Excellent place for good food and drinks with your loved ones. Thoroughly enjoyable from start to end, my friend and I love the spread of wines they offer. A relaxing ambience, the place is comfortable, cozy, and warm. It is the kind of place you can spend the entire evening or afternoon at, relaxing, chilling, and enjoying the place while trying out its range of drinks. I love this place and the generous and kind owners.

13% has to be one of my favorite hangouts in town now…! So glad to be able to get a table at the last minute! The service was excellent, shout-out to Wendy especially who brought us some nuts to munch on while waiting for our raclette with potatoes, and who ensured our bottle of Riesling stayed nice and chilled, and took care to remember our names! The Fine de Claire oysters were the star! Admittedly haven’t tried them but they’re my new favorite as they’re not briny at all, but sweet though wished they were plumper! They’re having an oyster promo now $3/pc instead of $4 so hope they stay for good! 😬😬 The steak tartare and other cooked food were outstanding as well! We had the escargots, the marrow was the best we’ve ever had - melt in your mouth and buttery and yet bursting with flavor, and the raclette with potatoes was a simple dish but so addicting! Ended the night with a decadent chocolate lava cake! Despite there being very loud groups but somehow did not mar our enjoyment with great, food, wine, service and each other’s company! We can’t wait to be back!

Service has always been 100% with Wendy & Eunice! Love the vibes, crowded or quiet, it always feels good. Not to mention we always get our favourite wine here! Wines are good, pretty value for for money!

Not just a usual wine bar… didn’t expect the food was so good! Even the dessert! Had 4 bottles with friends and staff is super friendly!

Food is delicious (thoroughly enjoyed the escargot and Wagyu to name but a few👌), complimented by a lovely wine selection. Ian and the team at 13% are genuinely engaging and welcoming. A place you will feel at ease with quality but no pretentiousness. Don’t be afraid to engage the team (should you want to), they’re 5 star and elevate the experience.

Awesome atmosphere, great drinks and surprisingly delicious food. The owner is a great guy, very attentive with guests. The perfect evening outing place for groups, airline crews looking for an awesome place to flush the fatigue after a long flight.

I have heard a lot of great things about this 13% Gastro Wine at Telok Ayer so I went there to give it a try. Normally I don’t really expect good food at a wine bar, but this place changed my perspective. Apart from so many wine selections (from everywhere in the world), their food are very good! We only ordered 2 dishes (a board of beef cold cut & crab cake), both were great. The crab cake came with generous amount of crab and I don’t know why a very simple cold cut was so good. Anyway, I like it and will come back again for more wine and dine.

Really nice place. Initially looked like a hole in the wall from street level. But when you climb the stairs and get to the top of the shop house it's quite spacious. Great service and that always helps. We got a lot of food and wine..good wine collection. The sausage platter and prawns were good. Lots of veg options - sweet potato fries, soft cheese and sun-dried tomatoes bites and all great. cauliflower and aubergine with impossible meats were ok. The desserts were fantastic. Overall good place. Only cons, it gets too crowded and too noisy cause it's not open enough and outside of wines, the other liquor collection is less..but then it's a wine bar. Will come again

Nice wine bar with large wine choice from Europe and Americas. Offers food too, however, portions aren't that big, so more to accompany wine than a complete meal. Highly recommended Coca Tomato and Beef Tartare

It was a great experience there for me and my friends. I had a good time enjoying the wines and delicious food served there. Beef was really tasty, especially the marbling and beef cheeks. Wine connoisseurs would definitely love this place. Food and wine are from France, Italy. The head chef even explained to us about the food and wines served, which was really heartwarming (as i myself don't really have much knowledge about these but would love to learn more about it). Staffs were really friendly and efficient as well and the atmosphere was good, cozy and with comfortable lighting soothing for our eyes, music was fine too. Good for a nice chill out place. Many varieties of cheese plates (pairs well), mains, sides and wine. I will surely come back here again in the future. Located at Telok Ayer, just a stairs up. However, do take note that there is only 1 type of beer available: Kronenberg. Beer lovers can come enjoy the food instead. If you are unsure of your choices, i believe the staffs would give good recommendations for it too.

This is a gem find for myself. Absolutely love the variety of wine selection and the service of Steven and the team. Food is always good and great pairing with the selection of wine. Could be slightly noisy when the place is packed as the place is not too big. If you’re not sure what wine to get, the team is always ready to recommend!

The manager was friendly and made us feel so comfortable. The chefs and staff were also lovely and helpful. The ambience was perfect. Loved the oysters and brownies. Would definitely come back for the people and vibe. Never felt so welcome!

A true dinning experience not to miss! This was my 2nd time there and 1st time for my friends. A big big shout out to wendy who was served us through out dinner serving and she was impeccable with details and special cocktails we had was really good...she name the cocktails " Last Word"...interesting.... Wendy was also 100%5Stars at any of the touch points with prompt service with genuine smile and welcomed us back again in the near future.

Very conveniently located. Got to know about this place from a friend so although I'm not really a wine person, I enjoy wine served. Needless to say, the food is great too. Forgot what I had that evening but I know the food and wine combination is lovely. Had a chat with the bistro owner, very friendly. For wine lovers, I believe you all will like this place. I'll think it's a nice place romantic hangout place with your loved ones as well.

It’s a culinary gem tucked in the second floor shophouse in the telok ayer district. Clean, simple execution with dynamic and balanced food flavors, paired with wine. It comes together perfectly with lovely ambience and warm hospitality from the owner and staff. Overall comforting experience. Definitely worth checking out if you are in this area.

Came to 13% wine bistro for dinner, our table was at a relatively secluded dark area of the restaurant near the toilet but with a view of the bar area. Food was fine especially the snail and the bone marrow The deserts were fine as well, we had 3 but prefer the chocolate cake and the crème brûlée over the lemon tart (which surprised us as it was a hot lemon tart) Overall a good dinner, although didn’t know before hand this was a wine bar Knowing this now next time we will come here primarily to try their wines as they have a very extensive selections which we didn’t try this time round
