Their staff is very well trained. Usually no waiting time. And the services are very good. Although not recommended for heavy bridal makeups. They have a 20% discount card available throughout the year which is valid on all services and makeups.

The facial done by Shazia that was suppose to be 1hr and 15 mins ended in 30 mins. Mani-Padi cuticles and nail shape wasn’t done properly neither the heels even after telling. Everyone seems to be more interested in the Birthday Party of the owner instead of working with a client. If you have a event either dnt take a client or give them a day off instead of taking customers I can’t sit in the Salon and teach people how to do their work properly. Before asking for my satisfaction please do your due diligence. Spent almost thirty thousand that literally went to waste. Please be mindfull of your customers.

A comparatively clean space for a middle class niche in the North Nazimabad vicinity. Staff is professional. A bit on expensive side if you do not have the membership card. Usually good deals are going on.

Had very bad experience here, untrained staff, I had hair kerabouding from there, and after just application of first cream my hair are started shading, falling they don't even know that how to work with treated hairs, And it's not happening with me only, I saw many ladies burn hairs on their head,

Very poor pedicure service at nazimabad branch the receptionist didn't respond instead kept arguing the management should hire a professional staff for reception desk to serve the clients with manners and etiquettes. A good salon always recater their clients if the results are not visible but here in fabiolla they just keep arguing and insulting their clients

Not satisfied with the makeup. I asked for no makeup look n they did heavy party makeup n made my face more thin that I came home n immediately washed my face.

I usually go here but from the past two years their standards have gone very low. Pedicure can be done in such a way that I can do it for free. Massage chair is the last thing I do or you complain a lot and say that we have protocols, but nobody has protocols? Whenever my manager came into the pedicure or facial room and saw what was happening, then there were certain protocols in place. All of you remember that you are close to me when you are dealing with clients. The eyebrow guides they use are exactly the opposite, either the workers in the house or they have asked about where they were done last time and the eyebrows have become bad, but they have been making it from Fabiola for the last 5 years. The most drama department of the hotel was the staff with FACIAL who had to cry their sorrows on me. All the politics, all the politics are in this vehicle. You can't get a facial done comfortably even for half an hour or say please come inside, don't think that you are so close to me that you are crying about me, I am making madam feel bad, don't come inside. I made a garbage stand in this parlor of my own. Haircut does not require any surgery, it just remains with me, it is better to add layers to your hair. Or what happened at the reception, I don't know why Fazul had such an attitude. There was this parlor near my house, that's why I went to the north and I thought a lot of parlors were open.

Manicure and pedicure was ok because they didn't massage well like hardly 1.5 minutes and Facial massage was good But the Sponge she was using was smelly and hair cutting dept. Is good but too much waiting as the staff is not according to the need

Fabiola's is a good go to place mostly for haircut or something similar...some of them could really work on public dealing more especially the ones sitting behind the desk need not to be more courteous and inviting.. I personally liked sunober over there alot, she was really friendly and cooperative, and was able to do a good job ..

😱😡😭They burn my neck during curling hairs with hair straightener .Hi ! I went to parlor for party make up and hair styling , firstly they give me in an un experienced hands and then she made my fair complexion into orange dark instead I was keep saying her you are making my complexion dark than she said me, i had done all , I called her senior Hina she came and than she corrected by making my complexion normally fair . Then one of the other hair artist came she looks me un experienced too ,she curled my hairs and burn my nape of neck , I screamed and she keep talking with others and don't care of customer ,when I shouted then she realise her mistake and senior called, senior came and apply the burning cream on my nape of neck, the whole day they made me upset by their service then one of the senior make up artist Hina said "you are not bride ,we give full attention to bride , itni paison me tu ,itna hi make up ho ga na". That burn lasts long .😫😫😫

Bad experience regarding eye brows. Although I explained the worker to only pluck extra hair stll she gave a thin shape which caused me to wait for another four to five months to regrow my brows by applying castor oil but the next visit proved to be another disaster. So, I've decided to either not getting my eyebrows done here, òr if I happen to go there, I'm gonna take a pen with me to draw a line on my eyebrows to avoid getting a thin shape again.
