    I learned a lot of things from the 2 days course, looking forward for my gym time to practice some of my fav workout with the machines. Anyway ,Khit is so entertaining! Can feel everyone enjoyed the time during the sessions!Thankyou💪😍

    Super educational but also very fun and entertaining! Our Coach was very engaging and friendly and had a really good humour! I definitely learned a lot and can recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning more about fitness!

    Great 2 days with Khit! Extremely knowledgeable and engaging instructor. Would highly recommend to attend to improve your workout techniques and correct your form. At the end he went through basic stretches as well as trigger point release which I thought was very useful. 10/10 would recommend!

    Attended the course a few weeks ago. Khit does a superb job of engaging everyone and going through the 70- over forms of fitness training well. Course suitable for all levels of fitness and to gain detailed insights into safety and good training programs.

    Master trainer Khit has been excellence in coaching and I have enjoyed great sharing session together with the rest of the course mates. This course might not be suitable for novice, nevertheless it can also be a stepping stone for those into fitness journey, be it a career or personal interest.

    Fun and engaging 2-days hands-on workshop with Khit! Super experienced trainer who imparted a lot of his knowledge, corrected our techniques and highlighted a lot of common mistakes to avoid. After attending this, I feel confident to be able to improve my areas of weaknesses and take my training to a higher level.

😠 Beware of a Filipino instructor called Shawn. Sleep during working hours and when he was asked to go back n rest. He challenged the gym users who reported him. Always switch off all aircons n fans at 830pm so that he can leave work on time
