The management needs to train the staff better. I was on my way out from Avenue and because I’m taking the wrong exit, the security guard was just shouting at me and being super rude. I don’t deserve to be treated that way by anyone. Especially when they can talk to me in a good manner. No excuses. I use to love Avenue and always recommend this place to all my friends because of the nice music and ambiance. But this incident changes everything. unbelievable.

Lady at the front was so rude. It was our friends birthday and the place was empty but she still turned us away even though we would’ve got a table. Won’t be coming here ever again.

Wonderful decor! Underground so it exudes that Capone era like charm. The bar is well stocked. It has a mini bowling alley and nice pool table! CHILL TO THE MAX!! Leather Chesterfields all around and it is just like a Club of the bygone days!!! It really does not hurt that the staff are all eye candies...NICE

The doorman is out of control. Put him in a rehab. And teach him some manners. How dare you to let yourself act like that with guests. Almost fight with others in elevator. And disrespect guests inside. I do not recommend to visit this place.

Greetings! I’m calling the attention of the whole management of Avenue, Singapore that I guess you are hiring a wrong staff to handle your reception. I do understand that your club has policy to follow to protect and take care your guests and I do really admire that. That evening was the worst experience I ever had facing your rude staff. I guess you have your CCTV ( Date: April 15, 2023 Time: 1:00AM-2:00AM) in your reception area kindly review it so you can see it by yourself the way how your guest is being treated in the entrance. Hospitality Industry is all about being hospitable and that’s not the place for people to be descriminated, humilated and rejected for no reason at all. I guess even the owner of that club would not going to treat us the way how I was treated that night. As you can see there are some guests below have the same issue. I’m exerting this effort not because for myself alone. I’m here to protect tha rest of your guests. It can involve an individual or a group misusing their power, or perceived power, over one or more persons who feel unable to stop it from happening. Bullying must not be tolerated in any form. This is an ongoing and deliberate misuse of power in relationships through repeated verbal, physical and/or social behaviour that intends to cause physical, social and/or psychological harm. That evening I do really feel humilated. I guess no wonder that will happen over and over again because even your assistant general manager named Jasmine Peralta was there and she’s telling me a lot of stories just to protect her staff than to solve the problem and handle your guests accordingly. I don’t know whether is it your policy not to give the name of your staff so I could address this complain directly to his name. Ms. Jasmin Peralta gave her business card and I doubted her that she will send my complain to your management because the way how she was protecting that staff even she saw I have my stamp in my hand and still rejected me to enter your club thru the instruction of that guy. I guess they were good friends. There’s no friendship in any professional industry so please work according to your position and handle the situation in a proper manner. I need an answer “ Why you refused to let me in even I have my stamp and just because to allow the power tripping of your receptionist?” I’d been supporting a lot of bars and club in Singapore even in any other part of the world. I know exactly the rules and regulations & how to behave because me myself designed & constructed multiple bars and club not only in Singapore but in some other big cities as well. While discussing the design the owner themselves describing to me all of those issues need to resolve and to consider. Please I need a justice for this and I wont stop sending my emails to the rest of your management until I called their attention! For sure your management will always look forward to develop their business and specially to handle their staffs according to their ethical code.

Rude staff. It is 23:00, the club is empty, and they are making 50 people wait outside for exclusivity. Also, trying to charge ridiculous prices for the entrance. Makes no business sense at all. I wonder if it is a money laundering place.

One of my favourite nightlife spots in Singapore and a place I like to take friends from abroad who come to visit. The music is always top notch and you will undoubtedly be dancing to the beat if not singing along to some of the tunes. The atmosphere is one of my favourites with a lounge feel that isn’t too serious with some games on either side of main area. The food here is also very good and I highly recommend the Wagyu sliders. Service at the bar is also good and they serve up some great cocktails. Other aspects of service are also good but there’s definitely room for improvement (for the amount of times I’ve been here and spent I don’t feel welcomed each time I visit).

Nice place to drink and chill. However, the usual young Caucasians who will take any chance to steal your drinks when u leave your table for a while is so rampant. Half my bottle was drank. Even my half drank glass was drank. So desperate for drinks??? Thankfully, the waitress saw it and kept the bottle. I can imagine why such scavengers exist in such a high profile clubs. Security need to be beefed up to catch these scavengers and banned them from the clubs.

Bad service. These guys have 0 experience with asian level nightclub service. Customers come first. But this venue staff feels like they have power and are some high class club. Customers come first. Drop the ego. Bouncers and staff. We spend thousands but they don't see you that way. We tested them. That's why everyone rich goes to marquee or ce la vi and they come to AVENUE at 3am. Trust me in 1 year or less this club will be either bankrupt or bought out by another group and renamed. If staff has high ego, Chinese and other asian customers will not spend here. That's the vibe we got.

