BEST DINNER EVER!!! Booked my 15 to 18 person reservation on short notice, owners were MORE then accommodating. When we arrived host/owner was super helpful, extremely polite, and made us all feel so welcome. Menu selection was great, so much great food to choose from. Ended up picking the largest platter they had, it was about $130, but fed 5 people with left overs to take home. The Camp Fire Latte was REALLY GOOD and ended up ordering two! The experience was so much fun, and all the staff were so helpful, 1000% I would recommend this place for a great dinner/meal, can't wait to come back! Thank you so much guys! ❤🥰🇨🇦🇸🇬🙏

This is a nice German beerhouse in Katong and has a few branches around the island. A reservation is recommended as it's quite popular and fills up fast. Service is friendly and quick. Beer are strong and taste great in the sweltering Singapore heat. We tried the following - 1) Schweinshaxn (Signature Pork knuckle) - So so good. Crispy but meaty, this is a good rendition of pork knuckle. It was so much that we had to pack some of it. Served with bacon sauerkraut and potato salad. 2) Brezn (4x Pretzel) - Liked how this was presented, but the taste is okay.

Celebrated my friend's birthday here and the food, ambience and value were all good. What was excellent was the service provided by Vivian, our table waitress. She was most attentive throughout the evening and often took the initiative whenever we needed something like a water refill. This was despite her being busy with clearing and serving other tables. She was upbeat and jovial, contributing much to a great dining experience. Keep it up!

Service was prompt but need to have some patience for the food. Environment is clean. Food is good, I find the pizzas great, crispy crust, very tasty pork knuckles.

I am a Germann living in the US and visiting Singapore. This place is absolutely amazing. The food is authentic and delicious. They even import the breadcrumbs for the Schnitzel from Austria. The Erdinger Helles was one of the best I have had. Five stars all around! (and yes, I went 3 times here in 4 days)

Very good restaurant with friendly staff. Loved the pork knuckle and the crispy calamari. Better to have a reservation as they are very busy.

One of many outlets in Singapore serving hearty German fare and beer. Akin to a German beer hall in atmosphere with friendly staff serving the delicious food. Visiting during Oktoberfest presents more food and drink options and that makes it very popular, requiring advance booking. Value for money considering the amount of meat that’s served.

18/11/23 had cravings for pork knuckle. 2 dishes that contained pork knuckles did not disappoint. the skin was evenly crispy, and meat was soft and tender. they taste quite similar to the ones you get in germany. the mac and cheese was great, too. you can skip the soup, was good, but save your tummy for another sausage platter😉 only 2 of us, so we couldn't order much to try. We will be back to try new dishes~ waiter and waitress(chinese) was very hospitable.

The quality of food is high and consistent. I had been to different outlets and it remains the same. The fish took a while to grill and it’s ok cos the schnitzel came quite fast and portion is big. Pair it with a beer (white/dark) and you are good for the night! The two young female servers are attentive and friendly. It was a good deal cos I had the entertainer app which provides for 1 for 1 main. Only order the pork knuckles when you have 3 pax, or else it’s wayyy too much food! Both sauces are yummy and use the lemons to reduce the grease/seafood taste. The restaurant is crowded on a Friday night and reservations are easily done online. Parking is available at i12 katong which is just a traffic light away.

Had a great time at this place. As much as I love Asian cuisine, after about 13 days it is always nice to go back to some western comforts and you can’t go wrong with a chicken schnitzel and a beer. The staff were all great and always made sure to serve your beer with the obligatory “Prōst!” which is generally used to say “Cheers!” The deserts were nice and the ambience at this location was quite calm which is a welcome change to the busy street markets, food courts and hawker centres. Really glad I visited!

Ham & Cheese Spatzzle was really nice! Pork schnitzel was good too - not too oily or tough Mussels were fresh Pork ribs were soft & tasty Spinach & cheese fladen was our top fav!

I had eaten there about 4 years ago. Did not enjoy then. This time It was quite a positive turn around. Oysters were reasonably priced and plump. Rosti was crispy, poached egg was perfectly poached. Hollandaise could have used a little help. Not broken but a little bland. Had no complaints. I will return. Especially for the oysters.

Warm ambience, helpful staff, the always cheery Linda is welcoming and sets everyone at ease. Great for sharing, had herring, mozzarella salad and pork schnitzel.

Celebrated my son's birthday with his chouce of eatery and he wanted German food.We enjoyed the meat platter,mozarella salad, goulash and rosti.The goulash was not too rich and we love the bread too.Cracking was crunchy and yum .A memorable meal and we took away what we could not finish for late supper 😆

Amazing pork knuckle and beer combo. Cannot go wrong. Tried alcohol-free beer for the first time - could not tell the difference. Might be cos it was my fourth :p Surprisingly high quality mussels - recon freshest I ever had served in Singapore. Japanese import, apparently.

