👍 Vegetarian and vegan options that tasted like regular cze char! Nice surprise that it tasted this good! With wok hei and all! Will head back to try their other dishes. Generous portions too. One suggestion, both dishes we ordered could do with less oil. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. Superb food, friendly staff, quick service and good ambience! Definitely will dine here again :) Basil eggplant is a must try! The name is a little unassuming, but it’s so good I wished I’d ordered it to try on my earlier trips here! Sweet and sour abalone mushroom is 10/10 too~ UPDATE 15/10/2023 Ordered for takeaway, well packed, 0 spillage. Food was still warm when I got home! Tasty as usual, if you’re keen in trying vegetarian food for the first time, this is definitely the place to go

Nice environment to have your meal. Price is reasonable. Taste is great! Overall service is good! Recommended to come! 👍 Went there continuously for 2 days. Personally don’t like their Bak Ku Teh. Spicy chicken was really good! Gongpao abalone mushroom is very flavourful! 😋

A good option for vegetarian food. Love the variety and portion. Highly recommended are the sweet and sour oyster mushroom, floss tofu and curry "fish" with rice. The food is overall flavourful and absolutely value for money. Will definitely be back if we have the craving for vegetarian food.

Mega love the food. Tastes damn good. Cereal tofu is amazing. Certain dish like hermi.. broccoli tastes great but the other kind of hotplate broccoli with those big mushroom, the mushroom taste is too strong. But otherwise, the KL noodle, claypot rice, beehoon. All tastes great! Love it! I find it super value for money!

Food is really great here, large variety and affordable. The vegetarian version of Bak Kut Teh, curry fish, claypot chicken rice etc. taste no different than the original ones, if not better, and certainly healthier. Efficient service, though you might have to sit outside and wait 7-10min during peak hours. Still, definitely worth the short wait.

Another visit back to enjoy my favourite KL noodles , fried Kang Kong and sweet and sour mushroom (世界名片).All these costs less than S$ 25, are for two persons to share and very filling !!! Sweet and sour mushroom is best to be eaten while it’s still hot :) But not sure why I felt thirsty after the meal this time !

This is one of my favourite eateries - and also my mum's! - to dine in. In general, the dishes are flavourful and value for money. Do expect to share seats when it gets crowded.

Pleasantly surprised with the veg horfun that was really flavourful. Spicy hotplate tofu slices were smaller than expected - was thinking that it'd be egg tofu. Didn't like that the QR menu was quite painful to navigate given the wide selection. Would suggest just ordering through the waiter instead of wasting time being taken thru registering for an account and entering credit card details.

Patronised a couple of times. Brought my non-vegetarian friends there and we tried the western menu this round. It's pretty nice. My friends find it delicious and portion is very filling. The burgers set come with salad and chicken chop set comes with fries, salad and a soft drink. Reasonably priced. It's definitely a place that I'll continue to bring friends over to have meals and catch up. I have yet to try many other items on the menu

Food was great no doubt. However, customer service by the 3 staffs can be further improved. We were standing at the entrance but no one came to serve us despite two of the staff members have already seen us.

Food quality is consistent and this has easily become one of my favourite places to dine at! The location is super convenient and the environment is pleasant - great space to eat and catch up with friends! Menu is extensive and no eggs, onion and garlic are used. Some vegan cakes are available here too (subject to availability). Service is also great! 👍

Located at B1 of Square 2, where Novena MRT directly connects with the mall. Dlife Signature expands from the original Dlife to bring its vegetarian offerings to also include more dishes including western cuisines. Service is fast and efficient. Ample seats and they have round tables able to serve larger groups of 6+

Great customer service and wide menu, all of it vegetarian. Only restaurant open after 830pm on Friday at square 2. And it was full! Food was a tad heavy in taste for our liking. But we were asked to inform the waitress asap next time the taste was not suitable. We had Thai styled tofu (decent), mama noodles (too drenched in sauce), stir fried potato leaves (this was the best dish, it was good!) Highly Commendable service standards (5 stars) saved the day!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WORST EVER. Food was so-so, and the worst thing was having two extra people plonked at my table by the waitress without warning, without even so much as a courtesy “are you okay if someone else shares your table” (I would have said yes if they had been polite enough to ask). I picked this RESTAURANT on the expectation that this would be an actual RESTAURANT where I could have some privacy at my own table for a relaxed three course meal. It was horrible having to eat my dessert and drink squeezed with two other people like in a food court. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If they have a table sharing policy the should have said so upfront at the point of entry to make this clear. Then I would have ordered 1 course, not 3 so I can eat quickly and be on my way. DO NOT GO unless you have a big group to fill up one table. And even then the fact that they treat individual customers this way says a lot about how it’s all about making money rather than treating their customers right. They don’t deserve ANY patronage.

