Vor ein paar Wochen wurden wir samstags vom Juwelier nebenan enttäuscht, da kein Personal für ein weiteres Ohrloch verfügbar war?! Bei Christ wurden wir freundlich und zuvorkommend beraten, sodass unsere Tochter sich über ein neues Ohrloch freuen konnte. Habe online eine Uhr von Christ gekauft und habe mir hier das Band anpassen lassen. Nach einer Wartezeit von 10-15 min. hatte die Mitarbeiterin Zeit für mich. Sie hat das Band enger gemacht und ist dann wieder gegangen. Das Band sitzt nun noch immer nicht wie es soll. Da ich nicht noch einmal warten wollte bin ich dann gegangen.

Ich war heute Abend dort und habe einen Batterienwechsel für meine beiden Armbanduhren durchführen lassen, nach einer Stunde, durfte ich beide Uhren wieder abholen. Toller service, kompetente Mitarbeiterin! Vielen Dank!

We were disappointed how we were treated at the store. My daughter wanted to have her ear pierced so we sent online shopping request on one Saturday. We never heard from them, so we showed up anyway for the requested time. We waited about 30 min (another customer was there), but the staff simply turned us away saying the appointment needed to be “confirmed”. We ended having a very disappointed girl.

Today 10 November 2023 around the time of 1600 to 1625 my experience in the CHRIST jewelry store Sindelfingen mall was SUPERIOR!! Two transactions I did and all three ladies were extremely highly professional and displayed great customer care. I wish I would’ve gotten there names to let everyone know. I have been visitng this store for a long time now. The service has always been quite good and professional. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They speak good english and try to help with the issues as best they can. Can definitely recommend!
