The place is amazingly clean. It's not a big room, but it's great for travelers on a budget. Annecy is a beautiful city, fill with history and romance, and this hotel puts you right in the middle of it all. Loved it and definitely coming back.

What an amazing boutique hotel. It's in the heart of the city and it's not far from the lake. The view from balcony was great and the hotel staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in this city.

Lovely little hotel. Great location, close to the bus/train station, the lake and the old town. Very helpful reception, helped me find a hire bike on a Sunday afternoon. Would recommend for others.

Good location and had everything we needed for a good price, only negative is we booked the romantic getaway and there seemed to be nothing at all included in it behind some cheesy wall decor. I would skip the extra cost of this because it had no benefit. Otherwise recommend

The place is at a strategic location, very close to railway station. You can just walk in. The major attractions such as Lake Annecy, Le Palais de L'lle, shopping areas and cafes and restaurant are all there. Rooms are small but clean. Staff is very courteous and kind. Their mannerism impressed us. They helped us with all the information that we needed. We got a discount on biking as they have a tie up with 'Pedal'. We, a couple on vacation, stayed there and we loved the stay there. Overall, a great place to stay!

This is a lovely little hotel that is perfectly located between the train station and the old town and Lake Annecy. The rooms are tight, but very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The balcony rooms give you that extra option of watching the street activity. The bus stops right, I mean right!, outside the door.

It was okay. The room was small, the bathroom was refurbished. It was well located and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel is located in a perfect spot to visit the center of annecy without the stress of driving. Everything is at walking distance. The hotel hostess (kenza) was extremely welcoming and very helpful for any advice about either restaurant, place to see, etc... I would definitely recommend that hotel.

Super location, very central, a bit pricey for the tiny rooms, needs more care in construction details. Small double bed (140x190) with ugly hard mattress quality. Doesn’t have a lift and no one told us. The guy in the reception friendly and cool but both of the young ladies were inpatient and a bit rude too. Breakfast room isn’t inviting. Positive is the 24/7 reception

Great location. Very close to the tourist streets but on a quieter street. Walking distance to train/bus drop off and walking distance to all of the main sites. One block away from grocery store. Staff were very friendly from the start. Room small but clean and air conditioned! Breakfast was standard European items (cheese, bread, tea) but superior cheese and good quality baguettes! Held luggage on day of departure. Good hang out area after check out. Would stay here again! Wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Atipik Hotel is a small charming hotel that is conveniently located to the train station, the old town, and the lake. The staff were friendly, always helpful, and quick to meet our needs. The breakfast consisted of delicious, high quality, local artisanal foods. The rooms are small but comfortable (including being air conditioned which was greatly appreciated because we were there during a very hot time). We enjoyed our stay at Atipik, will stay there again if we return to Annecy, and we would recommend it to others.

Travelling from Italy back to the UK, we stayed at the Atipik in Annecy for one night, and oh how we wished we had longer Annecy itself is simply stunning with the best of both worlds on your doorstep, ie the beautiful Lake and mountains and an abundance of beautiful little shops. The hotel is so central and really close to the Car Park. On arrival we were met by a lovely Receptionist who truly looked so genuinely pleased to see us. We met a further 2 Receptionists and I have to say every one of them made us feel so welcome and were so informative about the hotel and the City of Annecy The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and although our room was small, it had everything we needed, including a great shower. We even had a balcony and as the hotel is situated in the centre of Annecy, we looked out over the streets and could watch the City waking up. Another of the rooms was being cleaned as we walked past, and it looked much bigger however our room was ideal for us Breakfast was lovely, Continental style but with a more than adequate selection. Coffee was also lovely If you are looking for a clean, friendly hotel in the beautiful City of Annecy I would highly recommend the Atipik

Perfectly located close to the center of town. Small rooms but very well kept and clean. I would recommend having breakfast out of the hotel. A ton of great choices within a 5min walk.

The tiniest room I've ever stayed in, but so comfortable and lacking nothing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, available at all times. Great location right at the old Town and not far from the lake.

Small hotel but packed with quality! The staffs are really helpful with great service mind. The room is clean and well equiped. The location is in the middle of towm which easy for us to walk to anywhere.

Kind service. We booked a 'family room' which is double the size of a standard room. You need that extra space! Very strategically located. Max 5 mins from old city center, 10 for the lake.

Very friendly staff, nice room. Rooms are very small, which is understandable in such a central location, but that was the only downside.

12 Sep.: I wrote an email to ask about baby cot and the availability of triple room or others on 20 or 27 Sep.. 13 Sep.: The reply I receive from receptionist Alexandra was “we won't have availability for the requested period“. However, in the meanwhile I checked the hotel’s official website and realized the double room is available on the chosen dates and triple room is also available on 27 Sep.. So I replied the email to Alexandra again to confirm what she had replied. And she replied me again “already fully booked during the requested period“… hum…I really doubt about the authenticity of this hotel!
