For the price of $51++ per pax, it is totally not worth it. The atmosphere is alright, but it feels quite warm and there are flies. The food is not fantastic either. All in all, I would advise you to bring your money elsewhere and have a more enjoyable high tea in another establishment.

It's a casual afternoon tea restaurant at Fullerton Hotel We had requested a vegetarian menu for afternoon tea in advance while booking slot The drinks were ordered from the given menu. We booked for 2 adult and 1 kid . They give complementary food and drink for my son , also they provided him some colours and colouring book so that we all could enjoy our time there.. The service was great 👍 Our table was ready on time, we were welcomed with welcome drinks 🍸 The ambience was great. The live music with a harpist playing at the venue was perfect. It's was my husbands birthday, they wished him with cake as I had mentioned while booking . It was a perfect kinda thing for couples' dates as well as a family celebration .

Came here for a coffee and some cake. The cakes were delicious ISH I got the bacha coffee it was much better than the normal coffee, but it is a bit more expensive. hotel prices, would you expect?

Disappointed with the experience. The savoury are petite size, (1 mouth/single bite-size)too small. The sweet and the scone are good. All the food items are non refill-able. Limited tea selection and coffee selection. Service and atmosphere is perfect, but I would expect more given the price of S$68++ per adult. Suggesting to at least refill the savoury items once or make the items bigger.

Made a reservation for their afternoon tea for my mum's celebration, and it was a pleasant experience! The service of their staff are excellent, and they also provided a birthday cake and a printed photo for memory. The food though, was a little disappointing as the quality was quite lacking for a hotel like this. The sweets were good but the savoury could have been much better. Aside from the truffle egg mayo burger and the duck rilettes, the rest were quite mediocre. Particularly, the smoked salmon and eclair did not really go well together. I would definitely give the servive, experience and price point a 5 stars, but as a foodie, i can only give 4.

I had a great high tea at Fullerton hotel lobby lounge. Food seems tiny but this is just perfect for lunch. I hardly finished the 2 scones at the end. The high tea includes 2 plates of savoury assortment and one sweet plate. The food is simply great. I am not fan of egg mayonnaise but the truffle taste is irresistible. The tea selecting is reduced but all the tastes are covered. On arrival, an iced tea was served complimentary. An harpist played for a while, this is the cherry on top 😉 the staff is very professional. I strongly recommend the experience. It is better to book in advance. I found it fully booked on line but on the phone they found me a table. Please not that there is no food refill but you really do not need it. Enjoy your high tea

Great hi-tea experience in the Lobby of the Fullerton Hotel. Snacks such as sandwiches are refillable, and one is free to sample the variety of tea on the menu. Great place to spend an afternoon in conversation and catch-up with friends; you might not even have room for dinner after tea!

I had a wonderful high tea for my Birthday. It was the perfect ambience. There was even a lovely lady who was playing the harp. The service was on point and the high tea was absolutely delicious. I even got a cute little Birthday cake. Thank-you team.

Had high tea here featuring the Lunar New Year menu. Beautiful ambience with natural lighting . Unlimited refills of coffee, TWG tea and savoury snacks. Well worth the price. Service was impeccable and every single staff was friendly. They even helped take a picture and had it printed as we were celebrating an occasion. Kudos to the entire team for making it such a joy to dine there. No complaints food wise. The festive dishes wasn't the best, but you could see the effort and detail put into preparing it.

This is my first high tea experience. We didn’t make any reservations but thankfully there’s seating. The ambiance at the courtyard is super good!! We got the most VVIP seat, directly in front of the harp. Great amount of lighting and good service. The harpist plays a mixture of songs that various from English to Chinese. It was really calming and relaxing. The food wise, not bad. Waiter will briefly name the desserts when serving them on the table. Feels really classy and elegant. Will definitely return for the great atmosphere.

Besides Raffles Hotel, this is the most traditional High Tea experience in Singapore. The 3-tier platter is plenty for two and has decent balance between sweet and savory. The recipes are traditional (not Asian!) such as Victoria and Mountbatten cakes, and cucumber sandwiches of course. NOTE: The savory items are no longer free-flow.