The worst night club in SG!!!!! I went there for my birthday, reserved a table, spent 2.6k and we were treated with total disrespect, worst than animals. First of all, the lady at the entrance is extremely rude, even tho we had a reservation for a sofa table for 10pax she made us wait for a good 15mn for no reason. She talked to us in a very condescending way and basically asked me to shut up when I was trying to ask her why it was taking so long. We were 9 pax at this time, and the last invitee came in late. Even tho we weren’t full capacity for the table and my friend gave my name, he had to wait for 20mn to be able to come in and the lady at the entrance requested him to pay SGD 200 to enter the club. Then last but not least, I accompany a friend outside to make a phone call then when we tried to get in again, even tho we had a stamp on our wrist, and a table with friends inside, we were denied the entrance and they asked us to queue again. It was extremely infuriating. It seems that the staff at the entrance is trained to be as rude as possible. It is the worst experience ever, we felt all very bad and mistreated. Also, seriously, what is the obsession with the moping?? There was this guy, coming literally every 5 mn to mop the floor … how can you dance ? Avenue you’re the worst. The only extremely nice lady was the one in the ladies room, you should hire her at the entrance.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Tried booking >1 month in advance and confirmed only the day before after multiple phone calls!! Guests couldn't enter despite spending ~SGD5k and they said min. spending of $100 per person which we were way over the requirement! Bouncers were extremely rude and manager was stuck up! Understaffed! Trying to return to finish our unfinished bottle and asked to spend a minimum again! DJ kept repeating the same songs (same set list repeated 3 times) We weren't THAT drunk not to notice!! Floor was also perpetually flooded.

Got half a bottle left from last visit but am refused entry citing club is full and ask me to take sofa with minimum charge $1500…. Are you kidding me???? My last spending mean nothing and I am now treated like dirt! If you have the dollar, go elsewhere! This place is bloody commercialised!

Something is seriously wrong with place, we went there around 11pm which so damn early ( LADIES NIGHT) and they are restricting the walk-in by saying the club is full house and if you want to enter you need to buy a bottle lol the club was clearly empty and always empty before midnight. They were letting other walk-in in and If the club is full please put the house full board outside so that we can see and won’t bother you by asking. Horrible place won’t recommend

Worst experience of my life. And I have been to so many great clubs. You could not find more rude staff if you tried. My friend was wearing 500€ shoes and they would not let her in despite being great shoes. An absolute joke of a place. Would recommend the moon before I recommended this place

This is the worst club I ever been . Hard selling , no service . We spent close to $2000 that night and the service is horrible. They served you in plastic cups , gave you cheap mixers, the staff kept pushing you to buy more drinks even you have not finish the bottles . You have to buy your drinks and carry them if you are not ordering a bottle. We purchase $300 worth of shots we need to carry it. The staff don’t even bother to open thr bottles for you , just dump you the drinks and left . It’s a total rip off club with zero service . Seriously I would give them a no star not even worth one star

Good decor and decent music. However the service is terrible and going down rapidly. The door staff is constantly changing, arrogant, rude and hard selling. Unless you book a table which go for a min $1500-2000+ for 5pax don't even bother to go there as the entry will be impossible even if they are empty (which these days they often are). Additionally, you need to order everything up front even if you offer to give your card and open a tab. Regulars don't go there anymore so the atmosphere is not very social. Also, if you have any bottles to carry over to next time, remember that you will still need to book a table next time and spend the minimum otherwise your old bottles can't be used. On occasion I have had 3 full bottles from my last two visits and they still insisted I buy a sofa. In fact its worse if they know you can spend because they will then insist on a even higher minimum. Better options are CLV and more recently Jungle.

Always love a good night out in avenue. Personally think Friday is my favorite. Good night out, good crowds, lively music. I like the atmosphere there, not too bright neither too dark, music was at the level that you can still talk to your crews without shouting at each other. Toilets are clean. The place itself is not too crowded. The only thing I hate it eventho you got VIP table you still have to que with some people who try to get the table so it can be very flustered when you tryna get in as fast as possible. Also they don’t serve espresso martini there. But overall, im quite happy with it.