Not a big fan of the two dishes I ordered: 1. Cured herring 2. Nurnberger pork sausage

Staff are very friendly. Even though it was a Saturday night, we walked in without reservation and were attended to quickly. The food is delicious!! Will be back!

Perfect place to have Oktoberfest kind experience.. very good collection of German craft beers and sausages. Curry wurst is best. Surprising they have quite a few options for vegetarians. Spinach pizza is highly recommended.

Go to place for German food and beer. We ordered a meat platter, flatbread, mac&cheese and a few drinks. The platter is huge, but we found it abit gelat after awhile. The flatbread is really good. It’s a really nice place to chill, staff is friendly and accommodating. Worth a visit!

Easy to find, cool environment with friendly staffs. The food is also pretty decent in overall. Thing to improve is probably the liquor price. It is quite expensive compared to the other stores nearby.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and enjoyed every visit. Staff was friendly and considerate to our needs. Food and ambience is good. Love their sausages and pork knuckle with crispy crackling. If a whole knuckle is too much for you, try the pork knuckle rosti in the lunch menu. Got to try the seasonal Erdinger Oktoberfest beer, which is nice and fruity. The pork skin crackling in the beer bites is also recommended - light and crispy with just enough seasoning.

Walk in entry (no booking) complicated with required online booking of slot at entrance and restaurant confirming booking and all in order just to sit on table. Food as usual very good and portions extra large. Good value for money

Always consistent with the German dishes and beers across their outlets for 15 years counting! This outlet has a great casual setting for family or friends looking to enjoy a nice German meal. Selection is decent and can’t go wrong at Brotzeit. The service at this outlet is also great and child friendly too! IG @iambruisedlee

The place was comfortable and the food was decent, except that it was a bit jelak because the pork was really fatty, but I guess that was to be expected. Registered as a Brotzeit member and got complimentary pork skin cracklings! But what stood out the most was the service — my friend and I were served by a wonderful lady named Linda, who was really friendly towards us, and she made our experience much better :)

Excellent Food Choices & German White Asparagus season with platter was absolutely fabulous, not to be missed! Service Staffs are so friendly and great recommendations. The ambience has made the experience above average.

first time tried this huge PORK KNUCKLE, the meat is extremely tender and skin was so crunchy! Do not forget to order some Beer 🍻or salad, so can cut the grease of a rich meal! staff so friendly, great service, Environment suitable for dating, gathering, family day tooooo ! Located at the cross road junction of East Coast Road and Joo Chiat, right across i12 Katong. Parking space here is a premium, will be easier to park at i12 and cross over to the restaurant. 2nd visit to this branch, this time with the family on the 2nd day of Chinese New Year. They are pretty understaffed on this day but nevertheless, the service was still excellent and wait times wasn’t too long. The food is so so good! Portions are huge and tastes abundant! The Brozeit platter that we ordered was stated for 4, but it’s definitely more like 6 Asian stomachs. Haven’t met a disappointed dish here so far and the stand outs are the pork knuckle and pretzels. The pork knuckle is crispy on the outside, soft and moist in the inside. Fat is expected from the pork knuckle of course but well worth the extra work outs to burn it after. Loved sitting by the side walk and watch the traffic go by while catching a good meal with the family.

Friendly and helpful staff; good logistic and timingbof food. Team work seems great! Ordered one pork knuckle fladen and a side dish sour salad. Really enjoyed the food which is enough for 2 ladies. I will be back!

This Restaurant is located at the busy intersection right next to I12 Katong Mall. Service was good and food was amazing as well. With a wide selection of Beers to choose from as well as plenty of food options. There was a particular seat in the corner near the entrance which they gave me and it cause me to have a terrible migraine due to the fan consistently cutting across the lights… they need to do something about that corner..

The pork knuckle burger was great!!! Crispy rind and meat seasoned till just right. Even the sides of fries, saukraut and sliced potatoes were addictive. It was a rewarding meal. Manager was very friendly too, will pop by again soon!

Hearty portion of tasty food, and drink! We had the pork knuckle burger, and a wurst dish... they were generously portioned, and hit the spot taste wise! We also ordered a small beer to try, but there was a mistake, and we ended up with a big glass of beer! The beer was light, and flavoursome... Perfect companion to wash down the fabulous food. The place was crowded, but the serving staff were still friendly, and attentive :)

The pork crackling is really freshly fried and still crackling! Hot and crunchily delicious! The pork schnitzel is not bad, nicely breaded, although some parts can be abit dry. The fish on a stick is basically a/or similar to a saba fish. Meaty, salty and flavourful.