I knew I was sold when I saw that there was going to be a live harp performance from Thursday to Sunday!! The place was absolutely stunning with a very relaxing ambience. Not forgetting the superb service by the team at Courtyard Fullerton! I booked a reservation indicating that I was heading over for a traditional high tea to celebrate belated Mother's Day and they surprised us with a complimentary Mother's Day cake. Will be back again.

I didn’t stay at Fullerton hotel but I found the hotel when I was exploring Marina Bay Area. I like their classic style architecture and interior design. It was Saturday but there weren’t many people so I could relax in a chilling atmosphere. I had an ondeh ondeh cake and an iced latte. Both tasted good.

The small cakes and tarts all taste with lemon but the pastries taste delicious. Usually, the service here is excellent but when we went last time, they always forget what we asked for and they'll give us a wrong one. The atmosphere still really looks beautiful and peaceful.

Went down to The Courtyard at Fullerton Hotel on 26th Oct for their Pink Traditional Afternoon Tea to celebrate my mom’s birthday and have to say it was phenomenal! To start, we had the choose from a wide variety of either TWG tea or Bacha coffee. The high tea food came shortly after and each item was unique and delicious. It was also surprisingly filling despite all the food items being small in nature. Service from Joey and his team at the Courtyard was impeccable. I let Joey know that it was my mum’s birthday as we were sitting and he later brought a birthday cake and even a personalised card with the family picture in it! Truly was a memorable and personalised experience that I will not forget. I’ll definitely come back for future celebrations and special occasions. The price is on the high side but it was worth it!

I celebrated my graduation with friends for Saturday afternoon tea and the service was exceptional! I was so impressed with how each guest's dietary requirements were handled (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian). We had such an amazing time we didn't realize how long we were seated. The staff were incredible and I would definitely recommend coming here if you live in or are visiting Singapore. Thank you Fullerton staff for making my day feel so special!

used my 3 for 2 weekend afternoon tea voucher bought through @chopesg #chopedeals 🤭 so close to expiring 😮‍💨 i really like the open ceiling space for catch up session with my dearest friends 🥰 there was also a harpist 🎶😍 … But inflation really hitting hard 🥲 tea used to be changeable and savouries were free-flow. now it’s one time serving and one time hot water top up 🫠 but well the scones are still as good as i remembered! will appreciate more savouries though. Overrall still one of the more affordable afternoon teas - with discounts available 😉 … 💡: good to check them out during card promotions! 📍 @fullertonhotelsg Courtyard (Raffles Place) 💰: ~ $58++ per pax ($43 per pax nett using discount)

Had afternoon tea there - was around $51++ per person but we had the Citibank deal (4th person dines free with 3 paying adults - I think the T&Cs stated it’s capped at 8 diners for the deal - so 6 paying and 2 free?). I love TWG tea and they had a few yummy blends. They serve Bacha coffee too! Savoury bites were quite yummy. Sweet ones were a tid bit sweet but still alright.

I would like to commend the Courtyard Team especially Mr Lalikumar and the other gentleman for their prompt and warm hospitality during my visit yesterday. Our requests of vegetarian and regular set is being met before we reached the place and our food were also served very fast. Top ups and 2nd helpings to refill were also initiated by Mr Lalikumar and team without prompting. It is indeed very impressive and we feel very welcome.

Sweets and savouries along with tea is free flow. For its price and quality, I feel it is a great value for money. I also feel it is a great idea to have a vegetarian set as I can enjoy the tea with my non vegetarian friends too!

We also had complimentary parking which is a nice gesture.

I recently had tea at other hotels around the area, and I have to commend that The Courtyard Afternoon tea is still the best. In this manpower shortage industry, I had observed the other hotels having the same no. servers to tables ratio but then they did not nail the customer experience as well as The Fullerton Hotel.

Good job team Fullerton Courtyard, we will be back! :)

Great place for high tea. I wish the ratio of savory-to-sweet options was more skewed towards savory, but otherwise great. Tea is bottomless and the location is lovely. It's an excellent place to bring visitors to Singapore.

Very disappointed with their service. Went there for high tea quite often but last visit the food was really bad. Found a huge plastic inside One of the pastry and almost swallowed it. Complaint to the manager n higher management but I don’t feel they are feeling sorry or embarrassing even though they waved the bill and offered me n my hubby for another complimentary high tea. I refused the offer but I still would like to give them another chance with come out my own money so I made a reservation 2 weeks ago for 3 person and one of the staff said will get the manager to give me a call to confirm my reservation but no one call n care to follow up.

