This hostel is really lacking a central air conditioned area where people can sit and relax and get to know one another. There is an outdoor area where the laundry and the kitchen facilities are (hot and humid as hell in typical Singapore weather), but there are linens and sheets hung on the rails for drying, which is quite an ugly sight when this area is for guest use, and the fact that there is a dryer next to the washing machine. There is not enough space/hooks to hang clothing. There is not enough storage for luggage. Not enough hooks and shelves in the bathrooms. Mattress is really not very good. It should have have been just 1 star considering everything. But it is among the lowest price for similar hostels so that gets them 2 stars overall. I wouldn't stay here again until they make improvements.

There are so many better spots in Singapore. While positively speaking, the beds are nice and the rooms are clean. The staff are exceptionally rude, money-centric, and apathetic. Don't even try to bring guests to the public lounge downstairs if you want to have a meeting as they will be very intrusive to you conversation. Also the breakfast is terrible. I would not recommend the experience of staying here to anyone I know.

A inn with sharing concept, backpacker friendly. tidy room, good and complete facilities. they also have a very welcome staff.

Great value for money. One of the most modern hostels I’ve seen and fits right in with all the good architecture and design in Singapore. The bed is similar to a capsule and the mattress is comfortable. Showers are well kept, there is cold drinking water to refill your water bottle, the staff is helpful. It’s not really central but it’s near Chinatown which has some good food places. Would recommend.

同房的房客有人把冷氣關掉之後把冷氣遙控器藏了起來，導致房間很熱。 請房東手動打開冷氣後，不到三個小時，又被關掉冷氣，真的是很差勁的的體驗。 明明可以吹冷氣的，卻被關掉冷氣。

지하철역과 차이나타운이 꽤 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 직원분들이 아주 친절하고 호스텔이라는 점을 감안했을때 숙소는 깨끗했습니다. 바에서 커피가 무료 제공되어서 좋았습니다. 여러명이 갔을 때 방 하나를 빌리는 것도 좋은 방법입니다.

今天入住，尚未碰到房客。 碰到的女生店員實在服務太周到了， 非常貼心，且只要合理、提出詢問都會耐心為你解答，或幫助。也很活潑，樂意做好她的工作及服務，真的很棒。 地點雖然不是地鐵附近，不過從牛車水走到旅館，其實滿好走的，只是不能照Google 提供的路線，目前封起來了，要直接走大馬路，不過坐公車也是很好的選擇，非常快速。

It is a very nice well kept hostel. A bit pricey but that is Singapore. I was on floor 3 room 2 and when I first saw it it looks very cramped. I slowly realized that there is actually a lot of bed space and there are curtains to give maximum privacy. Each bed has a safe which is helpful, but the lock is not sufficient for absolute security. There are always a washroom available, which is always clean. The day staff at the desk is wonderful and very helpful. We arrived at 1 am and it was a bit difficult getting through all the paperwork... we just wanted to sleep. Also the door keys are bracelets which is awesome as you cant lose them! Location is central but not much around it... bring your walking shoes and explore.

The hostel itself is very cool, it definitely lives up to the "boutique" style. The key system is also very cool, and having a locker by your bed is a great touch. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked pretty well. Breakfast was really good as well, not common for a hostel's breakfast. Staff is generally nice. I asked for salt for a girl at the bar, she said they didn't have it. I asked then to the guy in the lobby, and he went to the bar and got some for me. The common bathrooms got dirty really quick, as in my floor at least, there were only 2. Just one shower could soak the whole bathroom. The common area (with "kitchen" and washing machines) was OK, but not very comfortable to hang around. Not the best place to meet people, if that's what you wanted staying in a hostel! I'd stay there again!

