😠 Super duper lousy service. The gave my friend a drink in a glass which is leaking fast. This is a safety hazard! But instead of changing the glass fast, they took their own sweet time until half of the drink had leak without even bother to apologize. And when they eventually change the glass, they... The best thing about the restaurant was the lively atmosphere or the music. The staff were distant. Not grumpy, but not friendly either. Maybe because it was too crowded? The loaded nachos were really loaded and a good quantity, but the bolognese was below average. It looks like the same beef was used in the bolognese as the one in the nachos. And it felt sweet, so I had to add a lot of pepper and chili flakes. The location of the restaurant is excellent though. I will be back though as perhaps I may have picked a wrong dish. It's worth a second shot for sure.

I was here on a Thursday night with my girl friends for wine. We had a great time there. As it's a weekday evening, the place was quite empty. The live band sang a song that my friend requested.

Location is good, though the signage is abit small, so might be difficult to see which bar it is. Service is good, place wasn't that packed on a Wednesday night, but they didn't allow us on some of the normal (not the high chairs and tables sort) of tables as it was reserved (wasn't occupied the entire time we were there 7-10+pm), so that was a little strange. The pork knuckle I had was huge, and I barely managed to finish it with the help of my friend. It's delicious, the skin was crispy, but the fat just below was flavourful. Music was a little loud at the place, the live band was decent, though not all of them should sing. Otherwise, it's pretty good. About $40 for the pork knuckle after all the charges in, and happy hour wine was separate.

Live 80s and 90s music! We chanced upon this place after a gathering. Glad to find a live band playing music we love and used to groove to. The place is cosy and it’s great to see all kinds of people here; young adults, middle aged men and women (even tourists) and silver generation folks. Great place if you’re into 80s and 90s.

Super duper lousy service. The gave my friend a drink in a glass which is leaking fast. This is a safety hazard! But instead of changing the glass fast, they took their own sweet time until half of the drink had leak without even bother to apologize. And when they eventually change the glass, they insist that it is the same drink which obviously is a different drink that my friend had ordered. No apologies and their drag queen just waved us off! I regret ever recommending my friends to this bar!!

Dismal service, moody staff. Didn't get the drinks we ordered. Twice within an hour. Didn't get the food we ordered. At all. We go there regularly. Hopefully the service picks up. Have been coming here regularly. The service is dismal. If not for the band I wouldn't bother. Time to look for other venues. Extremely disappointing. John, do something about it.

Maybe we were unlucky on our first visit. A friend recommended this place for good live music. However, the band performing during our visit was ok-ish. Most song choices are ok although often the main singer’s singing was overwhelmed by instruments and music. Drinks were standard with the exception of long island iced tea (don’t order that). Service, or lack there of, on the other hand, was bad. Except for one waitress, the rest of the crew were not friendly, impatient, borderline rude. Won’t come back.

Missed the October fest event with free food and beer for limited time. Decide to come back here as have been before two years ago. The service by the staff is excellent , wine taste great as well. Just on the side note. The caborana taste a little odd. It's suppose to be creamy, milky, a little sweet and sour almost to mayonnaise. But the taste is almost like fermented age cheese. I'll give it for the creaminess but the taste is just off the chart if you have a picky taste. **the important note** - we went to feed back to the manager base on the taste. She mention we have modify it with red wine. We told her that we try to salvage the taste as it tasted really off. What she reply is shocking. She told us that our food isn't nice here, don't eat here. I cannot comply to your taste. Don't eat here at all. She really spoilt our weekend night. Is that what a manager should really say to the customer?

The music is cool. Food is average. Roasted chicken leg was a disappointment. Small, oily and poor presentation for the price.

πŸ‘ Great service from the crew the moment we stepped out of the elevator, who took care of all our needs and checked in often to ensure we had what we needed and everything was in order.
