Visited on 15 September 2023 845pm. The manager (yes the staff in the grey shirt and black trousers) prepared my order and just left it on the counter. Did not call my number, and did not update the number screen. The young service staff behind the counter (red T-shirt) did not do so either. We were literally staring at each other for nothing. The old lady providing table service was by far the most hardworking. Not only did she served the tables, she was the one helping to get the attention of waiting customers. The manager and the young service staff are perfect examples of just being there to clock their hours. It was not even a busy night. Garbage attitude. No other comments on food and atmosphere. It's Mcdonalds.

Follow up visit: 10 August 2023 - Staff seemed to be paranoid about hygiene, as when I tried to clear a piece of dust off my chair one employee enquired on whether the chair was dirty and to inform them to clean it instead of cleaning it yourself. 26 May 2023 - Ordered via the mobile app. It was hassle-free and simple. Food and drink arrived shortly thereafter. Outlet wasn't crowded, which might be due to the rain.

I don’t usually leave review moreover a bad one but im just too upset with this outlet. Ordered a simple hot fudge sundae during lunch hour but totally didn’t expect to wait so long. Waited 30mins for it but it’s fine. what is unacceptable is the amount of fudge they gave, “so generous” that i’m impressed wow. Anyways, would totally not recommend coming during lunch hours cause i ever waited for 1hour for a mcspicy meal and the order was wrong too. They call themselves “FASTFOOD” restaurant. Indeed very “fast” 🙂

My fault for going there in the first place. I needed ice in a cup. Since I cannot find any. Bought the spicy chicken wrap meal. I said just give me ice no soda. But naturally the could not understand my request. Still had the soda just a little ice. The fries were limped and not the fries I am use to from McDonald's. The tables needed cleaning and the staff was indifferent. Not a enjoyable time. I will not go back.

Chill macs, plenty of ports and seats to get work done if you’re sick of the office. McCafe is a great and affordable option if the surrounding cafes are too pricey.

Don't ever come here. The smell inside is awful, but I was starving. I ordered a meal, all items are smelly and rotting , including the coke. I am leaving every item behind and going back with a empty stomach 😭

The limited edition World Cup 2022 Hawaiian grilled chicken burger is meh. The signature collection buttermilk chicken burger is much better. Double beef prosperity burger is the best.

Super convenient location. It has a 24 hour sign outside but it closes at either 12 or 2am depending on the day of the week. General quality control is good except for the fries…it’s not quite up to the standard of their fries elsewhere mainly because they cook and rest the fries ahead of time even when they aren’t super busy.

Fast and accurate services. Friendly staffs. Foods were standard, but it's McDonald after all.

Hardworking and friendly staff but they gotta work on their system. I would visit this outlet during office hours and most of them would have missing items. Not so good - we can't hear them through their face mask when shouting the order number. Maybe can change to face shield. - the production is too quick. Too many food are being prepared and left there for the packer. By the time it got packed, the food is cold, the ice in drinks have melted. - no staff to render assistance. When some one needs help, the packer will drop everything to assist even to do cashier. I love you McDonald's spring leaf but pls improve for us.

place is packed during lunch on weekdays with both those eating-in and ordering takeaway. weekends here are more relaxed. if you're unlucky enough to be here during weekdays, at least try arriving before 12.30 pm. otherwise it'll be a long wait and you have to really listen carefully for your number for takeaways.

I would give negative 1000 if i could. Understand that mornings are sometimes crowded and I don't mind waiting but for one small item waiting a long time and receiving the quality that was completely unacceptable. I had to cancel my order. Where can i get a refund for the things that didn't come to me?

Back to exchange last week happy meal toy. Both managers (dressed in grey shirt) allowed exchange of toys which we already have. Turnaround during weekday lunch is faster, more so if u order via mobile order. The outlet is packed during weekday lunch. Quieter over the weekend on some days great spot for peaceful reading. Sanitiser near to the entrance is always filled when using at multiple times of visit there.

The French Fries 🍟 were old and cold. It took long to get new fresh ones. It could have been cleaner. In some weeks I will check it out again.

The ordering system is totally down and not goes by sequence on 25 Jan But thanks to the crew Uncle David for his patient and attentive service, this is the only thing i want to complement for this 2h waiting order

I HOPE I TAG THE RIGHT DRIVE THRU: I need to praise this kind woman (whose name I could see on her label) who just gave me food…. I am visiting Singapore for work and was jet lagged and seriously ill the past two days, couldn’t eat properly and finally tonight I needed some food at 2am! Yes, maybe it’s strange, but my hunger kicked in late. I passed through this McDonalds that’s drive thru and when I appeared on the window I scared the girl (I’m so so sorry!) because my voice could barely come out, explaining that I cannot find any food around (Sofitel City Hotel) and she kindly told me they were closed already. I thanked and was ready to go when she just said:”let me see if I have anything extra left”… and she handed me a bag with food. I am most probably eating her dinner right now and I feel so embarrassed, but I greatly appreciated her kindness and humanity! THANK YOU! I don’t know your name and I hope your managers read that - you deserve to be promoted for your professional service, but most importantly for your empathy, and genuine understanding! Thank you!!!!!

