Ordered the Grilled Chicken Quesadilla for $8.90. The portion was pretty small for the price, and the quesadilla only contained cheese and the grilled chicken (I thought it would contain vegetables like peppers). Otherwise, the taste was pretty good and the cheese and grilled chicken were cooked perfectly. Service was also fast. 🗓️ Visited 3 October 2022

Ok first. Im from LA so I know Tex Mex and authentic Mexican. This is not Tex Mex, this is not Mexican. This is like some asian steak and rice dish wrapped with a tortilla. The rice is white rice. This hurt. I wanted to like this, but white rice kills the vibe and is a dealbreaker. Next, where is the mexican chilli/powder flavor. It is a very bland burrito. Also no salsa, huh. This was confusing. Its like french fries with no ketchup. And this is the least oily burrito Ive had. I dont mean that I eat burritos flushed with oil, but this is like a healthy burrito, there is almost no oil at all. So I guess if u ever wanted a mexican burrito with white rice, and no mexican spiced flavor,, then this is it. For me I will not be coming back.

Vegetarian food availability: 3 stars Good authentic Mexican food. We ordered the tacos, burrito bowl and churros. It was quite tasty. I recommend the sautéed vegetables and guacamole (spicy) for the hard shell taco and for the burrito bowl. The tofu ranchero is quite mild so I recommend that you get the spicy tofu ranchero taco. Other than that, the sauce they used (roasted jalapeños) is quite delicious. The churros were my favourite as they had a crisp, flavourful and fruity flavour. I must say the cinnamon sauce for the churros was really good. Overall, a good place but a bit pricy.

I had dinner here last night. The food was good and I like that they have affordable cafe hot drinks at $2-3 which is really affordable and value for money. I had the hot chocolate. Seats were limited so I sat outside the restaurant. Price wise, it is kind of pricey for a fast food restaurant.

Have passed by several times and tried their chicken bowl , which is tasty. Hope Guzman can continue to keep prices competitive and be more generous with the chicken filling in the bowl. Thanks alot ! Just sharing the menu for those who are keen to visit

Nice clean restaurant and great food. Tried the $3 taco and it was amazing. The corn chip was crispy and well seasoned, the minced beef was so flavourful and the lettuce was fresh! Love it that the staffs were still friendly and welcoming despite being so busy with both the dine in orders and delivery orders. They work fast without compromising the service and this is impressive!

I ordered the burrito bowl with pulled pork on 16 sept 2023. I was slightly disappointed as it appears that the pork have not been pulled properly. The pork strands were all attached to each other and i had to separate them with my plastic utensils.

I just loved the vegetarian food here that I tried and especially the quesadillas. You must try it!

I always wanted to try Guzman y Gomez until I decided to dine in to end my curiosity about what their food taste like. Boom! I wasn’t disappointed at all! I tried their salad with spicy grilled chicken while my friend ordered burrito bowl with mild pulled pork. Going back to what I ordered, their salad gave a different vibe as the flavour really played a big part. It’s sour, salty and spicy tastes really complimented each other. I also enjoyed their fries. Looking forward to visit again to try their quesadilla and burrito. Can’t wait to satisfy my Mexican cravings again. Muchas gracias!

Got their reg burrito bowl with barramundi @$11.90 today and this is the portion. Three bites of food and it's gone. Been a customer over the years and their portions are shirking steadily. Not worth what you pay for, too expensive for too little. Better to eat elsewhere.

Great Mexican place in the heart of the city. They also serve breakfast burritos until 10:30! Quick service and plenty of seating, level -2 in the MRT plaza. I ordered the chicken one with fries in it (California style) and was not disappointed! Decent portion and tasty ingredients, ripe avocado, good spices not too strong (I asked for the mild chicken)! They're a chain and can be found all over the city serving quality Mexican meals! Highly recommended to try!

Ground beef hard shell taco, i do like it. The taco shell is crispy, ground beef is so flavourful and cheesy. Spicy burrito bowl with grilled chicken, acceptable spiciness level. Love the black beans added, something unusual. The cheese and tomatoes goes well with the rice, every bites is so tasty. Crushed the nachos chips to mix with the rice to provide a crunchy textures, different from the soft ingredients.

During the pandemic lockdowns, their breakfast burrito what kept me excited for the weekends! Finally decided to go to the store in Tj Pagar - and the food did not disappoint. The burrito bowl had everything we needed (and apparently we can ask for condiments - the guy next to me had 5 (yes 5!) extra onions and chili!) and we can settle the spiciness level. The meal makes sense - gives the whole ‘comfort meal effect’ with fries and a soft drink. I prefer the grilled chicken over the steak - the meat is well cooked and tender. Recommended for those late dinners and need for good comfort food!

