In the midst of Christmas shopping ,I wanted to take a break so I entered McDonald's at Bugis Village. Thinesh, Fazilah and Geoktin welcomed me with a warm smile. They catered to my special dietary requirements such as no eggs,no meat and no onion meal. I enjoyed my meal and left happily. People come ,eat and leave without appreciating them and on weekends, they become very busy but that didn't stop them from providing great service so I decided to write a review and appreciatied them personally. Well done three of you ,keep up your great works. You are appreciated!!!

It's a awesome place...just at entry of Bugis lane. Best part of the place it's neat and clean and the takeaway ice cream parlour is the best section. Grab a icecream and move ahead to shop at Bugis Market

McDonald's at Bugis, operating 24 hours, provided a tasty and convenient dining option. Visiting at midnight due to restaurant closures, the Big Mac was satisfying, and the McNuggets were notably fresh and crispy. The consistent quality, coupled with round-the-clock service, makes this McDonald's a reliable go-to for a late-night bite in Bugis.

Just another typical MacDonald faking their service speed. You guys installed the TV for customers to track if our orders is ready. But they cleared the order screen when there is like still around 7 to 8 ppl still waiting.

The Lychee Soft Serve is yummy and refreshing. The server swirled my soft serve so beautifully. Lovely customer service too - shout-out to the kind server at the takeaway ice-cream counter.

Typical mcd's food. Havin breakfast here after visitin Guan Yin Temple. White coffee is stall. Even i put 2 sachets of sugar. Lol

This mcdonald is not a fast food chain… have to wait more than 20min always just for a meal… maybe they should hire someone to organize the order… food are all ready but no one to send out the food

Ordered at 1.22pm, at 1.55pm still hadn't received my order. My kids and I had to wait 45 minutes, that's not what I call "fast food"... And the food was not warm. Tried to ask the auntie in charge if there was a staff shortage, but I think she didn't speak English. Overall not a good experience.

Nice place . Need more staffs. You need to clean the table yourself before and after meal. Usually crowded.

Here after NY countdown, there is a lot of people and it’s full house most of the time. However, there is some ground-staff helped in assisting customers. The staff Santhi is dedicated and helpful to assist customers with their problem. There is a group of rude, ridiculous and not compassionate customer that trying to emotional blackmailed us to give up our seats. At first, Santhi also addressed us rudely by knocking the table. We nearly had conflict k. After that, Santhi solved the issue by directing the barbarians to another empty table and came apologised to us. I understand that she is doing her job but better approach can be taken. Overall, appreciate and great job to the staff that work during public holiday.

Probably it been awhile since I have eaten Mac, the Standard have changed Ordered a breakfast side without the cutlery. Patty: very dry Scramble egg: taste rubbery and felt like eating a piece of cake . Bread: crunchy Probably due to inflation and new cooking methods

Indian lady wearing glasses was very friendly to let me order food at the counter cause the kioks queue was long . She was nice to make my order fast too

It's really convenient bcs it's open 24 hrs but the place is not so big, so it's mostly crowded even in night time. It has front, back, and side doors. It makes the place a bit hot because too many doors available. The place is not that clean and neat most of the time I came. Sometimes there're ppl who spent their nights in this McD. They occupied a 4 seat table for a very long time without anything bought. Or just a cup of drink.

Went to eat with my family during CNY day 1, ordered couple of meals including 2 sets of breakfast deluxe. One of them includes additional cheese to be added on the muffin. When the order came, there were 2 orders order breakfast deluxe, one of them with the sticker that states additional cheese. I opened it up and there was no cheese there, so I went to check with the crew regarding this. They checked and came back to me and ask me to check if the cheese is on the other breakfast deluxe. It was there, however, it has already melted onto the egg and I was unable to take it out to put in my meal. So I asked if they can add a cheese on my meal since they made the wrong order and added the cheese on the wrong meal. The lady crew went ahead and accused me of changing the additional cheese sticker to the meal without the extra cheese. In the end, I have to pay for another cheese, which I was fine to be honest. But I think the fact that they accused me of taking out the sticker and then adding it onto another meal and then going to them to try and get another cheese. A little out of hand, it is just one cheese man

My all time favourite go to place during my tuitions. I always buy the Caramel Frappe with Oreo. The service is excellent and the staff recognize me as I am a regular customer there daily. Great Chill Out place for me and my friends.

Rochor mc d really bad service 21/7/23 at abt 12 pm .. i came in with my young daughter after her 3 days 2 nites stay at kkh n she so badly missed mc d ... i did table service becoz i didnt want to leave her alone ... there was this big group of angmoh or sweden guys sitting around not ordering anything n we were searching for seats ... the Malay female manager with tudung ( apologise using to describe as i could not get her name ) when i ordered according to the number on the table 310 n after ordering they were calling 2765 n i was blur blur coz really tired .. 20 mins after ordering i checked n tat was my order .. i webt up to her n asked can i have my order before i could finish she told me off "tat one person ah u must wait " i wS like wat im trying to ask u nicely n u jus brush me off ... no issues i carried my order n walked off with cold fries not for me but my gal ! this manager should be thought how to be nice !!!!!!!!

Food, service is good. The only thing I hate is every morning at 2-3am when I buy hot coffee. They serve either warm or no taste coffee and I have to reject them and they have to boil new coffee

My order had a missing pc of nugget but the team did a fantastic job on service recovery.

Services and food was really good. The location of the store also easy to locate. I went there at 10 pm almost 11pm it still crowded. The seating area also limited.

24 hour outlet. Always busy throughout the day so the orders may take a while to be fulfilled.

One of those iconic spots in Bugis though Macs are like almost everywhere. One Chinese female staff member who I spoke to was really friendly and treated me to a child serving kind of ice cream cone.

The staffs are so kind courteous welcoming everyone with a smile. The food is deftly good but the employees put me in awe with their service.

The office colleagues had an impromptu dine in due to the release of the new toys 🥲🥲😢 Met with some of the loveliest workers at McD that were super helpful . Due to 11.11 deal for mobile app users , the staffs were super helpful to assist all the way Special thanks to Layhoon ( I believed she’s the store manager / floor manager ?).., super pro active and helpful and friendly Look for her the next time, she’s more then happy to just say hi or assist you in any way she could . Nice Macs to chill and hang out if the joint at Bugis Junction is crowded. Standard macs menu with friendly staff. A desert kiosk is available as well, don’t have to tap in.

Lay Hoon , the restaurant manager is so sweet to offer us water free even we just order only two sundae. This is th best MCD service I come across in my entire life. Well done, Lay Hoon

Feeling warm in this place, restaurant manager Lay Hoon is super friendly and nicely and all staff too. They treat customer like family. Can feel the passion in this restaurant, the best McDonald in my life :)
