Update 7/26/2023 - keep your receipt! Once again over charge. I don’t understand why cashier can’t charge correctly when job is on the simple side?? I bought reduced prices with big red tag and she didn’t key in reduce prices! Only found out after I checked the receipt!! Who is going to pay my overtime to keep going back to get it corrected again and again! They should be ashamed to ask me for Yuu points back. Also getting price tags up is still an issue. Wanted mangosteen but no price and no staff to answer. Why not install a self check pricing in the area given you can’t get it together? The manager at the cashier said it’s not her problem to fix as her responsibility is cashier and not putting price tag. There needs to be a competition here for CS dhoby ghaut! So expensive yet pain to buy groceries here. Need to keep returning rotten fruit, cashier wrong key in and need to go back to ask refund and no one here to give feedback to get it fixed! Update 2/15/2023 - quality continue to be an issue. Almost bought a mushroom and have mold. If you have no option but to buy from this branch inspect thoroughly. I have gone through their return process and it’s painful. You waste your time coming back and they want to claim back even the yuu points you got. No compensation for the mistake of spoiled item they sell over and over again - tiresome. In addition, the price tags are constantly wrong. After I go to self check out often need to get price because it was not registered or when buy the price is not tagged at the shelf such as the mushroom. Make sure to keep your receipt for everything here for returns. Update 12/12/2022 - I got back home from CS and opened the panettone I just purchased an hour ago with valid date till 6/2023 and it’s rotten!! Check out my pictures! What if I hadn’t kept my receipt? Make sure you keep them till you get home and get to open item! This is not the first time I buy items at CS plaza Sing that I find out are rotten. I bought pricey US peaches that are half rotten. Another time I bought “reduced to clear” fruit that was rotten. I would expect “reduce to clear” item need to be at least edible the same day!! —————— No tapioca flour found here. Only this organic substitute that didn’t even work for my recipe at the end! At fairprice finest (which is suppose to be expensive branch of fairprice) lychee is sold at $4,55 while at this cold storage it was sold at $8 and now don’t even have stock. There is a lack of supermarket in this region/mall. Albeit you would think the fair price at sommerset or Killiney are close, but it is not, because Dobhy ghaut is not pedestrian friendly and with the high traffic, large highways, large roads makes walking to the next market too far and cumbersome. With this cold storage branch now being renovated to CS cold storage, I can’t imagine how the prices will skyrocket even more!

Enjoy 50% discount on artisan breads from 7.30 pm. But don't make any special request, for example, for a whole loaf to be cut to a specific size. You are going to get a gruff NO. Also understandable. Kitchen's closing. She's ready to down her apron and go home to a warm meal and lukewarm husband. You are being a nuisance. You have already got your 50% discount so beat it!

A large store with a wide range of products. Some international products that can be hard to find in similar stores. The price level in the store is high, definitely more expensive compared to other stores. A lot of products have very short expiration dates, which has been a recurring disappointment. For example, ice cream has been icy, which means that it melted before being unpacked & placed into the freezers. Tried to buy ice cream several times with same results. Not edible. The fruit must be checked. Today we bought sweet cherries 250g for $18. When we got home we discovered that most of them were soft & inedible. We had to discarded it. Very annoying & not very cheap. Dairy products don’t only have a short expiration date, several times we’ve bought home products with an expiration date on the same day. Always checking now! Such a large chain & large with a large influx of customers should be able to handle dates & products in a more professional way. Very sad.

Really huge supermarket and such but I would definitely not recommend you to get the pasta there at the pasta section near to the cheese area it was absolutely horrendous for a 300grams penne pesto with salmon for 9.90 you get a really watery and bland pasta with smoked salmon and a little bit of Parmesan cheese on the top really horrible. Though staff were nice but the quality is absolutely not acceptable.

Not the best selections here, but it’s good enough for your daily’s grocery.

My husband bought few hour ago. Expired date is April 2023 but smells bad and have black point all rice cake. I try to call many time, no answer costomer service center.

