The hotel no longer provides free shuttle service to airport/Jewel... Room also doesn't serve bottled water anymore. In-room dining is no longer available as well... Soundproofing of rooms is also poor as u can hear commotions from next room loud n clear... Room floors are also not very clean. Only plus is the comfy beds n reasonably clean beddings...

We stayed here for a night. They gave us a free upgrade which was pleasant. The room is spacious but the furnishings look a little dated. There are some shops just across the road where we had breakfast and lunch. We had a comfortable stay here.

Not happy with the staff, food, service staff, cleaning staff. They are very very very rude. Once they see the brown skin they will treat you badly for sure. No Indian food available for Indian people. AC works slowly. On the name of deluxe room they have given us the last room which is 5mins walking from the lift. Any time they decline your room card and you need to go again and again to reception to reactive it and after many rounds you will get access. Not happy. Will never visit again. Not friendly for Indian.

We stayed here as a group of 12 to participate in the shell eco marathon in 2017. It wasn’t far from nearby restaurants and public transportation

I really liked the area, the hotel seems a bit worn out, really nice pools, comfy pillows and bed. The housekeeping lady was nice. They offer shuttle service. I would stay here again.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport; because we had a trip the following day to Bali. The area is quiet. No good restaurant around. There are stalls - if it was not for the timing and situation, we won't eat there. The queue to check in was pretty long when I arrived. There weren't enough receptionists to handle the volume of guests. We had to leave to get dinner and when we returned, there was no receptionist at the table. Although the room is large, the pillows smell like acid drool 🤮 The bed was full of micro-tiny bed bug. There was no drinking water in the room, unless you want to drink water from the faucet as they advised. Due to the fact that we arrived quite late (night), we lacked the energy to complain. Also, it was very difficult to order online taxi from the area. No online taxi available.

Nice hotel, inside is better than out. Has a couple of nice pools, one on the roof is an infinity pool. Superb restaurant and bar, The Atelier. Top quality food and drink. Handy for overnight, as good access to the airport. Opposite is the Civil Service Club, which is accessible to the public. Local markets and shops.

Rather tired-looking hotel that could do with some refurbishment - they've just reopened after being used as a Covid-19 quarantine hotel, and had no on-site restaurant or bar (club lounge also not open) apart from a breakfast-only service. Breakfast was extremely crowded on the weekend, with insufficient tables for all guests during peak hours, which meant some had to sit in the lobby area to eat. They've also scrapped their airport shuttle service, so that's not ideal if you're hoping to use it as an airport hotel. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and rooms were spacious enough although views are not guaranteed, so check carefully before booking. Bathroom had quite a bit of grout between the tiles, and in the in-room sofa bench had its soft furnishings taken out so it's just a plain wooden bench - which is a shame. On-site gym was very well equipped and spacious.

I was quarantined here for 7 days due to COVID. Can say I was pretty pleased. Thumbs up: 1) Receptionists were quick to respond (<5 secs) & clarified doubts/provided extra help when needed. Teleconsult was FOC by govt, meds were sent over promptly. Nice staff, also called daily to check up on my well-being/if I had any requests. 2) Internal layout of the room was superb. Design is minimalistic, woody & bright. I was in Room 308, the angle of the room was such that I could have my own private space away from the public eye before reaching the desk. Mirrors were not facing opposite the bed. The cupboard's light was just nice as a night light. Rolled my chair over the adjacent side to get some natural lighting. Many areas/compartments to place things & size of fridge was great too. Cozy king-sized bed! Big hotel space with a mini corridor :) Nice view - can see ships in the distance between Pulau Ubin & Changi, M'sia, some planes, people walking below (not so ulu) 3) Clean room - can attest by proof. I'm a clean freak so I self-sanitised the room upon reaching (incl. hard-to-reach areas on top of the TV & bottom desks) but to my surprise there was no dust at all. Showed the team cleaned every area well, not sparing those easily overlooked. Kudos to them! Things to improve on: 1) There were "KNOCKING" sounds at the top of the windows when it rains. I was frightened at 2am upon hearing it, recorded it & let the receptionist hear. She also agreed it sounded like knocking, until I saw raindrops at dawn causing the sounds. I suspect it's an external design flaw of the hollow wall above the window which amplified the sounds of the collected dews!!! No wonder people think Changi is haunted.. pls pls fix this!!!! 2) Food wasn't very appropriate for COVID patients.. need to bear in mind most have symptoms of sore throat & cough. I made the request of no oily/spicy/fried food but wasn't always adhered to.. Porridge was hard (except for that one catering with blue plastic bag?), pieces of vegetables were spoilt at times.. I'd recommend more of the mashed potatoes, steamed egg (like chawanmuchi), scrambled eggs, chicken sandwiches, yoghurts to be served.. they were mainly the ones my throat enjoyed :) But overall food is still edible (6.5/10) & always on-time. Not bad already. 3) Some technical issues. WiFi kept getting disconnected, thankfully the service staff passed me a portable router which helped. Bathtub was also mildly leaking despite me pushing the button down. A technician came but I stayed a distance away to avoid spreading germs. Seemed ok but water's still leaking (evidenced by little leaking sounds & Dec water levels) when he left.. thankfully slow enough for me to adequately enjoy a bath. Thanks for the great service Changi Village! Giving 5 stars considering everything was sponsored so I should already count my lucky stars. I'll def be back in the future with my significant other, so hope the problems (esp the KNOCKING... ) will be fixed by then! ❤️ Take care everyone 🌟

