Smiggle: it is a dream paradise for children, and teenagers. There are many different design to appeal to the different age groups. Do not leave your children to Smiggle, they will definitely buy something. Ranging from stationaries, wallets, lunch bags and backpacks. Smiggle has amazingly appeal to the adults as well. Just look at the bright and trendy design! Incredible colourful and durable products. Do take note of the prices, it does not come at a affordable price. Happy visiting! =)

They offer a lot of discounts

Bought a bottle from Northpoint outlet and realized it’s cracked when I was about to gift wrap it. Went to this outlet and the first staff I approached promptly offered to exchange without further question. I would have been so frustrated if I paid $25 for a cracked bottle I cannot exchange. Glad how easy the return was. Word of advice though check ur bottle thoroughly. When I was at the Northpoint outlet I have heard bottles falling off the shelf 3 times.,.

Good Place for Kids, Little over budget, however you get quality products

A stationery shop that is popular with primary school children in Singapore. It sells funky stationery that are a little pricey but very cute. If you are thinking of buying a gift for a studious child, you might be able to find something nice here.

Waited till 11:30 am today for shop to open but it didn’t, whereas google map showed it opens at 9:30 am. I think this shop is permanently shut

My experience here is terrible. The sales lady today february 15,2020 @ 12:30AM is not approachable. I am trying to ask some assistance but it feels like she doesn't even wanted to help. She didn't even tell me that i am only lacking $2 to get the free gift for the vip card. Such a horrible attitude.

Great place to bring kids if you want to buy them things. But for adults etc, not much there since they really specialise

The experience is bad. Don't expect any service but at least to have the decency to let me know the price of the bag and explain to me the differences between buying a set or just to get the bag alone. Don't forget i am a buying customer and not at your receiving end when you have a busy/bad day.
