While passing through Annecy we were looking for a Turkish restaurant with authentic and tasty products! We tried the Sofram restaurant and returned twice during our stay. Impeccable service and delicious cuisine, we highly recommend this address 👌.

Being a Turkish woman, I am very surprised and disappointed, the portions are not generous, the low-end plates don't make you want to eat honestly, slow service, the waiter forgets everything, empty tables not set, I don't understand the concept of the restaurant, not atmosphere. Too many faults I think the boss is not a restaurateur nor a trader too many things to review. If you have a sense of service and a real restaurant I do not recommend coming here. Overpriced for a snack style. The opinions 5/5 you have to stop with these opinions it's all false it shows it's friends.

I am disappointed with the quality of the service, and the portions which are not worth their price. I had the Turkish breakfast for €15 which was barely €5. The disappointment for me because the tea was not fresh and you only got one. Don't pay attention to the photos on the menu, it's just a flytrap. When we wanted information, no one knew how to answer in Turkish but Oufff in French. Next to the pide which is a small salad, for the soup you don't have any bread. In terms of taste, I am disappointed and unfortunately would go to the competitor.

Un très bon restaurant, service très agréable et gentil. Vu quelques commentaires négatifs je me permets de dire que le restaurant propose des entrées gratuites et la quantité des plats est généreuses. Je l’ai visité avec des amis et on a tous pu prendre le reste de nos plats en emporter. Je trouve aussi que le prix sont très abordables par rapport aux autres restaurant turques. Le thé est à volonté aussi. Je recommande

Pendant le repas, nous avons demandé une carafe d’eau. La serveuse a répondu qu’ils n’en ont pas. Il faut prendre une bouteille d’eau. Au final: repas pour deux personnes 80€. - ATTENTION: ils n’annoncent pas les prix: nous avons eux la surprise à la fin sur un « menu ramadan » présenté sous forme de vidéo. Je trouve le prix excessif. Toutefois la nourriture était bonne. Je ne pense pas revenir au vu de ces pratiques.

I had the opportunity to try quite a few Turkish restaurants and honestly this one is very good, the dishes are copious, the quality is top notch, it's fresh. The service was great. I recommend this restaurant.

On a très bien mangé, très prop Avec un sourire et très bon service

Çorbaları, pideleri ve lahmacunu çok lezzetli. Çayların sınırsız olması bizi memnun etti. Çocuklu aileler için rahat edebilecekleri bir restaurant.

Après une randonnée, un jour de pluie, l'estomac creux, nous avions été ravi.e.s d'avoir découvert Sofram, ouvert un dimanche en plein apres midi ! L'accueil et la gentillesse de Siham, la jeune femme, ont été très appréciées, la nourriture est variée, goûteuse et les prix sont corrects. Je ne connaissais pas du tout la cuisine turque et malgré leur menu pas tout à fait à jour (ils viennent d'ouvrir), nous avons mangé des plats succulents. Mais c'est surtout l'amabilité du personnel qui me fera revenir !
