Small neighbourhood mall with more that caters to kids and family dining options. It's got everything you would need if you were living nearby, and good dining choices as well.

There used to be an underpass at Novena mrt which takes you near the mall but unfortunately it is closed now so it is not so convenient to visit. 😔. The mall is good for buying kids stuff. They have Toysrus, kids wear etc. Other major shop tenants are Cold Storage, Popular bookstore, Mega Discount store and McDonald's. There is also a nice food court at the basement.

Not my favorite mall in Singapore to be honest. The mall focuses a lot a (young) children so there are not many nice shops for people older than 12. There is a cold storage (supermarket) which is convenient. Also there is a foodcourt in the basement but the quality of the food here is not very good for the most places.

The Shopping Mall was recently renovated and the Food Court offers many delicious Food Choices. Shoppers can enjoy their meals at the Food Court after their shopping. .There is an event hall for holding Ad hoc events to attract shoppers

Wonderful place for children enrichment classes. However avoid the foodcourt on weekends when you are hungry. Too many parents taking up tables watching contents on their phones and tablets while waiting for their children. Nice overal mall to shop otherwise, for groceries and kids stuffs.

Mainly a kids mall with enrichment centres like The Learning Lab, Lorna Whiston, I can read, Global Art and many others. The mall spring to life in the afternoon and on weekend with young kids & families. Shopping can be done at places like Cold Storage, Guardian, Watson, Popular & Toys"R"Us while the kids are doing their enrichments. Can also always grab a bite or drink at Food Junction, Mc Donalds, Old Chang Kee, Liho, Subway, Starbucks, Ya Kun, Breadtalk & Toastbox.

Visiting USq today after a very long time. It's refreshing to step in again. It's a popular place for parents n kids. Convenient situated in central. Many other eatery and Velocity & Novena sq within walking distance.

Wide variety of restaurants and food choices. Carpark can be rather crowded though, many times when I come to United Square, I’ll usually have to go to one of the top stories of the carpark. Getting out of the carpark can sometimes take quite a while. Other than that, it’s a nice place for shopping.

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has an outlet at United Square for some time now. Nice dark chocolate mocha ice blended drink 2 for $12 with an option of milk based instead of mocha for kids! Great taste and place to chill! 😎

Small mall with a reward system that is hard to use and earn. Should follow capitaland app to allow shoppers to scan receipt and earn points. Carpark lots are so little. Weekend lunch and dinner time sure packed and no lot. Witnessed an accident caused by Valet on 7 February 2021. 4 cars are affected.

A convenient place for me to shop cause I stay nearby

Really good shopping mall. United square shopping mall is located Opp of Novena MRT. Food court, Hoshino cafe, Toast box, Yakun, Coldstorage, Guardian, Watsons, Mcdonalds, Guess, H&M Kids flagship store, Smigle, Photostore, Bookstore, OCBC bank and DBS ATM. Organic food shops. And Starbucks Reserve are at 1st floor. Plus Singapore's best tuition center learning lab is on 3rd floor. Music center, English tuition center, too. Also Clinic at 1st floor, Children's clinic at 2nd floor. And above office tower has many european embassys.

Nothing much to shop at. Food wise, there is no Macdonald, BKs has gone, the foodcourt is located at the top end of the mall. Food stalls at this foodcourt are getting lesser. Overall, everything including foods are quite expensive.😒😒

Stay away from the dishonest Mix Vege Rice stall at the food court!! They say 1 meat + 1 veg is $3.30 but will charge you $3.80. Apparently there are "premium meat" among their dishes that costs extra $0.50. From my pic u can see I just ordered basic Cube Chicken and they actually considered it "premium". The stall holder says I have to ask which are the premium meat. It is not openly stated which is "premium". Very dishonest!! BEWARE!!

A nice and relatively quiet shopping mall in Novena. It is linked to Novena MRT station through underpass. There’s a Popular Bookstore and Cold Storage store in the mall. There are a number of eateries, McDonald’s and foodcourt on the first floor.

Most idiotic rule, to not allow cars to pick up and drop off in front of taxi stand during weekends. It’s raining. U want me to walk in the rain is it. Staff doing his job also very rude not just to me but others. He threaten to call police on some shoppers holding lots of stuff trying to load to car. Makes me not to want to visit this mall ever again!

Weekend car park traffic can be improved. They situate wardens to prioritise traffic at level 2 which holds up traffic from upper floors. 30 mins to exit during peak period, e.g, Sat, 1pm.

As a cyclist I cannot park my bicycle opposite the mall where the playground is. Guard said property belongs to them..last I checked it belongs to NEA. Yet I keep seeing different guards having different standard. Some can even park at drop off point and the guard don't even bother.