We won a staycation for a night stay at Village Hotel Changi as part of a bridal event back in 2021. It was delayed till 2023 as the hotel was playing its part as a covid isolation hotel and its reopen date was delayed a few times. Nonethless, throughout the 2 year plus communication with the service staff folks, they were always friendly, polite and tactful in their email communciation. We were supposed to come last month but due to a unforeseen cicurmstances, we had to reschdule it and the folks were very understanding to our situation. 5 stars for service excellence, kudos to the all front office team, jasvan, zila, chandru etc

Found Ants in our room, on the table. I also found 5-6 ants on my bed later ( we didn't bring any food on our bed ) at night. It was only for a night's stay and me and my partner were already settled in so didn't see a point in changing rooms. Saw somebody who posted a review few months back finding ants in their room as well. We were aware that this is an old hotel, but having ants in the room is a bit too much no?

My stay at Village Hotel Changi turned out to be a profoundly disappointing experience, particularly as a single adult bringing two young kids seeking quality time with them. The problems began at check-in, I had booked a Deluxe Room but was given a Club Room. This initial mix-up meant I had to make an extra trip to the front desk before heading out with my kids. Despite this hiccup, we did manage to create a memorable moment while exploring Pulau Ubin, collecting angsana seeds together, which we cleaned and left to dry in our room upon our return. --- The troubles continued when I had to make yet another visit to the front desk to check on the availability of a Deluxe Room. I asked the staff to call me with a resolution while we dined and cycled at the Changi boardwalk. They called, saying the correct room was ready. However, upon returning to my initial room to retrieve our belongings, I was stunned to find that the room had been cleared without my consent. This incident resulted in me having to once again bring my kids down to the lobby for an investigation. --- When our items were returned, to my dismay, the housekeeper had thrown away our angsana seeds. This loss was deeply upsetting as these seeds held great sentimental value for me and my children. The hotel's actions, allowing staff to enter my room without permission and disposing of our personal belongings, not only disrupted our stay but also stole precious moments that were meant to be spent bonding with my children. --- Far East Hospitality really needs to make substantial improvements to their service to prevent such distressing experiences for guests in the future.

Booked a few friends into this hotel at it was near our wedding venue. Service is really bad and inflexible. Apart from booking a few rooms, we also booked a suite that was cancelled by the hotel 2 months before the wedding and suggested we stay at the Katong branch instead. We even went down to the hotel physically prior to the sudden cancellation to made sure our rooms will not have any issues as it was important to us. We emailed a few times to request for early check in as we will really like to get ourselves checked in before our event starts at 2pm. And there was no reply. So the night before, I was physically at the customer service desk to enquire for early check in and the lady at the counter says no issues to check in early and that we could check in as early as we want since we already have rooms there. To our surprise, when we went to check in at 10am, we were asked to pay early check in fees of $28/hr. This is really ridiculous. Given the amount of time and effort us, the guests, have done - we are appalled to still receive such bad service.