Located near mrt exit. While there are negative comments regarding their service and agreeing to a certain extent, their food were amazing. Their hainan chicken rice and age cucumber soup is on another level. I've been here thrice and no disappointment for food yet.

Tried this vegetarian place which has a fairly good range of dishes, rice/ noodles, soups. Food was pretty decent - liked the yam ring. Ginger fried rice was pretty good as well. Prices are on the high side. Service is friendly and efficient. Good option for healthier versions of local fare.

Had lunch here for many times, their food always maintain the quality. Nowadays only scan the menu, browse online, order online n pay online; for those don’t wish to pay online u can also approach the staffs for order, whichever way is works. Today tried the set menu for 2pax, I like the Petai toufu , taste strong n gravy, recommend it. One thing I found very interesting was the signboard of request u to dispose ur own tissue/napkins. Yes, don’t throw on the plate n expecting they clear for u 😬keep ur used tissue/napkins n throw it somewhere but not in the restaurants. I guess is for hygiene purpose, or for the kitchen easier to dispose the leftover food. Anyway, small matter, just follow.

Not and at all for a good spin on Chinese vegetarian food. Essentially some of your favs done with alternative veggies or tofu with a semi similar flavour. For two people lunch, we spent about $40 but got small sizes for all. I'd come back to try more. Service was fine and place was clean , decently busy at the time. Enjoy

I am meat eater so when I was recommended to my dinner at a vegetarian restaurant I have my doubts. There are a vast variety to choose from the menu and eventually I have decided on Penang fried Kway Teow, Rendang Mushroom ( 猴头菇)and Penang laksa. Dinner was surprisingly good! It didn't feel greasy, salty and overpowering like most meals I have recently. The Laksa was so good that I didn't realise it's vegetarian. Kuay Teow has wok hey taste and the beansprouts are crunchy. All in all, definitely worth to visit and try if you want to have a delicious, enjoyable and afforable vegetarian. No service or gst. Paid about $25 for this meal of 3 dishes. Portion is definitely filling!

(Translated by Google) I have been a regular vegetarian since I found a new vegetarian restaurant here. Because I like the environment and food here, I often bring friends here to eat, buy food around and so on. This morning I made an appointment with a friend to dine here because I wanted to introduce him the food here, but I didn't know that my colleague also brought me a vegetarian lunch. I took my bento to eat here. We found the corner of the kitchen below the elevator and sat down, ordered a bowl of Geelong noodles and a Western food, and asked the waiter's consent before eating the bento we brought. . At the noodles table, the waiter told us that we ca n’t take take-away food here. We explained to him that we had to agree to eat it. At that time, the waiter just said that he was afraid we brought in the food. I confirmed to him that I would bring It ’s a vegetarian bento, so please ask him to give me a hand, because I do n’t want to waste this bento, and we also have lunch for one person. The waiter said nothing. Soon after, another waiter came. She seemed to be the supervisor here. He came to tell me again that she had asked the boss. The boss said that he had paid such an expensive rent, and the customer was definitely not allowed to bring outside food to borrow somewhere to eat! I think the response from the boss is unreasonable. We also ordered the meal for two people, and the extra lunch was just asking for convenience. Do n’t let the food be wasted, and it did n’t cause any loss to the restaurant. The boss said this and made me feel right here. Feel disappointed! In fact, I want to say that if you lose a customer who will introduce a friend to eat, you will lose it! This unreasonable statement is very disappointing and uncomfortable! I don't think I will come here for dinner again, nor will I introduce friends here for dinner. Such an unreasonable boss, no matter how good the food is, the environment is not worth supporting! This comment just hopes that the boss can reflect and be more sympathetic to the next guest. As long as there is consumption, it will not cause you loss. Don't say it is borrowing somewhere to eat, so unpleasant! You know, I have been spending here!

Ordered the Abalone Mushroom Rice with complimentary soup, and a Yam Ring and Cereal Prawn for sharing. Food are not fabulous, but decent enough for normal eaters. The area is quite open so you can still talk and hear your kaki. Service needs a bit of improvements.

Allium-free Chinese vegetarian eatery, with comforting and tasty local dishes that aren't too oily. The menu doesn't have labels for egg and dairy. Several staff members assured me that the dishes at this branch are vegan without egg or dairy, except for some of the drinks and cakes. Nonetheless I think it would be best to verify again when ordering! Wish the vegan dimsum from the Chinatown branch could be available here too. Conveniently accessible via Novena MRT.

