I’m glad my friend introduced me to this place! Food is really good! Had shepherd’s pie and roast dinner. Makes me warm and fluffy inside so good! Service was good too! I’m not a bear person so I had the non-alcoholic ginger beer which is good too!!! Would come back for their Sunday lunch 3 course menu next time(only 30 bucks!) Abit far from MRT but deco of the place is good and nice! 5 star for sure!

This place had great service. It had a nice menu with good prices. The atmosphere is simultaneously family friendly and pub friendly. Server even brought my kids a little Christmas treat at the end of the meal. Excellent experience for my family! Visited again 5 months later and it's later and had a similar experience. Still a fantastic place.

I ordered the shepherd's pie, steak and bacon wrapped sausages. For dessert, I had the apple crumble. The food was excellent. The only issue is that the poor gals working there have to rush around as the pub is understaffed. Always a great place to have lunch or dinner.

Your typical pseudo Irish Bar. Backs on to a shopping centre. Reasonably priced menu for food and drinks bearing in mind you are in Singapore so nothing is cheap, Very friendly and helpful staff. For food i ordered some chicken wings which were very tasty and washed them down with some Erdinger, finishing the evening with a lovely pint of Kilkenny! They have live music throughout the week so a great place to chill out after work and enjoy the Happy Hours. Would definitely visit again next time I'm in Singapore.

Had been frequenting this Irish pub for many years. Love the food and drinks! Spicy drumlets, lamb rack, tenderloin beef cubes and shepherd pie are my usual fare there 🤤 😋… “snake bite” is my drink but beware don’t get “bitten” hehe as it can be good to drink and you might get drunk before u only :-) … service staff are friendly and the live band yesterday really good… the whole atmosphere just rocks!

The place for an honest pint of Guinness. Always cold, always perfect, right game on tv, decent food, friendly service. Don’t change a thing.

The three-course Sunday Roast is ridiculously value for money at $30, which includes a lobster bisque, roast beef or lamb and an apple pie. Staff were attentive and ambience was OK (not as classy as the Drunken Poet across the street). Beer was good but was quite expensive even during Happy Hours (till 8pm) but do note that all prices were nett.

The location is not easy to find if you do not explore Orchard Area too frequently. Fortunately for me I've already been around this area before. The set up inside the pub is incredible... it really resembles authentically like those pubs I've visited during my ireland trip... the food is great and the servings meant for sharing in my opinion. Celebrated my 31st birthday dinner here with 3 more friends the staff Sri she is a darling. She makes recommendations and takes our opinions constructively. She anticipates what we need sometimes we dont even have to ask. It was also not crowded when i visited as it was a weekday. I would love to visit again. I wish i had been been here before covid happened.

Located in Claymore Connect, Muddy Murphy’s about a 15 minutes walk or a 14 minutes bus ride away from Orchard MRT. They have been around for many years and still maintains its classic vintage look. Felt like I was brought out of Singapore! On both occasions that I visited, I had their Roast beef which was consistent and good, accompanied with the Yorkshire puddings (which are of different qualities on both my visits) . It’s also one of the few places in Singapore that serves Shepherd’s pie with minced lamb meet! Love the authenticity. Between the apple pie and apple crumble, I prefer the Apple crumble. It has different layers of textures and isn’t too sweet. If you are looking for a set meal, go for a Sunday Roast! Lobster bisque is part of the menu too! Top it up with a few pints of beer to complete the experience. Topping the rating with a 5 stars for their great service! Definitely is yes, to going back !

Some secluded local Irish pub.. Decoration & atmosphere very Irish pub feeling.. The food and beers is very nice although slightly pricy, worth the value.. The staffs was friendly, helpful, keep refilling my beer mug.. 🍺🍺 There is real Irish solo live band, really feel like in overseas Irish pub.. the atmosphere so real.. I need go Ireland and compare my own..

Drinking hole with soccer matches played. The food is good and value for money as they have alr included gst. They also have happy hour, which made it even better. My favourite dish would have to be Guinness beef pie! Peppery, tender beef stew with crispy pie crust - a good accompaniment to a rainy day. For 2, we ordered 1.5pints of stout Fish and chips Guinness beef pie Food portion was good for sharing and came to around $70!

Quiz night on Thursday's! It's fun and a great place to hang out with friends. The food is slightly above average for pub food. Service was great. I reserved for 5 and was originally sat at a place that we couldn't have eaten or socialized. After chatting with the server she managed to move us to a table so we could all eat. I was super hungry! We did slightly above average for the quiz night but you don't care about that.

Found a drinking pub serving Sunday Roast that comes in 2 or 3 course set. Cost $30 for the 3 course set- Lobster Bisque, Sunday Roast, Apple Pie with ice cream. Serves other pub food too like Salmon Fillet pictured here ($22) Both dishes are served hot and taste good! Lots of choices for beers and ale starting from $14 for a pint. They do have half pint too. A refreshing spot to chill and have lunch with friends. Cozy atmosphere and staff are friendly.

