Went to this studio did my scar treatment. So disappointed with the treatment. Idk how is the review 4.8 received. The treatment consultation also different what it say. Laser turn my face badly red at first eventually pigmentation. I believe is the laser setting thy put was high. As I just stay at home for 3 weeks.They gv me a lot of cream and cause my skin even worse, itchy and peeling as they said will help for the recovery. What’s weird was the manager claim herself as master skin ask me continue to use the product!. I even ask about the ingredients of cream thy also cannot name it as she said gt to the check with dr. I choose to stop the treatment and ask for refund as I aldy gt treatment from skin specialist to cover up the budget but thy refuse to refund and ask me to trust them that thy could help my skin. my remaining amount $1000 nearly utilised her staff call me to let me know my balance left $100 instead of to show care for skin condition. From the beginning manager informed me I can see result for first treatment I rather not do anything as I have to deal with extra skin condition after receive treatment from this studio. One star should gv to good customer service. Their Time management also poor. Idk why it took so long to get treatment done. I would advise those who choose this studio get treatment to think wisely if u love your skin

I have no idea why there are so many good reviews but I kind of think I got scammed. I had wanted to lighten my pimple marks. But Hani kept pushing a $3k package for about 3-4 sessions. I finally agreed to a $400+ for 1 facial treatment (AT A HDB shop). The part that freaked me out was when Hani kept asking me to try their treatment of extracting some of my blood cells for the treatment. I'm not sure what it was but kind of freaked me out. Not sure if they have any license for this from the government. Slight extraction and a herbal-smelling mask, no idea what the plasma device is all about but I see no improvements at all thereafter. A normal facial elsewhere only costs $60-$80. $400 for something like this is unjustifiable and I won't go back again. And they gave me a free product that smells super bad, so bad that I have to throw it away as the smell lingers in my room.

Had fantastic experience with a facial and massage here. Mandy had provided a rejuvenating and relaxing session that left me feeling refreshed. Their new facial hair laser treatment has shown me great results in just 3 treatments. I have hait stopped growing at majority of my face and the staffs there are super friendly and sweet. They take good care of clients. Very happy with their results. Prices are really reasonable and affordable. ❤️