Picked out an item in the discount rack for $1. Cashier rings it up for full price, $8.50 - after I have told her that it was from the discount rack which she assures me would be $1. She doesn't tell me and only found out what she did once I was out the door. I go back and tell her that she did not put in the discount for the item. She shows it to another cashier who shows it to another. They decide it must have been put in the shelf accidentally by a clumsy shopper. There really isn't a point of arguing with them, so I ask for my money back. They stand around.... Finally, I approached the third cashier, and she scans my card and takes my receipt. She says it has been refunded and if I wanted to take a photo. I declined as I have already spent so much time there... But guess what??! They did not refund me, so now have to go back there again; now without my receipt as they held on to it. Total incompetence or I've just been conned out of $8.50. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO ANY OF THEIR STORES AGAIN. OVERPRICED AND HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY.

Only 1 cashier in the evening. Buy cigarette look for them,plastic bag looks for them.1 staff handling the checkout all alone. annoying n not productive at all.dairy farm group u can't afford to hv 2 more staff?cant learnt from ntuc or prime..fast n easy put the plasticbag at the checkout la. Wanted to get minced beef from the counter and they refused to pack for me. They told me to get from the shelf but the shelf only had beef packed from days before. All I wanted was fresher packed beef and I was denied of it. It was 5.30pm only and they behaved like as if they closed for the day. Will not recommend anyone to visit

Good displays are well laid out. Wide aisles, easy to browse around. Very pleased to be served by a patient, pleasant and customer- centric cashier, Mr Syeed.

Wide varieties of products with some products you cannot get from other supermarkets. And if you are in a for quick bite, you can visit the Deli to get a salad, sushi or sandwiches. However, the price is slightly more expensive as compared to others.

Some items seem pricey but the range they have in store was very good and huge variety. Very neat and tidy. I have taken one star or as I was shopping close to closing about 9.50 and they have closed all the fridge blinds already so they would have closed them even earlier. You close at 10pm not earlier.

Huge spacious supermarket at the basement of plaza Singapura. Service of staff was better. Waited for staff to finish washing the rack before turning to assist me. I tried to call out to her but no avail. Luckily, another staff saw me waiting and called out to her. Cashier wasn’t in the best mood, but at least she tried to help me pack the stuff into my grocery bag.

Like this cold storage as it has a portion for dining. With pasta, bakery, roasted items or sushi to choose from and dine in. Not too small.. can grab basics here with quite a fair bit of choices.

Double check the receipt, or prices at checkout. Some discounted items are not reflected on the system. You need to call a nearby staff to manually override the prices. The staff made it seemed like a standard procedure by knowing exactly the discounted price, rather than investigating the error and attempt to bring it up to her supervisors to fix it. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers would be overpaying those items. Regulators need to step in and audit their sales.

It is absolutely disappointing service at this store. Nobody wants to call the manager when I asked for one. One lady working at the vegetable dept was grumpy and is not happy with her job. And completely ignored my request. That is sad. The manager i am told is not " incharge" of the fresh food area. Seems there is fine line drawn.

Please ensure that the chilled food is kept at the correct temperature to ensure food safety. I have twice bought soup-spoon soup there that have gone bad this month and noticed that the temperature of the open fridge that contains the soup is higher than usual.

Cold Storage supermarket which I always regards them a high end supermarket. They have all that you want from a supermarket. Their things are always fresh and nicely packed. Besides all their supermarkets are neat and clean. I found that the pricing a little higher than NTUC but goods are of highest and fresh and nicely packed. You need to pay a price for such products.

Cold Storage at Plaza Singapura was my favourite supermarket. I done all my shopping there. BUT, now they have done the worst store re-lay I have ever seen. It is like food is an afterthought and stuck in small aisles at the back I the store. The majority of aisles are now full of wine. Don't call it a supermarket if you want to be a wine store. I will never shop there again.

Came here on 15 November 9pm and the guy working at the self check out counter is SO SWEET AND NICE 🥺🥺 Asked if they had the free promotional cooler bags and he offered to give us 2 and in the end he even gave us some extra goodies! Thank u kind man

Extremely rude staff at the salad area, my girlfriend asked one of the elderly Chinese staff there if there were mushrooms there and she loudly shouted “don’t have” with an angry attitude and was extremely condescending to us the whole experience. I was appalled and tried to find another staff to tell me where to find the store manager to make a report, but she didn’t seem to care and just blankly led me back to the salad area and acted blur. This the worst customer service I’ve received in a while, Cold Storage should be disappointed in themselves, I hope they rectify this or they will lose more customers down the line, me included.