Superb service and buffet has great selection of food! This place is mummy friendly too, with a changing room near the restaurant. As we were busy with our kids, the manager on duty reminded us that we should get more food before the buffet timing ends. They also allowed us to keep the food and continue eating after the buffet timing. Top notch service! They have a wider food selection as compared to other hotels. We were full and couldn't tried all the food. Will definitely come back again!

It was a Birthday celebration for my Husband at The Courtyard - Festive Hi Tea buffet. Service from the staff were excellent. Friendly , approachable and attentive. Ambience were cosy and spacious. Standard of the savoury and sweets were up to standard but just a slight disappointment from the Chestnut Mont Blanc this year , it actually have a combination of the berries jam that is too much and covers the taste of the one we had last year . Nevertheless, we still enjoy the rest of the hi-tea menu and service . ?? Merry Christmas and see you all next year! ? Jasmine & Lenson

This is a lovely and elegant place to have a coffee or afternoon tea. It's quite relaxing. They sometimes have a harpist play, which is really excellent and unique unless you are doing a business meeting, in which case, just be prepared. All the food and drinks are expensive, but that probably isn't a surprise.

  • 4/5 Aries O. 5 years ago on Google
Had afternoon cream tea here. The sandwiches, scones, pastries and tea is refillable. Several types of teas are available and most of the food is delicious. While the ambience (live harpist!) and service is unbeatable, I must say that the scones were lacking that buttery crumbly texture. They felt mass produced and almost bread-like. Luckily there was decent clotted cream to salvage them. The afternoon tea is split into two seatings. Reservations are highly recommended.

I went to the restaurant manager on 31 Jan 2020 4pm to inquire about visa infinite card discount at the hotel restaurants, her answer was she only know about her own restaurant the courtyard, the rest of the restaurants I need to inquire one by one myself. She even said to her knowledge the card only give discount for curries buffets in the hotel. Really? Has Fullerton turned Indian? Wish hotel can improve manager's knowledge beyond just standing in front of the restaurant and paying lipservice.

The food is average, but one thing I must say is that Fullerton has ways of making moments feel special. When I mentioned it was my friends birthday, they prepared a cute little rainbow cake with candle and got the harpist to play 'Happy Birthday', giving my friend a delightful surprise when she returned. They also took our photo and used that to make a card for the birthday girl. I couldn't be more grateful to the staff who were always willing to help. On a side note, I loved that I could change my tea and that it was brewed perfectly each time. For those who don't have much of a sweet tooth, the savoury tier is free flow.

The service was alright but My friends and I weren’t satisfied with the high tea selection. The range of deserts were poor and tasteless. It looks decent at the first. But I didn’t enjoy any of tastes. Perhaps we had high expectation from an well known hotel’s hight tea quality.

Neat little chocolate buffet. There are unique items which you wouldn't normally think would go together, but they do. Pork ribs with chocolate powder, beef and chocolate dumplings, fish and white chocolate tarts. All work very well and have a unique flavor. I went there for a meeting. The lounge/coffee shop is at the Grand floor and was well decorated because of CNY However, it being Fullerton, one shouldn't worry about the decor and presentation. The service was great, as expected but the coffee was same, just like having another brewed coffee but served in fine porcelain. This place is recommended for catching up on those quick meeting in Raffles, especially if you are looking for a quieter setting around you. Overall a good experience, but the coffee is average. (Best part, they accept Amex)

Food is free flow but the spread and taste are just average. A list of tea and coffee is there for you to choose and you can change your drinks anytime with no limit. (Translated by Google) I stayed at the Fullerton Hotel, so I was a little excited and ate a chocolate buffet in the courtyard. There are so many kinds of sweets, and they all look beautiful, so I was excited just to choose which one to eat. All the sweets were really delicious and I was very satisfied with the elegant feeling. One thing I was sorry was that I was hungry to eat as much as I could get hungry, but if I was eating only sweets, I was immediately swelled to see if my blood sugar level suddenly increased, Did you eat only about half of the plan?