Near to MRT Budget friendly and cooperative staff

Really friendly staff and a decent first impression. A family room had decent space and seemed clean (helped a lot by dark tiles and low lights I now realise). Excellent shower! Food wasn’t great but that’s probably an us issue - bread, peanut butter, jam, hard boiled eggs…it’s fine and arguably on par with a lot of Singapore breakfast options. There’s an odd kitchen set up that appears to be a container on a small terrace…which is fine, but it was pretty grim - a long time since it was properly cleaned. And this goes a long way to explain the modest-sized rat. On our second night I opened the door and saw a tail, backside and legs disappear behind a shelving unit…I swiftly shoved it into the corner and hopefully taking care of it! No one else had noticed and I couldn’t make a fuss with management without alerting my family. And was there any point?…was this the standard management expected (see kitchen comment)? Where could we storm out to at nearly midnight without selling a kidney? Logically, I know it’s probably more scared of us than we are of it :( I told the cleaner and lovely guy on reception the next morning, he seemed surprised and asked if I had a photo…a pretty dumb question. But he did promise to investigate. Returning 12 hours later he gave me the nod that everything was sorted. Another 12 hours later, checking out, he revealed that they found nothing…meaning they still have a rat problem but have zero concerns whatsoever! They didn’t even clean the room (the absolute first job following a sighting) - talc remained on the shower floor - when they completed their ‘search’ and I don’t think they even moved that unit, just checked under beds. I didn’t sleep well as a result and didn’t enjoy Singapore as much as I should have. I’ve no doubt that they’ll respond to this and assure everyone that I’m mistaken…I’m not. I’ve spent years auditing restaurants and retailers for exactly this problem.

The receptionist very very kind. He made our stay very pleasant. It helped us in everything. The hostel is very clean. Good food and music.

Horrible experience in the hotel. My whole family was bitten by bedbugs, room was also dusty. Complained to counter but they said no other rooms were available and only changed the bedsheet for us (which was not helpful, still got bitten at night). My father had to sleep on the floor cause of the bedbugs and my brother had severe skin reaction after the stay! Very disappointed

スタッフ◎→とても優しく接客はすごく良かったです。 部屋◯→キレイですが、狭いです(女性6人部屋。でもカーテン閉めれるしプライバシーは守られます。ただ私が泊まった時に部屋の女性がスーツケースの荷物触ってるだけで、クレームをつけて来ました笑　朝8:30でそんなん言うなら1人部屋行けよって感じですが、まあ部屋の客は選べないのでしょうがない。 場所◯→アウトラムパーク駅から徒歩12分くらいで行けるので、チャイナタウンやラパオサまでは歩いて行ったりしました。 Restroom△→キレイなんです。キレイなんですけど、トイレ濡れてたりするので、トイレ大国日本から来るものとしては◯評価はあげれない。でもキレイです。全階かはわからないけど、3カ所あります。 料金◯→シンガポール自体宿泊施設高いので、どこに泊まっても料金は△ですが、朝食もあり、部屋がキレイなのは評価できました。朝食はパン、シリアル、卵、ソーセージなどあり、飲み物がコーヒーだけではなくミロがあったのはGood！！ 総合評価◯→もしまたシンガポール来たら泊まっても良いと思いました。

The dorm room is a bit small making getting in and out of bed difficult. But otherwise the facilities is good. The provided locker is very spacious. Able to fit all of my personal items in it, plus the wall electric outlet in the locker is very convenient.

One of those modern hostels where the dorm bed is similar to a capsule with a little bit more privacy, I had a good night sleep. Showers are relatively well kept, there are some common spaces and staff was surprisingly helpful. Though it is not central, I still liked the neighborhood which has many cafes and restaurants, and only 15 mins walk from the river or Chinatown. Recommended.

This is so kind place

The Coo hostel is a high tech, squeaky clean accommodation. Each bed has a privacy curtain, a safe, and every guest gets a wristband for access to the hotel in the middle of the night. There is a super cute café downstairs to hang out, have a cup of coffee and dinner if you so desire!

I had the best experience in coller boutique hostel.The staff of the hostel was so kind hearted.

A good night stay, clean and well maintained. Free breakfast prepare and serve you generously. Unfortunately only one or two sour looking staff need to be sent for training in customer service orientation. Thanks to the good support from the customer resulting in latest revised quote for a walk in customer hike at 100% astronomically unreasonable. Slightly over value for money.

Terrible attitude mandarin speaking female staff at the counter. Had grab delivery to deliver thing there as was been told by recipient to put at the counter because she was practising performance upstair the hostel, the female staff was so rude from the beginning and refused to let grab deliver guy place the item there. We tried to contact the recipient but couldn't able to get her at that moment. The point is if is not allowed to place the item there, that female staff should say it nicely and politely, the way she talks really terrible, shouting "你要我怎样？！！你们就是要叫她下来拿！！＂ OK fine, this kind of staff there, this hostel 👎🏻 I won't recommend to other people.