A long-time fan of their Mock Fish Beehoon Soup, I recently tried the zichar menu and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered three dishes for our group of three: the Cereal King Oyster Mushroom, Bat Kut Teh, and Braised Mock Abalone with Broccoli. The absolute star of the show was the Cereal King Oyster Mushroom. The crispy cereal coating perfectly complemented the juicy oyster mushrooms, creating a delightful textural and flavour contrast. The Bat Kut Teh and Braised Mock Abalone were also very good, offering authentic flavours without relying on MSG. They were hearty and satisfying, perfect for sharing. But wait, there's more! The restaurant also boasts a free-flowing condiment counter. Be sure to try the belacan for a spicy kick that'll wake up your taste buds. The only minor downside was the service. Some of the middle-aged female staff members can be a bit curt, especially during peak hours. A touch of warmth would go a long way. Overall, D'Life Signature is a fantastic option for vegetarians looking for delicious, MSG-free zichar. Just be prepared for the occasional aloof service crew member. Still, the food wins the day, making it a worthy recommendation.

Food is average and portion is big for the price I paid for. Giving 3 stars is because the service is not so friendly, served by the young lady manager I think is Malaysian I dun feel welcome, because of the cold stare. In comparison, been to Saute-San and their service attitude(courteous and attentive)is way much better! Service etiquette should improve if the business gonna to make it. P.S.: I can't even finish the food and dabao back home and still can't finish it cos I m thinking how their service is so horrendous.

Ordered the Penang Assam Laksa, and the Penang Fried Kway Teow. The food was good, and tasted healthy because of the vegetarian theme. Usual meat based items were replaced by veggie substitutes. The fried kway teow even had good "wok hey". Service was lacking though - I ordered the almond drink, but server didn't check if I wanted it hot or cold. Furthermore, when the food was served, waitress brought two fried kway teow and claimed that the laksa was sold out. But we were not told. She then went back to the kitchen, and eventually still brought out a laksa 🤷🏻‍♀️

Would like to highlight the good points first. Very good menu overall staff has provided good service with exception of plump short hair Auntie that consistently seems disinterested being there the other staff makes up for her poor behavior that includes places dishes on our table while looking away placing the plates abruptly on table. Both myself and colleagues were so surprised by the carelessness behavior of this staff. This is in great contrast with the other staff. The hostess woman that is almost always there is always gracious and professional as well as the young lady cashier and the young men who have also been excellent. Hopefully things will improve myself and my colleagues stop in 2-3 times per week from our office to D'life signature cafe.

Had the 生面 it was really good. For SGD 6.50 some maybe scared off by the price but the portion justifies the price. The crispy noodles are tasty and so is the sauce. There's only one piece of mock fish which would be nice if there was a few more. Overall still good. You maybe a bit thirsty at the end but good food. Must try the mock satay! Crispy on the outside and juicy and tender mushrooms on the inside with very good peanut sauce.

Vegan Pizza!!!! And lots of other tasty vegan dishes! For a basement level mall restaurant D’Life has managed to get a lot of space which gives it a nice open feel. The staff are friendly and efficient. So many delicious dishes I won’t mention all here but I did have the mushroom pizza with non-dairy cheese, olive rice, tofu hot plate, salty fish fried rice (mock fish) cereal abalone mushroom… on different nights of course! They also have a vegan croissant “breakfast” set from 11am….

Every time I come here to eat, I will leave without regret. Its food quality far surpasses the vegetarian food of another newly opened Lingshao restaurant, even though the prices of the two are the same. Everyone should support such a conscientious vegetarian restaurant.

My mum is vegetarian and we went to the outlet this morning. It was listed to open at 11 am but at 10:59 the staff were still eating. Thinking that the opening hours could be listed wrongly I asked one of the older staff what was the opening time. First she ignored me and turned back to talk to her colleague. Then the colleague saw that my mum was wheelchair-bound, he said 11 am. This older lady staff then turned to me and said, “Even if it’s 11 am you will have to wait till we finish eating. “ I’ve been in service line before and this is not the way to talk to a potential client. Naturally we took our business elsewhere and it’s unlikely I would try another D’life outlet.

I like the taste of the food here, the food is diversified, but the Chinese food is my favorite. It's just that the portion of food is a bit small.

Service here is bad, i was served by name Ah Mei, she served me with a single round table one chair next to the cashier counter. I carried a bag got to look for another chair to place it. I got my doubt she know what is customer service show no concern if customer is comfortable. I look around and saw four seated table with a single customer. I saw another vacant four seated table. She ordered my food with this table number. I am very unhappy and move to another proper table. That table later become their working table. When i question her she did not apologize instead her replied is if you don't like look for another seat. What kind of attitude.

Food is good but portion is very small even though we ordered large. We ordered 5 L and 2 M for 8 adults n 2 children takeaway and they are all packed in small green boxes. Claypot tofu is packed in small round container. Food is barely enough for 10.

The food is quite good but they’re so under staffed during lunch hours. No one to attend and take order. What a waste!

Terrible place to visit. Should be zero rating, give it 1 in order to have this review posted. Ordered minced meat congee and felt super thirsty after meal. I had diarrhea shortly after as well. Suspect the kitchen handling is unclean and use lots of msg to their food. Visit at your own risk!