Worse ever hotel stay experience! 1. Checking in Called a week before my stay to request for early check in as I’m coordinating a wedding for a dear friend at a nearby restaurant. The person on the phone confirmed that I can check in early and did not mention any additional terms or condition. To my surprise, on the day of check in, I was told to pay $28 for each hour of early check in before 2pm official check in time. If I knew that, I would have plan the whole day’s itinerary differently without the stress of paying double the price for a night stay here because of early check in. The staff was totally inflexible and it emphatic to the needs of their guest. I’ve travelled the world for work and leisure and this is the first time I get such bad response. 2. State of rooms After I checked in 2 hours later, I was assigned to a room that was all the way to the end of the hallway where the place smells musty. The room had algae on their walls and windows, the pillows and beds have stains! The TV quality was also bad! I’m just extremely surprised that this apparently 4 star hotel, under the same management by Far East, is TOTALLY different from Oasia from hospitality to rooms. I’m also amazed that the manager just have to keep apologising on each bad review on google. Seems like the whole team needs to be switched out. And I wonder if they even buy those reviews without comments or rubbish photos. “Amazing” hotel! Haha. I will never stay at this place ever again if not for my friend’s wedding.

The hotel is about 7 minutes drive from the airport (at least that was the time around midnight). The staff were so polite and the room was spacious for the 2 of us (2 large luggage, 2 carry-ons and 2 backpacks). The washroom was very clean and spacious too. Had a view of the water; quite beautiful!

We wish to give commendations to receptionist Ms Seri. We arrived tired from the long flights at night , Ms Seri attended to us and we are delighted with her warmth attention despite interruption from other guest who kept bugging her with questions . She was very attentive to details and tell us where to go for food and the shuttle bus to Changi Airport . Also the bell service was equally excellent in the service . Not forgetting the shuttle bus driver who was kind enough to help us with our numerous items on and off the bus . Directed us to the right place to take a shuttle to Terminal 4. Kudos to these front line staff .

We stayed here during a brief stopover. It is well located for walks and has numerous nearby dining and other food options nearby . The staff on the front desk were efficient and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious but smelt a little damp. We couldn’t help but think if some work was undertaken to clean the exterior it would increase its appeal and sense of ambience.

Bed bugs!!! We stayed 1 night but couldn't sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and found bug bites all over my arm and some on my body. Yuk. Reported to the hotel, the manager said they would get back to me but never did. The hotel is old, tired, and there were exposed wires from the ceiling in the hallway. It's not close to the airport as advertised. There are no descent restaurants close by. Horrible service, dirty hotel, and false advertisement. Stay away!

Great hotel, affordable price for a staycation. Rooftop pool at level 8 It has hawker centre and restaurants nearby. But it is far from city and takes long time to reach there by public transport. Its near the changi beach park which is a good getaway from city life. You can see airplanes upclose.

The staff were willing to explain and helpful. The standard of the rooms let the hotel down a touch, specifically the bath shower. The standout of the venue was the rooftop pool which is outstanding, needs a bar or cafe up there.

Check in for my wedding day and requested for a cake to celebrate, reception say will deliver shortly but end up no cake at all. They provide free complimentary carpark coupons with no limit, just request for it. They have gym and pool to go to. Location was not very good but acceptable for a peaceful night. The bathtub for suite is huge and relaxing.

Had a 2D1N staycay here cos of a credit card promo. Check-in process was lengthy. When tour groups arrive, it's a massive human jam. But good thing is you've a snack bar there to let us munch while waiting 👍🏼 I asked for fork & spoon and the concierge staff told me they don't have. Wot? I brought some instant noodles and now I gotta go home & take cutlery 🙄 ridiculous. A hotel having no cutlery is a first for me. I think it's more of the lazy front desk staff. Rooms were clean but can see signs of aging. Room service was horrendous. The cleaning staff that wanted to clean our room INTERROGATED us "what time can we clean?!" We told her a time to clean when we're headed out to eat & she didn't come during that time. After that she came back again when we're back and was like "SO WHAT TIME I CAN COME BACK?" N I was like *I tell you time also u never come* and she continued demanding a time. I think she has mental health issues. Pls get her checked. Gym was huge & well-airconditioned with a sauna & well stocked with towels. Gym's toilet was super clean👍🏼 Infinity pool at the top floor was beautiful but kinda run down. I guess after 2 years of covid, it's needs a face-lift. Pool at first floor was great too - with a more village-y feel since it's by the greens. Free parking was great. Overall an ok stay here. And they're one of the cheaper hotels so, I guess I can't expect too much?