Awesome selection of food and range of beers, wines, and drinks. Great prices considering the location, and excellent value for money where the food choices are concerned. Friendly wait staff, and hands-on owners who are usually on-site helping out the staff. Great place to wind down after a productive week at work. Sadly though, the chilli crab dip is no more. Bring it back!

Dining at Muddy Murphy's Irish Pub is a wonderful experience. The area is spacious and the ambience was excellent due to the painstaking efforts to create a sensational vintage pub in the 19 century. The fish and chips was tasty and came out looking like a whole fish that was battered, on top of a bed of delicious mash peas. Bangers was satisfying and the portion generous. Staff was attentive although they can be short handed at times. This place is a gem and its highly recommended.

Food was ok, service was ok. Bad experience on my part, have my credit card info stolen right after I left the place. Took a while for the hostess to bring my card back and wouldn’t leave my table until I signed and gave it back to her. Found out there had been fraudulent charges right after that.

Muddy Murphy's has to be my all time favourite pub in Singapore all these years. Since 1996! It has withstood the test of time with its authentic food, beer, great service and atmosphere. I used to hangout here in my 20s and now, I even bring my kids here for a match and dinner. The staff was very responsive and friendly to my kids too. Highly recommended! Slàinte!

The food is too good. Ordered the beef tenderloin steak rare. Leaving this place super satisfied. Service was impeccable as well but most of all, the ambience is great. Came here on Monday evening when there was no music playing. Great place to settle down in silence or with cozy conversation.

Went there earlier today, 25 Sept 2021. Good service, and didn't wait long for the food. Ordered the fish and chips and it was sublime. The fish was succulent, juicy and flavourful. The batter was light and crisp, which allowed me to enjoy the sauces without the use of too much lemon. The fries were nicely double fried and crispy. Nothing else to say but this place is worth a visit.

The fish n chips is definitely one of the best in town. Light batter and really fresh fish with lovely sauce. I only wished that the chips were chunkier and piping hot. The shepherd pie was very beautifully done n delicious. Highly recommended

A proper Irish pub that serves authentic British food and of course draught stout. English football was on the TV of all the corners in the restaurant. The snapper. fish & chips were tasty and not to be missed was the beef stew pie.

The location is nice and people can sit outside, which is very good. But portion sizes are way too small and selection of beer is very limited.

Iconic Singapore Irish pub. Beer is good, food is hit or miss. Most of the Irish fare, including the shepherd's pie, is quite good. Their Asian food is worth avoiding. A bit pricey anyway. They sometimes do quizzes. Christmas dinner is good.

Nice pub. Ice cold drinks. Decent crowd. My 1st time in there. Just after we sat down, the live music started playing. I was about to start cussing at how loud the music was and then on the drums was Chad Smith (drummer of RHCP). He played 2 songs and left the live band playing. Everyone was shellshocked to see him. It was insane! I guess Muddy Murphy’s has the pulling power of famous people. For that fact alone, go in there.

FIT FOR FRODO Muddy Murphy's offers such a welcome break from all that glass and concrete in this overdeveloped country. Take away the wiring, the television sets, color the staffs’ hair red, and you can be forgiven for thinking you just traveled back in time. While I marveled at the painstakingly assembled interior, my very direct irish friend had to say with a smirk “that’s probably not real wood they only made it look like it.. some irish bars with proper wooden interiors go back over 400 years.” Fair enough.. I imagine getting fire insurance to be a problem with all that authentic wood. In the end we both agreed that ‘proper’ wood wouldn’t last five years in this climate. The important thing here is all that effort worked. My visits so far have always been during non peak hours so I’m definitely missing out on the loud and rowdy atmosphere I envision an irish pub like this to be on heavier nights. As for the eating, you get the traditional hearty british fare that’s nicely cooked and portioned well. I have not tried everything on the menu but enjoyed those I did. Country food does feel different in a country setting. They have an asian menu as well but I’m there for the hobbit experience so that’s a skip for me. Pricewise, $$ is an accurate score for the place.. it’s orchard area after all. Service was passable.. for me a little too lukewarm for an irish pub. Some alright, some looked like they've had three consecutive shifts. At times it felt white-centric and it’s not thrilling to experience but it’s a syndrome I’ve grown accustomed to at many a place especially in this region so what the hell. I suggest taking a peek at wala wala’s service recipe as that one’s hard to beat. Overall the place oozes character, and the tremendous effort put in by the management to create such a warm and inviting atmosphere deserves good appreciation. So go on. Walk in with your mates, unfuss yourselves, get yourselves high happy and heavy, then march forth merrily towards mount doom knowing you’ll be reduced to ashes a happy lot. I LIKE IT.

I love coming here..we followed them since The Move from Somerset and we've never looked back. The food (from Sausage Rolls to Cornish pasties, to Shepherd's Pies ) are always delish, the Kilkenny is still the best-pulled one in SG, there is rugby and yes, soccer, and the live music. The atmosphere is always jiving and I'm glad to always return. A personal wish: bring back the whitebait, pretty please.
