Smallish but stocks everything we need to run a family. The roast meat and breads are well-stocked and offer daily promotions that can be irresistible. I am here on a daily basis and will invariably stroll through the aisles and pick up an item or two. The cashiers are especially friendly - something of a rarity in robotic Singapore.

This is one of the smallest Cold Storages around and if you are in the vicinity, I’d think you are better off shopping for groceries at FairPrice Xtra at VivoCity.

Latest renovation gave it a fresh look and great management of product division (easy to navigate), but still no improvement to add extra cashier point in case of peak purchases.

Less crowded and will pop by when nearby for some nice fruits. Blueberries and cherries, both are sweet. Repeated purchase for blueberries from Africa, "African Blue" . 2nd purchase after first time trying out this brand of cherries from Australia. Jumbo blueberries is sweeter, non-jumbo will need to put a few days then will taste "sweeter" for "Ozblu" brand. Promo for Ozblu 3 for $9.90 for the square container packaging. Grapes from Australia that is branded tasted sweeter, than another No brand Australia grapes.

Rude manager ( At the cashier counter) at the cashier counter. Approached her to claim some voucher from phone barcode and she was extremely unhappy. Cold storage should not have an unhappy person at the cashier counter!!!

The store is small with a limited range of goods; mostly, imports. The prices are rather steep, although competitive. The staff are friendly, although they put on a sour face most of the time. A 4.1 rating is judicious.

Incompetent and rude staff who can’t even manage promotion error. When customers asked for YUU credit refund, it took them so long and there wasn’t even an apology. Rude and incompetent staff who ought to be fired.

Can't fulfill orders from deliveroo. Two items of fine we're not fulfilled. Can't manage inventory.

Besides having standard grocery products from Asian countries on the shelves. They played focus on more imported International known brands and veggies.

Good cold storage, highly recommend to visit for buying items when at harbourfrount as things here are quite cheap.

Only current local option during renovations at vivo city, so very busy and often not enough staff to service the increased traffic. Limited products, but better than nothing for the people in the area.

I could get good tea bag here.

7 July 9pm BBQ stall Aunty attitude cannot make it

It is the second time I purchase baked goods at your store that are not in good conditions. Not only is it bad business but most of all it is a dangerous safety and health hazard. Please, take better care of your produce. Take measures.