First came here in 2011.. now its end of 2023 and i have been here countless times for those last minute staycay. Rooms are big and spacious with some having the sea view if you manage to get the higher floors. Staff are always helpful and smiling and always make you feel welcome. Over the years, the building looks abit rundown now so hopefully they do an external paint over soon. And for the longest time, their toilet still do not have a bidet. 🫢 Food wise, absolute easy peasy to find halal food no matter what time of the day or night as the hotel is surrounded by eateries, 24hr restorants, bars ,hawker centres etc. Also just a ten minutes walk away to Changi Beach if you decide to have a evening stroll on the sand.

Was there on Saturday, 2nd Dec 2023, 6.30pm to 10pm, for my friend's wedding reception. Aircon inside the square ballroom could have been better. Good food, good service. There was a prayer room to use. Washrooms spacious and clean. Carpark was clean and charged $14.40.

So after reading reviews of this place we were not expecting too much but the staff from arrival were so accommodating and friendly that we could forgive the tired outer decor and the lack of finishes. The rooms were large and clean and had everything you needed and more. Sadly no MRT yet, but one is now under construction. So we relied on taxis to and from the airport which cost around $$38. We were only here for a couple of days until our transfer to the Peninsula Excelcior hotel in the city but it was a nice place to stop. The food at breakfast was average and finding a place to sit to eat was at times tricky and not the cleanest but it was all fine. We sat near the pool outside to rest one day and fell asleep on a couples chair. Relaxing is more how I would describe this place.

Stayed at this hotel for overnight transit. Free shuttle bus to / from airport and close to famous Changi hawker centre, the beach and right in the centre of the village. I understand this place is popular amongst locals for staycations and I can understand why as it is close to nature.

Room 751 flask is not working and room 533 phone has dial tone but cannot call out. 2 swimming pools, crowded one at lvl 8 (so it is quite dirty esp the jacuzzi), if you want peaceful and cleaner water go to level 1. 2 parking ticket per day. Service is average to good. Bathrooms have bathtubs. Very helpful and friendly Indian housekeeper for room 533 thank you 👍🏼 Best gym Very near hawker centre Poke gyms and poke stops Will come again next month

summary: quite upset about my stay here. good: location is great bad: 1. Loud door bell to disturb guest 2. no hot water for shower 3. no seats for breakfast and food has poor quality longer version 1. hotel staff ring my bell twice (which is super loud) at 4:30pm while my 1-year old is sleeping; I opened the door and see 1 woman and 1 man. I said "baby sleeping", the woman looked at the man, the man gave me a "never mind" look, then they left. I have no clue what they want. I definitely made a big mistake not setting "do not disturb" the moment I enter the room 2. at 8pm, my wife said after waiting for 10 minutes still no hot water so she took a cold shower; after that I went in to shower, confirmed there is no hot water. But I kept the water running for a while and after 10 minutes the water slowly turned acceptably hot (45 degrees maybe). That's very 4 star experience :) 3. we opted in 2 x $23 nett breakfast since we believe it is more convenient. turned out it is a huge mistake. There are much fewer seats than the number of hotel guests, and the food is really just average. The 2 choices of dim sum, one is char siew pao (which I didn't try) and the other is dumpings with weird contents (I felt sorry trying). The only thing I can recommend is chicken nugget which is still hot (other guests obviously notice that as well so they're getting like 7 or 8 nugget each person).

Booked for the Superior room but was given a free upgrade to the Deluxe Room. Love how spacious and luxurious it is. Reception was friendly though we checked in at around midnight. Great start to 2024!

Worst hotel experience I ever had. That hotel deserves only 0 out from 10. I was waiting for 40 minutes to check in, and them, despite the fact that there were no people on the counter, they constantly asked me to pay for the room, but it was paid already through booking. In 1 hour after check in when I was in a bathroom the door to my room is opened and a family with kids were showed up. They told that hotel staff gave them my room and keys to that room! It’s ridiculous and embarrassing. The room also has a dirty glass bottle without water, with a polite signature that water can be drunk from the tap... and they do not use plastic, but can the bottles be washed? And hotel itself is also not good, some things like fridge were not operational.

We always frequent this hotel. Recently, I've checked in this hotel on the 1st April 2023 for a 1 night stay and the condition of room 0319 shocked me. 1- Shower Head is broken and leaking. Water pressure is weak. 2- Mini Fridge is faulty. Not cold. 3- Air-Con is not cooling. Even set at 16° & fan at level 3. In the end, it was not a very comfortable stay. I do hope the management this this feedback seriously and will be more vigilant in the working conditions of the rooms. Housekeeping should highlight all irregularities to the manager for regular updates.

