I'm
writing
this
review
because
of
an
unpleasant
encounter
with
a
service
staff
who
took
my
order
on
6
Oct
2023,
7:52pm,
station
T1.
She
wasn't
the
regular
service
staff
at
the
counter
because
I
could
see
she
came
from
the
kitchen
to
help
out
her
colleague.
While
I
command
her
for
stepping
in,
what
I
experienced
was
not
acceptable.
First
of
all,
she
spoke
quite
softly
so
I
couldn't
hear
her
ask
"mild
or
spicy".
When
I
continued
with
my
order,
she
interrupted
me
again
asking
"mild
or
spicy"
but
I
couldn't
make
out
the
words,
so
I
responded
with
a
polite,
"huh"
and
leaned
in.
She
then
proceeded
to
roll
her
eyes
at
me
and
repeat
again.
I'm
not
being
unreasonable
and
I
do
apologise
that
I
wasn't
able
to
hear
her
well,
but
I
believe
that
the
last
thing
you
want
to
do
is
make
your
customer
feel
small.
Rolling
her
eyes,
whether
she
meant
it
or
not,
was
condescending.
I
understand
that
the
kitchen
was
busy
and
she
probably
didn't
have
much
time,
but
please,
I
appeal
to
service
staff
to
watch
their
non
verbal
communication
as
well.
It's
a
pity
because
I
think
this
is
not
the
first
time
there
is
a
complaint
against
this
branch
regarding
the
attitude
of
service
staff.
Perhaps
something
can
be
done
about
staff
welfare
so
they
don't
feel
overwhelmed
and
inevitably
react
to
customers
this
way.
It
was
only
a
1min
interaction,
but
I
left
feeling
insulted
and
looked
down
on.
This
is
not
how
you
want
your
customers
to
feel.
I
still
do
enjoy
the
food
and
preparation
was
fast.
Just
have
a
chat
with
your
service
staff
and
make
some
changes
for
a
better
experience.