Got this from Roast section, better than food court standard. Great selection, affordable prices and the chilli is spicy and tangy. Not sure where the supplier comes from... Usually just do takeover from here if need to do grocery shopping during lunch hours.

Many of the photo of cs we're before the rebranding, the store now has a more luxe feel to it. good selection but prices are often higher. Navigation has to be improved in the store

Want to applaud staff Firdaus for handling my concern swiftly. I bought a disappointing product called No Harm Done coffee capsule that is Nespresso compatible, total 2 boxes. When I reach home, to my dismay, my whole plastic bag is full of coffee granules and splattered to the floor and kitchen. When I opened one No Harm Done box, most of the capsules have the plastic shield cover falling off, 2 of the capsules totally detached. I’m guessing they use biodegradable products and sticking in the sides are not done well and falling off! It’s no way you can use them in Nespresso machines when each capsule is not fully firmly intact, dripping coffee granules. I went back to the shelf of Cold Storage today where these products are stored. When I do mild shake on same product, I could see and hear already that granules are falling off. Firdaus refunded my money. I will continue to buy from Cold Storage. They have staff who knows how to handle legit complaints.

The auntie at the bread counter was so nice and flexible with helping us to cut our bread into slices! Highly recommend their rye sourdough bread over the white ones.

Just bought a bottle pokka drink and was ushered to the self check out by a male staff. When he scanned the product it reflect $2.35 and I told him that the sign states $2.15. He said “Are you sure”? So I said, why not u go check it then. He followed to give me a look. Seriously, if Cold Storage cannot mark the prices correctly. It’s no fault of the customer to want to pay what they see on the digital price tagging system. Called the shop immediately but nobody answered the call.

Service does not exists. Wanted to buy tenderloin steak and found none on shelve. Unable to talk to a human. So what service.

It may just be coincidence but every time when I go there the floor towels are in a state of semic construction however in regards to everything else it is perfectly fine there is a it is a spacious shop and I would say that overall it is utilized in a efficient manner there is no disorganization everything is neatly spaced

Big shop floor stocked with wide variety of items - from roasted meat to fresh fruits and veggies and also liquor/ wine :) The roasted meat section has ready to go packed meals @4.90 each and looks pretty legit' which I will try in the near future as I had just eaten my lunch-ner ( lunch + dinner 😜) A good range of yogurt drinks and milk. Got myself yogurt snack made from almond milk - 😳eye-popping @5.30 for just 125g of healthiness ( refer to picture "Nush" ) but hey we only live once 😂 so try new stuff within the budget ofc:) I got the blueberry flavour ( there are other flavours like peach, vanilla and raspberry but sold out) - it overpowered the almond taste ;perhaps should have gotten the original flavour to have more distinct almond flavour. (? 🤔) Good service rendered by a malay male staff ( oops forgot his name as I was rushing to catch the bus ) manning the self-check-out area at around 4.50pm (wed 17/11/21) as he was helpful to a dinosaur ( that's me hahaha ! ...seldom use the self check out so he patiently guided me during the payment process ... Thanks man 😊 for saving me time so I don't have to wait in line at the cashier area )

Although it's very expensive, the store is not well organized, it's hard to find the products you want, and the products you like are often out of stock. One good thing, they have a decent assortment of sushi with good discounts in the evenings.

Cold Storage is always my favorite supermarket in town. They have a variety of products at a reasonable price. This one in Plaza Singapura is a big store and I can get everything I need. They have a number of self service payment counters and I never have to wait in queue.

Nice, crispy and tasty chips. Wide selection available with healthier choice range. But, it is expensive.

Roasted chicken price is fair compare to other supermarket

Surprisingly tasty and well roasted duck and other meat. You can order to get just the roasted meat or add rice to make it a bento set.

Cold Storage offers a lot of items but is pricier than most convenience shops. But one unique feature of Cold Storage is a "Deli offering" for people on-the-go. I gave this store 3-stars due to the service of the employees. They may be efficient, but it would be good to smile once in a while

Ordered 200g of Chicken Penne from the salad bar but could only find 5 mini and pathetic cubes of chicken. Service and quality can be improved here!

Very big cold storage with a wide range of items to choose from. Recommend to go!
