Love the room with airplane runway view, location iş great the room is clean. The downside is these staff services… when request for an extra bed , quickly reply no extra bed without even check first. When call the operator , request for late check out….the reply wasn’t not polite & saying impossible even for an hour check out. If only the services & courtesy improve, this good be a great hotel.

Well, this is an award winning ‘world’s best airport hotel’ - truly deserved. The service was top notch, room was of superb quality and good size (pretty spacious), plenty of space for a child buggy and a few large suitcases. Bathroom was 4-piece suite with showers and a separate bath. High quality bed and decoration. Cleanliness was superb, room was tidy and faultless in my opinion. If you can, ask for a swimming pool view room the view was amazing. Best of all, you can walk your trolley of luggage from terminal 2/3 straight to your room without having to ride a train or taxi, within 10-15 mins walk.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in, with great value for money. Check in was quick and room spacious with additions of bath robes, slippers, toothbrushes and more. Large bathroom with spa tub and big shower cubicle. Breakfast was outstanding with various breads, hot food, fruits and yogurts. Range of mini desserts including healthy options. Staff were really friendly with a lovely waitress who enquired about our trip at breakfast. Highly recommend and will return.

Airport Hotels have their challenges like noise and exhaust from the aircrafts. But I have to say the insulation is not bad as I was able to sleep soundly. The hotel was attentive to give a cake and some petal decor as it was our anniversary. I also like the fact that they allow the airport trolleys to be in the corridor and rooms so that we can just check out and head to the departure halls.

Had a wonderful stay with myself and my two kids. Spacious and luxurious rooms with convenient location - easily walkable to airport and Jewel! The best thing however, was the friendliness of staff and their helpful nature. I need to give recognition and thank a staff member called Elijah who helped me with my bags on the morning of checkout. I was travelling solo with kids and he helped me with my crib. He also saw I was stressed and entertained my daughter, helping her put on her shoes. He went above and beyond and made a hard morning a lot easier. He is a credit to your hotel! Thank you, Elijah ⭐️

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our long layover in Singapore. Conveniently located near the Skytrain that takes you between terminals, it was easy for us to get around and explore the world’s best airport. Good customer service and very clean hotel. The king bed standard jewel wing that we booked was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. We felt rested before our next flight. 5 stars!

Location is great if you're flying in/out, not so great if you're touring the country. Lobby seemed rather dated (might be better after the renovation). Narrow corridor past the breakfast area from lobby to room. Another long corridor to get to the other block. Room was nice, bright, and spacious, with an unobstructed view of Jewel. Pool was 25m, good for laps and lounging. Breakfast was standard hotel fare, with western and local selections. Not bad, not great. Service was okay. Friendly, but not exceptional. I'd stay here for the comfy room and proximity to the airport.
