the girl at the counter was so rude. this stray puppy got hit by a byke .so it was a emergency. when i took it to the clinic they said must make appoitment. they refuse to even have a look.twice i went there and beg them to have a look but they refuse.please think twice before visiting this clinic and the puppy died. thank you so much your stupid service . better close your clinic

*** KINDLY THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS VET *** My cat was having serious vomit and stomach not feeling well causing him unable to walk. That was happened on Saturday and I assuming this is emergency as my cat behave tired and not active. When I reach to this vet, the receptionist asked whether I made any appointment, I said no but it is emergency and your vet is the closest from my home. That was 1:40pm, then this indian receptionist told me if you want see doctor now you will be getting charge for "after hours" consultation fees which cost RM80. To be honest, I do not feel this is making sense at all. The vet was empty and your vet suppose to close at 2pm but you charging me the fee after that? To the owner of this vet, please kindly send your receptionist for some basic training on how to serve customers and the attitude is also need to be improvise. Else, you will continue to losing customers because of your arrogate stuff.

The Malay girl at the counter was so rude and no ethics. Yesterday my cat was injured and blooding, so it was a emergency case. I juz call this clinic but the Malay girl said we can't juz walk in must make appointment, ok fine i want do appointment but she juz said "hari ni sudah penuh mahu wait lagi Wednesday baru ada". How can my cat juz wait 2 more day, so i give up to send my cat to this clinic. Unluckily, this clinic is the only one clinic that still open when 7pm, Malay girl say they got one doctor only, i understand they are busy during this covid time but my cat can't understand, it can't suffer this. I hate this clinic because they refuse to check my cat even have a look, it make me feel like they haven't ethicalness. Pls think twice before visiting to this clinic. Better close this clinic

Save yourself the further embarrassment and take a look at your massive room for improvement. ------------------------- I’d never been to this clinic before as I live in KL, but my mom has been bringing our senior cat here for treatments in the past. So when I returned home recently, my mom and I took our senior cat to this clinic as she’s having a flu and her fur is quite matted too. When we arrived, the receptionist very rudely asked us if we made an appointment. She told us if there’s no appointment we can’t see the doctor. (Bearing in mind, the clinic was completely empty at that time.) But we thought it’s ok, fair enough, can we schedule an appointment to shave off the matted parts of our old cat? And again, she very rudely told us “Vets tak buat lion cut, cari groomer”. So we asked her if she can recommend any groomers to us nearby? Her answer: “Tak tahu”. She spoke without even LOOKING at our faces, as if we went to the clinic asking for a free service or begging for their money. She was sitting there with another Malay lady (whom my mom later told me was a doctor there). My mom was still being polite to them but I told her nope, let’s just go elsewhere. I helped her search on Google and we found J Vet Clinic nearby. Even though the clinic was full, they still treated my cat from head to toe (Yes, even gave her a lion cut!), were super professional and helpful, and the service fee was very reasonable too. I asked my mom to never ever come to this clinic again. I don’t care if the vets here are good, but if you speak to your customers without an ounce of respect, you don’t deserve a single cent from us.

The doctor is unprofessional!!!😡😡 My dog ​​started having seizures after being spayed at this clinic. That day, my dog ​​had another seizure. It was so bad that he couldn't walk. The situation didn't look good, but only this clinic was the closest and I had no choice. The doctor said that my dog ​​was suffering from heat stroke, and he gave medicine, but after my dog ​​came home, the condition did not improve after taking the medicine, but it became more and more serious. I lost my baby that night😪

I brought my cat to sterilization everything is fine but the things happen in third week inside the wound stitches came out and I had to bring my cat to other pet clinic . The vets said that the wound didn’t closed properly during the surgery and have to take care very carefully in this two weeks have to check around the wound got hole or not if got I have to bring it to operation again ! I really disappointed and didn’t trust this clinic anymore ...

Should improve On management for emergency cases.. Staff said should make appointment before enter clinic.. yes fine..I made an appointment for my puppy (had diarrhea and vomiting badly) so, obviously its an emergency case. And staff replied back to us that no more slot for appointment because full. So, My question is will u ignore any serious emergency cases for just sake of an appointment? No humanity at all.. no recommended! I'm give up on this clinic. Tq

I do neutering of my 2 cats here (Kiwi and Eli). Very friendly staff there. The clinic also clean. Operation run smoothly and next day my cats act like nothing happen. My cats very healthy now. Thank you to the Pawsitive teams. Good job.

Says close 8 but went there by 7.15 all the way from kulim and they simply say close i even ask beg them to have look at my cat and they said no…this is the worst pet clinic yall better go to other clinic that actually care about your pets

I went there 4 times First 2 times for neuter and last 2 times for vaccines. So far everything is good and my cat is safe. And i like Dr.EWen her service is very good. She seems very kind and wont make u feel concern or need to ask the questions but some doctor we still need to ask then only they would answer but yea as i see everything there is good. They will send the pic of our pets condition to us evryday while our pet still live at there which is good. U can ask for videos too. The staff there are also good. So if wanna neuter ur pets i think can feel free to try here cuz they all taking good of our pets very well tho environment inside also very wide and clean la as i see

My dog I think is got thing stuck in the mouth, she cant eat, cant play with me... so I go to government vet clinic in sg bakap, but the dc ask me go private clinic... So I search in google map & find good review then i choose this clinic... DC & nurse was very polite... my dog was so afraid n cant let dc injections... so i just take back medicine for her to eat... now she was healthy again... can play with me everyday... Thanks for the doctor...

1st time visiting this clinic as bring my CKD old poodle for a blood test . Dr Tan attended my poodle and she was very professional and able to give diagnosis and provide correct treatment to my poodle.  She explain nicely and politely for every single question u ask. Feel warm and comfortable when visiting this clinic. Well, 5 star service. Highly recommended. Worth to travel from far to here.

Went to the clinic last Monday. The Malay female vet was very helpful. She explained about my cat condition concisely, and my cat is doing so much better now. Would definitely recommend this clinic

I Went there bringing my fierce cat. Dr and staff did well in handling my fierce cat. As i noticed, all were female staff only,Wish there will be a male staff also. Wish there is more food product also.
