zi
ji
and
the
chicken
skewers.
The
Botanical
gin
was
good
as
well.
However,
the
service
was
utterly
atrocious
to
the
point
that
I
was
annoyed
with
both
staff
who
attended
to
my
table!

Told
the
staff
that
I
wanted
a
G&T
on
the
rocks,
and
he
shot
me
a
death
glare
and
rudely
said
"So
do
you
want
it
with
ice
or
without
ice?
G&T
already
defaults
to
with
ice".
Hello,
I've
already
mentioned
"on
the
rocks"
to
have
zero
doubts
about
it.
And
even
if
you
did
misunderstand
me,
it
wouldn't
have
killed
you
to
smile
and
politely
ask
me
to
repeat
myself.

Same
waitstaff
took
my
credit
card
on
hold
and
forgot
to
give
me
a
card
in
return.
At
the
end
of
the
evening,
I
asked
to
settle
the
bill
and
another
waitstaff
looked
as
if
it
was
my
fault
when
I
mentioned
that
I
didn't
receive
a
card.
Get
your
processes
right
before
blaming
your
customers
please.

Throughout
the
evening,
another
staff
kept
pressurising
us
to
order
more
drinks
although
we
had
enough
and
were
ordering
tapas
to
enjoy.
Unpleasant
hardselling
here.

And
to
top
it
all
off,
the
waiters
closed
the
bill
and
charged
to
my
credit
card
even
BEFORE
they
handed
me
the
receipt
to
have
a
look.
Luckily
the
bill
was
correct,
but
this
is
not
standard
practice
and
looks
terrible
on
the
professionalism
of
your
staff.
All
in
all,
I
will
not
return
to
this
establishment
with
such
poor
attitude
from
the
staff.
To
say
that
it
is
disappointing
is
an
understatement.
