👍👍 FF Capital tower is great for specialist training. Like doing swim drills. Or run drills. Free weights area are limited so if you just want to lift barbell and dumbbells, better go to other FF clubs. People often mention pool, email, class, Great, small, equipment, great, location, facilities,

First visit.. Smaller than mbfc I feel so until I m feel otherwise. Have the performance fitness gear so less aerobic machines. Bright green attire so different to other platinum club attire - not to my liking. Toilet is small, layout confusing. Located close to tanjong pagar mrt is a plus. Oh yes a mini pool. Good there is no need for building pass exchange. Mini steam n sauna available. I prefer lower star since I expected a bigger gym and changing room. I can switch workout but bottleneck would be usually when shower n changing.

This branch looks very new, clean and spacious. There is a swimming pool. It was quite empty on a Saturday morning.

Very poor communication. Received their marketing email about their swim starter classes which says to register via email. I send an email to the provided email address to make sure there was space and to register and am told that I have to register in person at the Capital Tower location before the start date of the class. So I go, in person, 8 days before it is supposed to start and register/pay, which paperwork and staff explicitly say that it’s non-refundable, if you miss a class you’re just out the money for that class, pretty standard, if not harsh, agreement. Then the Thursday before the class is supposed to start (Saturday, January 8th); I go buy a new swimsuit, goggles and swim cap (as suggested by the person who I signed up with) during my lunch break. Towards the end of the day I have a break in my schedule and check my email and see an email from Fitness First regarding the swim class. They are canceling it due to “not enough people signing up” though there was never any information given to me about a minimum number of people for the class/possibility of the class not happening/etc. Not only that, but they then go on to suggest they just hold on to my payment until the next time they hold it—like I know if it’s going to work for my schedule or that they’ll actually hold the class and not cancel again 🤦‍♀️—or put the money toward my monthly fees (which is paid by my company) as they don’t want to do a refund. I send an email in response politely declining those offers and said I would just go by the center the next day (Friday) to get a refund, assuming that it would need to be done in person. I arrive at this location around 4:30 pm Friday (which is out of my way), with no response to me email, so I’m assuming it’s fine, only to be told at the front desk that refunds happen “on the back end and not over the counter”. How am I even supposed to know whether or not they are processing my refund when they never responded to my email?!? Would definitely recommend the other locations I’ve been to over this one.

Great location, nice equipment, massively let down by the lack of upkeep, especially the shower facilities. I was confused by the shower because I wasn’t sure if it was a water feature as the water was trickling down the wall, so if you wanted to wash the soap off, you’d have to press yourself against the wall to get the water onto your body. There were issued attire left behind in more than a few of the cubicles; towels were left on the benches even though the towel and attire return drop off is conveniently located in a shower room that isn’t big. And I’d also found discarded mineral water bottles under the benches as well. Terrible lack of responsibility by some of the members, just as bad by the management for failing to maintain these basic housekeeping. The branches in the “neighbourhood” areas are much better maintained than the one in Capital Tower. Management really don’t need members to complain before acting.

small gym. what little space is available for exercise is often taken up by classes. limited machine choice. lacks the most basic equipment. leg extension machine, for instance. staff show greater concern for money than taking care of customers. all pretense of respect and friendliness reserved for prospects disappears the moment you become a member. membership fee increases every year without fail. service staff lazy and unhappy all the time. a far cry from nearby higher-quality counterparts in raffles and 100 am mall. avoid.

It's a great place for you to workout. Also the location of the club nearby Tanjong Pagar MRT Station . Just need to went through Exit F and walk a little bit . - But this club is a places for you to train your sport performance or athletic training places . Because it have half of the rock climbing area , which is the most different club with others fitness first . The value point for me is the view and the half of the Olympic size swimming pool . * Take note ; if you consider which gym did you want to sign . I will recommend you this Capital Tower FF club , and can come and visit !!

I like the facilities and instructors so far. The biggest letdown is this salesperson Nash who did very unethical sales push. He kept gaslighting me with all sorts of numbers and suggesting me to sign the 12-month full access contract immediately even though I clearly stated I was still thinking. I felt like a cash cow to this guy… In the end, I visited another Fitness First branch and found the salesperson a lot more calm and informative. I decided to sign up for membership there instead.

Not the best Fitness First in town. Gym is small with a lack of treadmills, if you arrive after 12pm you will be hard pressed to find one free and this can be frustrating when many people only walk on them and at a slower pace than you would walk round the supermarket when shopping! Male changing rooms are badly designed and crowded and the showers are dirty.

Membership cancellations tend to be tricky business but Martha was an absolute gem and runs a tight ship. Details were clearly explained, efforts made to retain the customer without being overly pushy - would definitely consider this gym if I’m looking for memberships again in the future.

Great concept gym. Big, airy weights area and has a 25m lap pool. only thing is the steam room smells super dank and mouldy. unfortunately... the actual capital tower building management has this idea of doing fire safety tests every saturday... to the point that although the gym is completely open, it can't be accessed - and even then when the drill is over, the lifts can't be used so you need to take 9 flights of stairs to get up. just outrageously hostile behaviour to users and tenants from building management. I feel sorry for the gym and all tenants here.

I personally like the capital towers outlet the best. I recently decided to refresh and kickstart a proper fitness routine, after many months of feeling stuck, and so happy to have done this with my PT, Kristin, who is stationed there! She listened to all my input on my background, fitness journey and pain points, and what I hope to achieve with the sessions. She tailored our sessions accordingly, keeping it very focused and giving me many insights and advice along the way, all while answering my many questions. It truly was the help I needed and I’m rly satisfied having learnt so much! Sessions with Kristin were also always fun and she always managed to keep it lighthearted while achieving the goals we set out together! It overall exceeded my expectations and I’m very grateful- couldn’t recommend her enough 😊

Good FF branch for pool sessions, although it can get quite hot in the water. Really like the bouldering wall and climbing rope for more diverse workouts.

Nice renovation job. But many machines r missing.

  • 4/5 Gilberto C. 4 years ago on Google
Overcrowded and rooms stuffed with equipment, changing rooms very badly designed with lockers overlapping each other. If the fees were half of what they are I would not complain, but for this price tag, even the smoking hot receptionist could not make me forget that I wanted to spend just the minimum time possible.

Club is smaller but less people also. The swimming pool is a good lap pool for serious swimmers like me, no restrictions in gear use.