Had their promotional set of 2 tacos, small fries, and iced lemon tea. Tacos were spicy, flavourful, and filling. Cajun seasonings on the fries were really nice. Staffs were really active and attentive even though there were lots of customers, but they managed orders effectively.

I have only ever tried burritos and they tasted pretty nice though on the saltier side. The slow roasted beefs were really awesome and yummy though! And the fries were good too!

If u want a quick bite before hitting e pubs for drinks, come here for e tacos. Quite a lot of fillings to choose from including e wrap. Soft or crispy. Taste is ok. I ordered 2 tacos with a drink. Just enough for me.

Staff is friendly trecommend the menu to a newbie of foodie, second try in here. Nachos is crispy and it have avocado and some beans. Fries taste good. If the music of here can larger a bit it will be more lively

Food not enough seasoning and vry little meat in the quesadillas. Even paid extra for the grilled steak, but small cubes only. $3 tacos also tasteless.. Burrito suppose to be spicy but not much spicy taste, good amount of beef brisket tho. Fries was only thing with good seasoning and nice. $30 damage done. Won't be back

Today I have got burrito bowl veggie but could see the avacado wasn't added and I couldn't check what they added before I left the place . Guys please check ur order just to make sure everything is added before you leave this place

Horrendous customer service from this lady in rectangular specs on cashier duty on the 25 Jan, 9pm. She deliberately expressed impatience, very rude tone and even rolled eyes at us as we tried to make an order. We were the only ones making an order so not sure what she’s rushing us for. This made our dinner a very unpleasant experience and we will not come back to this store anymore. I don’t expect a 5 star service from a fast food chain but I do expect a bare minimum customer service standard which is to not intentionally appear to be rude. Please send this staff for more training before you put her on cashier duty.

I ordered a fish burrito bowl takeaway. When I got home I realised it’s a beef bowl and I do not eat beef. Worst mistake the staff could ever make. Have to throw away the food, and how can I get my money back? My order number was 245 for today 19 Oct.

If you’re craving Mexican abroad, this could be a decent quick fix. Easy go order and food came quickly. Ordered the nacho fries with steak and pulled pork tacos which I thought were ok. Pretty expensive, $20 USD for both.

Been a fan of the regular burrito bowl - spicy chicken since I first tried it years ago at the Mapletree Business City outlet. Still as good as ever🥹 Generous portion of chicken chunks and tastes absolutely delicious with everything mixed well. Toss in plenty of diced onions, coriander + habanero sauce for a taste I won’t ever forget😍 I’ll love to have this weekly!❤️

Excellent avocado toast. Only $4 a slice. Avocado is fresh, nothing added. Toast is soft and crispy. Better than many other well known cafes.

My friend and I had burrito, salad and fries for sharing. They cut the burrito into half and wrapped individually for us, it is yummy, highly recommended.

I'm writing this review because of an unpleasant encounter with a service staff who took my order on 6 Oct 2023, 7:52pm, station T1. She wasn't the regular service staff at the counter because I could see she came from the kitchen to help out her colleague. While I command her for stepping in, what I experienced was not acceptable. First of all, she spoke quite softly so I couldn't hear her ask "mild or spicy". When I continued with my order, she interrupted me again asking "mild or spicy" but I couldn't make out the words, so I responded with a polite, "huh" and leaned in. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and repeat again. I'm not being unreasonable and I do apologise that I wasn't able to hear her well, but I believe that the last thing you want to do is make your customer feel small. Rolling her eyes, whether she meant it or not, was condescending. I understand that the kitchen was busy and she probably didn't have much time, but please, I appeal to service staff to watch their non verbal communication as well. It's a pity because I think this is not the first time there is a complaint against this branch regarding the attitude of service staff. Perhaps something can be done about staff welfare so they don't feel overwhelmed and inevitably react to customers this way. It was only a 1min interaction, but I left feeling insulted and looked down on. This is not how you want your customers to feel. I still do enjoy the food and preparation was fast. Just have a chat with your service staff and make some changes for a better experience.

Went here on a weekday, non peak hours. They have $3 tacos which is not bad. Rounded flavours, spices dominating the tacos and burrito bowl. Price- bit on a high side. Good quality though, so it's fine.

Ordered through the takeaway qr code but have been waiting ages cause they “have a lot of orders” but can’t tell me how long more I have to wait. Not sure they should have this system if they can’t cope with it… update: I guess a lot of people order for the office so they get a lot of bulk orders, so wouldn’t recommend ordering at this time or online if you’re just getting a tiny burrito 🥲
