and
walk
over
to
New
Bridge
Centre
or
myCK
store,
you
will
be
able
to
see
Hawker
Chan
beside
this
building
located
along
Smith
street.
They
are
awarded
a
Michelin
star
for
their
Soy
Sauce
Chicken
and
makes
it
the
most
affordable
Michelin
restaurant
you
can
find
locally.
Needless
to
say,
their
signature
to
try
dish
will
be
their
glistening
browned
chicken
hanging
from
their
kitchen.
I
am
not
exaggerating
when
I
say
their
chicken
is
out
of
this
world.
With
the
browned
skin,
you
would
expect
it
to
be
seasoned
so
much
that
it
could
be
salty
but
I
sure
was
amazed.
The
skin
is
flavorful,
juicy
with
the
right
amount
of
fat
but
not
too
salty
and
so
the
skin
compliments
the
well
prepared
chicken
meat
that
is
prepared
nicely.
They
have
other
roasted
delights
like
Char
Siew
and
Roasted
pork.
Their
Char
Siew
is
just
as
good
with
the
flavor
well
controlled
and
charred
with
the
right
amount.
I
would
not
recommend
their
Roasted
meat
which
has
a
weird
smell
and
taste,
more
importantly
their
skin
is
small
and
isn't
crispy.
Their
fried
shrimp
dumplings
isn't
fascinatingly
good
due
to
their
inner
fillings
were
not
marinated
well
or
long
enough.
To
summarize,
you
have
to
try
their
Soy
Sauce
Chicken
at
$28
for
one
whole
chicken
or
$15
for
half
of
it.
The
rest
of
their
dishes
you
can
attempt
to
explore
but
don't
set
your
expectations
too
high.