My family and I went to this Mcdonald drive thru for the first time earlier today at around 11+am and we bought mcspicy meal, nugget meal and DOUBLE QUATER POUNDER WITH BBQ CHICKEN BACON meal. The fries were bland. Drinks are fine, however the DOUBLE QUATER POUNDER WITH BBQ CHICKEN BACON burger were a single patty instead of DOUBLE. We only realise when we open the box to have our meal once we reach home which were quite a distance from them. Even tho the box "DOUBLE" tap were flip out to indicate that its a double. We are very much disappointed at our first visit to this outlet.

Waited 1h 5 mins for table service during lunchtime even though we ordered at 11:50am, before the lunch crowd arrived. Checked in at 25, 40 and 55 mins and was told that the food was still being prepared each time and I need to be patient. Waited so long that my number was recycled into someone else’s order. Given two ice cream cones as an apology.

Morning breakfast: My bagel had a small chunk of tissue inside, i only noticed when it was something i can't chew and looked inside the sandwich and saw the tissue. Didn't bother to go back to then crew, since the small thin guy at the counter looks like he hates his job when I asked him about a diff order that supposedly with No cheese but had it. It's morning dude!

Waited so long for the drive through. Disappointed to see the undersize fries. Tried the prosperity beef feast, it is good.

I love the McCafe here, the girl who's make the coffee is make my day.

Worse outlet ever! Been here multiple times and not once has it ever been even close to an acceptable experience - and I’m talking about just getting my order. Machines do not work, food is cold, food poisoning, wrong orders, etc. The only thing that is consistent is the rude staff and poor service. One star given for that - at least they never disappoint in that. Avoid this place if you can at all cost.

Avoid this outlet during lunchtime - they have so many orders pouring in, if you were to place an order at the place itself, it would take you at least 30minutes to receive your food. I placed a to-go order online and collected it within 5minutes of arrival, and by the time I was done eating, the person who had ordered their meal in the outlet still hadn't gotten their meal. I had a special order of McSpicy with additional lettuce and sauce, and it was packed with only 1 sauce pump with no lettuce. Upon informing the staff, they immediately remedied the situation whilst at the same time trying their very best to clear the orders. The McSpicy patty was extremely thin and dry, and the fries were lukewarm at best, almost as if they had been sitting there for a little too long before being served.

This McDonald's has a 24-hour drive through and a Mac Cafe. This outlet is not open 24 hours and probably closes at 11 pm or midnight, becomes less crowded at night. It still has good vibes as it is a good meet up place for colleagues or friends. I have seen a group of friends who meet here to play boardgames on weekends. This outlet is just across from International Plaza and Tanjong Pagar MRT. Convenient if you are using public transport. I usually come here for late dinners or supper. Comfortable place to hang out with reasonable priced food. This outlet is a few years old and there are signs of wear and tear . But the main selling point is the central location and convenience.

Manager Shah service was awesome! Super crowded during weekday lunch but this Coconut Cone was great, very refreshing for the weather.

Always crowded. The uncle there was very kind in delivering our orders and politely asking if he could help to clear the tables for us. Felt really welcomed and well accomodated.

We went to the drive through and I ordered through the mobile app. The food was not wrapped properly in the paper. Burger was put in wrong boxes. had to ask again to confirm that our order was correct. I feel that they just seemed eager to close up and go home

It's not necessary to comment on the McDonald's standardized menu. But this branch is very well located next to downtown CBD where quite a few condos emerged in the past few years. The restaurant is roomy and clean. The lighting at night seems more cozy than the usually brightly lit fast food joints. The waiting time was short and the trash bins were not overflowing. A pleasant experience.

Good place for those working late around the area. And McCafe makes pretty good hot chocolate.

Think the packaging of the food can be improved? Received my order with sauce all over the box.

This outlet provides very bad service, last night I try to do order, but this is what machines show, I try 2 machines, so, I go counter and try to find staff to help me, but the staff no try to figure out what happened and just use she finger and show me, still have few machines in other side, ok, fine, I try and problem is same, the photo is taken on my last machine which one I try, of course, finally I waste my about 10mins and do nothing and go home, very terrible service.PS...the "finger lady" is free when I find help

Double fillet recently went thru a diet?? So thin. Looks like one party divided into 2 slices. Color looks dark too, maybe reuse the oil to fry too many times. Environment needs improvement as well, I've had to keep swatting away flies.

Was open at 7am. My order was quite big so I was struggling to carry it alone. The staff there was incredibly nice and helped me double check my order. One of them even went above and beyond to help me carry my order to the taxi stand across the road. I am extremely grateful. Thank you Jon! Great service. Best McDonald's experience ever.