Quarantined for Covid Positive. Super horrible facility and staff. Basic necessities like drinking water they only provided 1 bottle for each meal they sent. Called receptionist for extra water and they told me to drink from the tap, saying that the tap water is drinkable. Did not even provide us cups to drink from the tap and we had to call multiple time just to request for cups. Management should reflect on how they teach their staff. Won't even bother going back for staycation if they ever reopen. Lousy hotel with lousy staff.

Stayed here for 7 days for covid isolation. Receptionist/ frontdesk sounds super dead no energy. The food especially the fried rice tastes like cardboard. Received expired boiled eggs for breakfast. Food definitely not covid friendly was given fried/oily/spicy food despite once of the covid symptoms is sore throat 🤡. Receptionist called my room 3 days in a row to keep asking for my emergency contact even tho given on the first day not sure they just purposely dont wanna write down or what???. Called me on my last day at 1130am to inform me I will be escorted out at 12-2pm made me rush to get ready and pack when they ended up escorting us at 4pm🤦🏻‍♀️

We are isolated here at village hotel @ changi. The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner are terrible. They should be giving us some good food to build up our immunity. The food provided here are either too bland or too salty. There isn’t any fruit provided to us and we have to be isolated here for a week. We are not prisoners and we wanted to be treated by a human being

I was placed here at Village Changi Hotel for COVID self-isolation in Nov 2022, and I’m incredibly thankful for Lynn and her VHC team for their amazing hospitality and excellent service to make my stay so welcoming and warm. She was so thoughtful to give me extra amenities to help me make my stay better, and often called to check in on me to make sure I was recovering and if I needed anything else. The team even packed a care bag with extra goodies, and Lynn even went out of her way to purchase a brand new nail clipper for me! Thank you so much to Lynn and team for making my stay here so much warmer when some of the days were physically and mentally tough. I truly appreciate it ❤️

Like Pamela, I was quarantined here from 12 Oct to 17 Oct in room 309. The bedroom area: Flooring is vinyl, comfy to walk about. Aircon is adjustable, can adjust Temp and fan speed. comfy king/queen size bed and 1 pillow that's too soft. Blanket is thick and soft. TV has HBO, CNN, Fox, CNA etc.. Got mini fridge without any drinks. Got coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, stirrer, biscuits, electric kettle, coffee cups, glass cups, hair dryer, iron, ironing board Toilet: Got shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste. No comb. Got bathtub. Got toilet cleaner and toilet brush. Got mat to dry feet. Got toilet paper and a box of tissue paper. Food: Food from MOH. Delivery on/earlier than schedule. See pics. Only have 2 pics is breakfast (fried rice and fried kway teow) it's 3.5/5. Like catering bento, not very hot. Rice is too much, ingredients too salty and oily. Grabmart delivery (medicine): I buy medicine + body lotion from Unity via grabmart. Grab delivery was fast and the hotel staff deliver fast to room. Grabfood delivery: ordered mr bean at 11+am, delivered to reception at around 12+pm. Finally delivered to room at 8pm. I see the hotel handwritten note, room 309 looks like room 509. Probably delivered to wrong room. Wifi: first few days quite stable, can get some work done. Last few days unstable at night, cannot play YouTube video. Can't write more due to character limit.

The best is we don't need to put any deposits unlike other hotels👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Fast check-out.vGreat place. Spectacular Views. Outside hotel a wide range of Halal Foods to choose from. Only the toilet, they should've attached a bidet to the 🚽 as it's inconvenient not to have 1.

