is needed like it's literary dirty everywhere.

Always wanted to visit cabin, as it denotes history. Visited this for a good cup of chai. Small shop with 1 overhead space to sit. Ordered 1 Chai, 1 Coffee, 2 butter toast. Now this is what I got instead Chai: watery, okayish chai with a hint of milk. (12/-) Coffee: Like 2 satchets of Bru without sugar, when asked about the sugar, waiter said cook forgot to put sugar.(35/-) 3. Butter toast: Plain bread toasted crispy with butter and chat masala. Okayish.(20/- for 2 piece of fruit cake size) Omelet and Boiled eggs were also available but I couldn't have it. Just go there for the sake of ticking of something of a wish list, if it's there on your Siliguri visit. Hope this review helps.

Unique place... Not so neat and clean ambience... Worth try for it's authentic choice of items & taste... Choice of varieties are minimal... Must try Place for the ones who look for authentic bread & egg items with vintage class ambience...

Amazing..A tea or coffee lover will definitely like this place. There is small place inside but well managed.People usually wait for their tea or coffee on the first floor of this shop where tables and chair are available.Imagine that you are seeing outside through window and having tea or coffee. Isn't it a different idea? Everytime you will the place crowded with people.

This place is very old and nostalgic to the people of Siliguri. It is more of a tea cabin and is packed most of the time with office goers. The menu is very limited, but the taste is unmatchable. They provide Tea, Coffe, Bread Toast with Butter, Hard boiled poultry egg, Half boiled poultry egg, Poultry egg poach, Poultry egg sunny side up, Poultry egg omelette. During office hours, it sometimes becomes difficult to get a seat due to the rush. The place is 2 storey. The ground floor has 2 tables with total of 8 seats, and the top floor has around 9 to 10 tables with a seating capacity of 36 - 40 people. The path to the top floor is a bit shabby and one has to take a fleet of steep stairs to reach the top floor. The climb may become congested if someone is getting down and another person is trying to climb up. Apart from this, everything is great about the place.

From the existing review and from my visit,I can conclude either they deteriorated the standard or it's just a hype to follow as with limited items and substandard taste it's just an overhyped old place .. people just visit as it is nothing else .

Netaji's Cabin holds a special place in my heart, as it has been a cherished breakfast spot since my childhood. Nestled in Bidhan Market, this gem offers top-notch quality and taste at an affordable rate. The butter toast, omelette, half-boil and full-boil eggs, milk, Horlicks, tea, and coffee are consistently delightful. My personal favorite, the toast with pepper and plain omelette paired with cold milk, never fails to satisfy. The place, marked with a star, has stood the test of time and remains a must-visit. The remarkable view from the top floor adds to the overall experience, making it a perfect destination for a hot and delicious breakfast.

I visited this place for the first time in 2008. 15 years later the tea tastes how it used to be back then. We ordered the same double omelette, butter toast and Darjeeling tea. Only the place is still small and congested.

It's an okay place. Of course, if you go by heritage this place stands out. It's in the middle of a vegetable market, little dingy and serve very limited stuff. Don't come here expecting fancy things. All you get is butter toast, french toasts, omlettes, poached and boiled eggs, tea coffee and cold drinks. I tried their butter toast and tea and really liked the Darjeeling Tea

We tried the famous breakfast combination - toast, omelette and a cup of tea. Though the place was congested, it felt nice to sit and eat there early in the morning.

Old school, vintage and nostalgic in short. Age old cabin where generation after generation come and go but the taste, quality is highly maintained. This cabin is always packed with crowd. Highly recommended. A must visit place for its old school vibes. Accepts UPI. Must try the local bread toast along with half boiled eggs. Best combo ever.

Had tea here and egg toast. The toast was cold and so hard that it tore off the sides of my mouth and had a tough time breaking the bread in my mouth. The egg was nicely done and tasty of course. Coming to the Tea that people were speaking about the most that made me look out for this outlet. The tea was extremely bad to taste and bitter due to the over boiling of the tea where all the tannins got released and my mouth was feeling bitter. I was billed ₹100/- for an egg poach, bread toast and two cups of the horrible bitter tea as was accompanied by my wife. Will never visit even if offered this for FREE.

Chai is literally "kadak wali chai" which personally I didn't like.... Ambience is not so good .....but taste for bread with sugar is amazing.... Price rate is affordable and cheap ... You will the typical tea talk atmosphere..
