This mall is attached to Mandarin Orchard hotel and has a lot of high end retail outlets as well as a myriad of restaurants ranging from affordable brunch places to pricy wagyu omakase. There’s also Arteastiq which is surprisingly packed on a weekday high tea around 2pm. The inside of the mall feels a little “dark” and enclosed at some areas.

Excellent location with a lot of public transport options, at the heart of the busiest city center, the building is huge enough that you probably would not have missed it. A decent toilet and high standards preparations including hand dryer and papers. Elegant walkway in the shopping mall with famous big brands, also walking accessibility to Hilton hotel. Nice environment. There is a lady I think might be the manager since she is wearing a coat, very cheery and helpful. Food is slightly on the expensive side considering the small portion. But it was very delicious. We ordered the clam chower bread bowl, steak w garlic fried rice, strawberry tart, honey apple tea and mix fruits English bf tea(in the photos). Would visit again but probably not the place if you are famished.

Excellent quality Buffet food at Triple 3 Cafe. Not the cheapest and size of spread is average but they do have promo for certain credit cards 1-for-1 Buffet Lunch & 50% Off 2nd diner Buffet Dinner. Check their web site for the offers

The room was spacious and spic and span clean, when we came in. My requests to be in higher floor also was granted.. Quite a memorable experience although we had no chance to swim in their pool due to booking was fully book when we decided to book. Above all 5 stars rating for me be awarded to them. And had a last chance to stay in this Mandarin Hotel before it will be called Hilton..

One of my favorite malls in SG. Love the providore cafe at this mall as it has both indoors and outdoors sitting. Service is also good. Theres a variety of high end and mid end shops, like Max Mara, Bimba y Lola, Tummy, Victoria's Secret, etc. And a plethora of restaurants. Not forgetting the recently relocated Hilton is now at Mandarin Gallery. And location is convenient, rifht across Somerset MRT Station.

Located in very strategic location, in the center of Orchard Road, the same location with Hilton Orchard, and beside of Takashimaya/Ngee An City.

You book an appointment with Apple, 8.15-30pm; yet you still need to wait 45 minutes in a queue to get your phone. I wish for the day that Apple is not the best mobile phone company in the world. Apple are contemptible. They show no respect to customers. I am sick of Apple

Small little luxury mall, restaurants at level 2 also offer really good lunch. Probably one of the more well known hotels down at orchard road. I suppose the store options aren’t as varied since the building itself is not very big, but still, pretty good!

Glad to have my plant based Ramen after I went vegetarian for a year. It is so soy delicious good!

We are on a 1 week vacation here in Singapore, January 2020, after a 3 week vacation in Manila. We booked on line our accomodation at the Mandarin Oriental Orchard Hotel, Orchard Road, where we have stayed before many years ago. The Orchard Wing of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel has the Mandarin Gallery Shopping Mall, Levels 1 to 4. Level 5 has the hotel reception, large Lobby, the Triple Three & Chatterbox Restaurants, the Café & the Bar. The Mandarin Gallery is a big & modern shopping mall & has a number of café & eating places.

Well-designed retail space with very low ceilings. Especially like the resting area near the centre which allows shoppers to seat and rest in comfort. There are many restaurant and cafes here to cater to the different taste and fancy of the shoppers. The place is well maintained and do have a great selection of well-known brands. The Mandarin Chatterbox can be access from the Mandarin Gallery and it is touted to provide the best authentic Chicken Rice in Singapore. A good place of Chicken Rice cost slightly more than $20 SGD. The chicken skin is smooth, slippery; the meat is soft and the most important is the gravy that is made up of well minced Ginger, Garlic, Sesame oil. The Thai rice is cooked with Chicken soup, Ginger and Garlic with some oil. The fragrance is should be welcoming too.

This Hotel is wonderful, very good location, you can go thrue the Mall to the Hotel, but they have the separate entrance too. Luxury designed, the staff and the food was exelent as well.

Surprised that Hilton did not change the name of this mall when it took over the Mandarin Orchard Hotel recently. The mall remains the same in terms of shops and restaurants offerings. Plenty to choose from. But expect long queues at some restaurants on Friday and Sat evenings. Parking is quite expensive since it is on Orchard Road and is quite limited whenever there are events held at the hotel ballrooms.

Such a wonderful shopping experience. Loved the Quintessential shop. Wonderful handmade glass bead purses with headbands with beautiful and interesting designs.

In order for Mandarin Gallery to solidify its reputation as an excellent shopping destination, it is crucial for the management to address this hygiene issue promptly. Fixing these facilities will undoubtedly elevate the overall experience for visitors seeking a premium shopping mall with amenities to match. Overall, Mandarin Gallery Singapore has a lot to offer in terms of shops and a calm shopping atmosphere, but there is still some work to be done. If the cleanliness of the toilets is improved, I will undoubtedly give this mall higher ratings in the future.

Lots of boutique type shops that I'm unlikely ever to go into. Building is a bit of a maze & somewhat old. Nothing wrong with it, just not my style. There is a providore which is a nice spot for lunch.

I visited my favourite shop - Coloc Tailors - where my shirts and trousers are tailored. The owners - Simon, Connie and Betty - were very hospitable and professional. Ambience was excellent and service great. Highly recommended to come to tailor your clothes as there are many different type of cloth materials to choose from at reasonable price. Do ask for complimentary parking coupon if you park at Mandarin Hotel carpark.

I have sensitive skin with old pimple scares for years, fortunately I finally found Elevatione , the best skin care product i ever used. The tall and handsome manager Ben never failed to pamper me with good service and fine knowledge of the products. After few facial treatments and daily use of their home care products my complexion has improved tremendously . Today i am again being served like a queen by the 2 lovely beauticians . I Always leave Elevatione with a smile on my face.