This was one of my favorite overseas stays while working -- it's outside of the "mall" area of downtown and feels a lot more authentic. Breakfast in the hotel was perhaps the best and most complete I've ever seen -- when you start your stay they give you a coupon for each day you'll be in the hotel. It was the first place I was introduced to ginger ale and pineapple juice, which is a really nice combination. Evenings I would go to some of the local food places which were quite inexpensive and delicious. I usually like to sample a variety when I travel but I loved the first one I went to so much I became sort of addicted to it. Rooms in the hotel are quite comfortable and spacious, though if you will make extensive use of the wifi it's a good idea to let them know. The pool on the roof gives an elegant view. Oh, when I was there they also had a deal with a nearby bicycle rental place for a free... hmm, I want to say at least half-day? -- bicycle rental. I took a nice long trip along the water back behind the airport, and eventually got to the park and stopped at a little cafe. Really nice experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone transiting or travelling Singapore. Location is good for late flights coming into Changi, and needing a place to stay that is close to the airport. To the city by public transport takes 1hr on bus 29 and Downtown MTR from Tampines. The staff are very friendly, and compassionate. They are open 24/7 so you can walk in at any time to check in. Staff were very facilitating even though our booking had an issue. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the swimming pool on the eight level was exquisite. Thank you for hosting us!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Village Hotel Changi in Singapore and it was an excellent experience. The hotel provides easy access to various amenities, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed with comfortable beds, high-speed internet, and flat-screen TVs. The amenities provided were of excellent quality and made my stay a very comfortable one. One of the standout features of this hotel is its excellent food and beverage offerings. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The staff at the Village hotel Changi were incredibly friendly and professional, making my stay truly memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Had a couple of recent stays here - great location if you're stopping over at the airport. Rooms in the hotel are comfortable but getting tired and musty. Wifi unreliable. Pools are good and walking trails near the hotel. Did not eat at the hotel as there's a variety of food options nearby. Would return.

Only stopped to briefly sleep 1 night, but I had time to appreciate this classy, 70-style, beautifully renovated hotel we serendipitously found. Just a short taxi ride (Sing$15-22) from the airport. With excellent middle of night reception-check in. Fabulous sleep in a beautiful bed - and beautiful shower! With a classy gym on site, heaps of Singapore’s MAGNIFICENT CLEAN, CLEAR, DRINKABLE, FREE WATER! Really enjoyed my rest here after a tiring flight. Recommend XS

The hotel is big but a bit old. But I can definitely see the effort that the staff has put in to make the rooms as new as possible. The cleaning was done very thoroughly in the bathrooms and everything is nicely taken care of, despite certain furniture showing the signs of wear and tear. Overall, I was satisfied with the stay. The staff is very cordial as well. The only reason I gave one less star from five is that the carpets in the room smells a bit of dust (but again maybe it is me being sensitive to dust). Another small issue was that wifi was not working. I am pretty sure that the staff could get it fixed but I was too tired to figure that out during check in. Would recommend a friend.

Stayed at Village Hotel Changi for my birthday staycation. The reception staff, Navina, was exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. Overall, the service from the staff is good. They are all polite, helpful and kind. The hotel is good for a short stay away from the city. Breakfast array could be better but food was still good! Only downside is that the hotel in itself is quite old and some of the facilities reflected that. Would definitely come back again! 🍻🤙🏼

Hotel itself is fairly decent, reasonably priced. Have the usual hotel comforts although it’s quite a dated hotel. Worst thing about it is the location. By public transport would take 1.5 hours to town with many changes. Taxi to town would be $40 and all add in, might as well go for somewhere in city. And there’s no shuttle bus provided to airport neither.

The hotel is quite run down, called for house keeping service (ask for extra cotton pad) was not delivered, ended up had to walk out to near by shop to get it. Room is quite run down. Carpark is quite quiet too. Remember to ask for complimentary parking tickets.

Reasonable price, overall is good. There are few things that I would like to mention: 1) The air-condition (room number 561) not function good 2) and the bed is too soft for me, 3) Do not provide any drinking water in the room.

Hotel is in need of some refurbishment for sure. Many eyesores for me in the room and the facade personally as indicated by the pictures. The deluxe room is spacious and it’s one of the few saving graces. Hotel breakfast is underwhelming. Basic in my opinion although I can’t complain much since I managed to book the room at a low rate. Lots of eateries nearby so visitors will have a lot of options. For those who want to have a day trip to Pulau Ubin, this hotel is just a stone throw away.

In Singapore I have stayed in many hotels. But I recommend Village Hotel Changi without any second thoughts. The reasons to stay in this hotel: Value for money Spacious rooms Cleanliness of the rooms and the premises Friendly staff If we request for early check-ins and late check-outs they allow if the room is available Privacy Calm environment We can place our luggages and bags with them before checking-in and even after check-out The only drawback: This hotel is situated bit far from tourist attractions. But can reach almost anywhere within 1 hour by public transport and 30 minutes by taxi I will return back for sure.

Good day, I have stayed here twice in suite room facing the Sea prior to my flights. Excellent service staff and location sort of rustic and charming. View from this hotel is stunning. Bar and pool on rooftop is a great way to relax from hustle bustle city life. Highly reccommended. Kudos !