If you have children you will find everything In this family theme mall. The mall has been designed and is dedicated to families and kids. They even have some private school and training academies for kids. Many food options a food court all the shops are mostly for kids like clothes, stationary, toys and games. We were staying in a hotel near by and visited this place a few times. I wouldn't go out my way to go here but if your in the area they have a McDonald's and many other options for kids.

That said, during lunch hours, the place can be quite crowded as there are quite a bit of offices around the area. Located right above the Novena MRT station, which is great! Short walk though. But won't kill. Personally really like the food court selection that they bring in. Always can do with some good fish soup and nice yong tau foo.

This is a decent kiddo mall. The kind of mall where you have a plethora of kiddo tuition classes, enrichment classes, arts & crafts, sports, kiddo entertainment like kiddo game arcade amusement center, kiddo hair salons, kiddo fashion and dress up. You get the idea.

If you have young kids , this is a must visit place. Lots of kids friendly shops, enrichment classes, etc. to keep them happy. And while they are busy occupied, there are also cafes and such for you to while your time away waiting for them. During this covid19 period, they have controlled the crowds very well and temperature taken for all customers.

Well managed mall. Its a mall targeted for family with young kids. However, a good mixture of Restaurant, pub, supermarket and food court makes it a good place to visit

Functional (being the keyword) with a good variety of shops and restaurants to keep the everyday consumer happy... not a destination place and the focus on the most efficient use of space makes this shopping centre feel really cramped and not very pleasant.

My husband and I agreed that it is a kids friendly mall. We love how they display the way to baby changing room. Their rubbish bin is very kids friendly too - animals with their mouth as the bin opening. Mummies can go shopping easily, cause they have lots of kiddy rides - daddies can entertain kids whilst mummy shops with peace of mind.

Very convenient to go, has a supermarket , many cafes , departmental stores and more. I always go there to the supermarket. Malls is clean and it is well connected as there is a MRT nearby also. United Square is a very decent, small, neighborhood mall. The mall mainly appeals to children, with stores like H&M kids, Cotton On kids, Puma kids, and quite a few other clothing store for children. It is rather convenient and accessible by both bus and MRT (Mass Rapid Transit). Even though packed with many stores for kids such as Toys 'R' Us, it is not a good place for older audiences as they do not have many stores for the larger age group. Many tuition centers are located here, and it does have simple, and basic essentials such as a food court (an air-conditioned area for people to consume food), a supermarket, and a few fast-food restaurants. The mall near United Square, Velocity & Square 2, is relatively better as it has more shopping and dining options for older age groups. A decent mall which is easy to travel there.

A mall themed for family with young kids. The eateries are ok but other than the huge Toys R Us, everything else is just so so. There’s nothing memorable to return to when compared to other family malls such as Marina Square, Kallang Wave, Downtown East or Jewel.

Envisaged as a happening educational hub - you can see lots of students especially after school hours during weekdays, patiently waiting to attend tuition classes.

You can find anything here from a ToysRUs, to a McDonald's. For pokemon enthusiasts, there is a pokemon arcade machine on the bottom floor.

A pretty huge mall that can be easily reached from Novena MRT. The only pity is that there is no underground link to it yet. As of March 2021, one is being constructed. The mall is pretty huge that it can be a little hard to find the shop or restaurant you want to go to. Plenty of child friendly features and seating areas too.

New Food Dynasty - not customer friendly The erstwhile food junction was accomodating of customers who brought food/drinks from any outlet in the mall like R&B or Yole which have extremely limited seating (2/3 tables) as long as the customer purchased something from one of the outlets within food junction. Since food dynasty opened the rules seemed to have been made more rigid and don't make sense especially when customer intends to purchase food within. I come to the mall every weekend and first time I have had an inhospitable experience. Hope the mall authorities revert back to customer friendly attitude

Avoid during weekend if you are driving. Complete nightmare to get a lot on weekends due to the insane amount of parents sending their kids to tuition center. Carpark is not cheap and you will easily clock up 20 mins to get in, look for a lot and to get out. Car park design is fundamentally flawed and prone to accident when moving up and down between parking decks. If you like causeway type of jam, this is the place for you. Else I wouldn't even recommend this to my worse enemy .

I go for tuition here, and I feel that the mall needs some upgrading. The toilets are not the best standard (not to mention smelly), and the design of the mall feels very old. Although there have been efforts to make the mall kid-friendly, I don't think it helps. The MRT is also not so conveniently located, and you have to walk around 6 minutes to Velocity just to take the MRT.

If need more place to go to, Velocity is just walking distance or shall say across the crossroad.