This club was the only option left last night so we went. The music is mostly pop hits from 5+ years ago. Like the DJ doesn't even listen damn radio LOL The people are mostly waisted too much: creepy guys disturbing me and my friends. The staff is really weird: they keep washing the floor around tables and on the dancefloor between people's legs, really disturbing the dancing. They also don't do it swiftly but ask you to move away with an angry face - so rude and stupid! Honestly why can't you clean AFTER customers leave?? Pathetic place on global scale, but among option in Singapore it seems average. Not worth the time, better go sleep

The cocktail selection was equally impressive. The talented mixologists craft an impressive array of creative and expertly crafted cocktails. From classic favourites to unique signature drinks, the bar had a beverage to suit every taste. The attention to detail in the presentation of the cocktails was commendable, with each drink served with flair and garnished to perfection. Now, onto the bowling club. The two-lane setup added an element of fun and friendly competition to the overall experience. The lanes were well-maintained and the bowling equipment was in excellent condition. The staff was helpful in providing guidance and ensuring that everyone has a great time. Whether you're a seasoned bowler or a casual player, the bowling club offered a fantastic opportunity to unwind, have some laughs and enjoy the accompany of colleagues, friends, or family or relationship bonding games. I looking forward to visiting again soon for another memorable experience.

The worst club - bouncers are rude, staff unhelpful, it doesn't feel safe, music is pop-ish from early 2010s. I think they played Despacito twice, lol

Avenue needs to decide on their strategy.. Is it a club for teenagers or for solid people (who make the business for them) ? ... Now the entrance depends on who knows the security or girls at the counter. Owners should check the videos how the entrance is made... Very racial, biased. Friday, from 30 to 31st December ...owners please check...

The club was clearly empty/ barely any patrons around and they were restricting the walk-in guests coming in, ON A LADIES NIGHT. I managed to get in after the day we were rejected and honestly the club vibe wasn’t it. Way too overpriced and the club staff (the front of house and bouncers) had too much of an ego to be providing a good night for the guests.

Do not go here. The service was absolutely horrible. We were offered a standing table and then told it would be standing at the bar (which should never be paid since anyone can walk up anyways). They told us they weren’t accepting walk ins only bottle service but the place was completely dead on a Saturday night. It was practically empty. Definitely do not recommend.

Sports lounge? Worry no more because Avenue is something to look forward for.. A high-end sports club with a somewhat chill vibrant for all types of night out with friends, business, work mates, special someone and even family. With a exemplary baristas and waiters who are very amicable to all the guests especially to Jezreel who provided us a 5 star service but before I forget, I wanna thank Rachel (if I can remember her name correctly) from the reception who’s very welcoming and hospitable when we approach the receptionist. KUDOS to you guys.!!👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Went to a product launch. It's a nice facility but feels a bit cramped. Cool gaming area with bowling, too. It was broken when I was there, but I'd come back!

Extremely disappointed with the service. There were so many reserve table that we were unable to occupy even after doing a reservation for large groups. What makes it worse, some our friends were not even allowed inside as they arrive a little later and have been stopped by the bouncers. Horrible!

The staff in entrance are so rude.. judging you by the way you look, so ridiculous! Never back here again and will not recommend to anyone!

Came here for after hour and it was a good time. Good music and table was solid. Restrooms were fairly clean. Would recommend after 11-2am table service for this place to be table service for 2am-4am.

Good size club with friendly bartenders, good dance music and good entertainment. There's bowling, pool game and arcade games! The dance floor is a tiny area so best to get a table.

Great concept of a bar. Go there to enjoy great drinks, do some bowling, and groove on the dancefloor!

It's a place for really young girls and boys who still enjoy playing games and standing or walking around the tables... good music

Been coming to Avenue for a couple of times. Being taken care by a gentleman named Max. Solid 5 stars customer service. Always attentive. The rest of the team are fantastic too. Good vibe good music.

Great place but preferred it when it was more of a lounge last time. But overall nice place to chill and drink…. Their games are fun too, sadly didn’t get chance to play the bowling… drinks are strong and good ☺️

Entrance is located outside of MBS on the far side of the taxi stand. The lounge is pretty chill and did not expect a crowd on a Wednesday evening.

As weird as usual. Didn't go there for almost a year, cos the entrance is unpredictable, the staff some times nice , sometimes horrible. If you have a bottle or etc they still wont let you in. If you spell the reservation name wrong - no entry. The full house - means will be empty club - still no entry. My friend insist to go there , after spending 700$ for like 2 hours , Doesn't worth it .

Was served by bartender Ram, Shah, Ben, Ryan, Jay & Anil. They really know the drinks well and they make really good drinks. Amazing and very friendly staff. Ambience and music was great too! Was surprised they even have our favourite liquor! Had an amazing time with our friends! Overall, we really loved going to Avenue especially on weekends and ladies night and definitely not gonna be our last! Super super love it! This place is recommended whether you are a local or coming here to visit.
