I was looking for a nice restaurant for dinner and noticed that this is the only restaurant that is crowded and decided to give it a try. The waiter was friendly and helpful and introduced the signature dishes for us to try. It was a good decision to try it out. Appreciate the delicious meals that are of quality standards.

Their broth is definitely worth a try, it is best with the Chinese wine. Recommend the juicy meat ball that will “burst” in your mouth. First time try the Hakka noodles, the mixture is just nice but personally think that it is a bit salty.

Surprisingly superb Jiangxi-styled noodle joint unexpectedly ensconced like a diamond in the rough underbelly of 313 Somerset. Liked - Double beef noodles. Toothsome beef balls and slices bathed in an otherworldly broth that is elevated to stratospheric heights with a splash of optional shaoxing wine. Don’t refuse the wine. The noodles are a tiny bit over cooked for my taste though this is a minor quibble. - Hakka sauce noodles with century egg. Wonderful toothsome noodles and a bevy of fragrant accompanying ingredients. Well spiced - fish dumpling soup with added bursting meatballs. The fish dumplings were alright, and the wined-up soup was excellent as before, but the signature fuzhou bursting meatballs were a fun-to-eat standout. - Milky pork noodles. Great broth and a bright spiciness. Ambivalent - Golden coins. They’re just pieces of bakkwa, but round. Service was prompt and efficient too. May this place last as long as Kangxi’s reign.

Came here to try the noodles … ended up getting noodles and dumplings because why not? Loves the sauce that is served with everything, really flavorful. The dry noodles were great too!

Solid noodle place that serves up simple comfort. Their classic noodle comes with a shot wine which enhances the flavour because you’re slightly tipsy (jk). The interior is heavy Chinese dynasties themed. I’m wondering if the Chinese martial art practice wood pole is actually used by staff or not. Probably not as it was buried behind high chairs…

Came here on a Tuesday dinner and crowd levels are low. Heard lots of good reviews from friends that frequented here, and after my visit, I'm sure to come back and try other dishes here as well. Went for the Dry Ban Mee Hakka style and Spicy Dark Soya sauce style, which both are colourful in flavour and texture on its own. Chewy noodles and fragrant sauces, the combination is indeed a good match. The onsen egg in the dry chilli ban mee is very cute and extra with a stand, and the gooey century egg is creamy with the noodles. Portion size is good as well. We added on the meat balls and for $3.80 each for the add ons (3 Balls) I would say its quite pricey. But a must try for sure for its bouncy texture. Bursting meat ball sure is unique for its double layered meat fillings. Another thing to take note is their soup served on the side for the dry noodles are really good. So much flavour and Hua Tiao Chew for a side dish and I asked for refills :")))

Ordered their Hakka Noodles. The noodles were chewy like all ban mian should be. The green chilli sambal packs quite a punch, exactly like those in Malaysia. Will come back for their original ban mian.

It's Pan Mee of a different kind, more akin to dried Vietnam Cellophane Rice Noodle. The superior soup is rich, more so with double serving of Chinese wine. Generous serving of ingredients.

GO Noodle House located at 313 @ Somerset, at GO Noodle House, you simply have to order their Signature Homemade Pan Mee selection. The most popular of all is the Special Dark Sauce With Onsen Egg (S$8.90). Use your discretion to add additional toppings like Fried Anchovies, Black Fungus, or Chilli Paste Oil for only S$1 more. The best way, naturally, to enjoy the entire bowl is to toss everything together, so you get subtle slaps of salty, bitter, sweet, sour, and even umami in a single bite. The noodles are hand-made, springy, and delicious. It is definitely for new diner to try.

First time trying this place from a friend's recommendation. Though I am not really a fan of noodles or soup, I must say that the premium beef slice noodles with pork balls were amazing! Noodles was soft and springy and the soup was flavourful. Not sure if I'll return, but will definitely recommend to others looking for soup noodles.

The soup noodles here are great. The superior soup is worth trying. I like the many options (fishball, bursting meatball, pork belly, etc.) to go with the noodle. Must try the Crispy Fuchuk

finished the entire bowl of meatball noodles and even forgot to take a photo of the food because it was so good. the meatball is amazing 🤩 take a small bite first and let the meat juice flow so you don’t scald yourself. get their signature soup and do add the Chinese wine in for added flavour! the hot and spicy soup was a tad toooooo spicy for liking

The fish ball , fish paste noodle or bee hoon are quite nice. Interesting concept with wine to pour into the soup. The chilli is the star, it taste like belachan but it has a kick. The dry noodle comes with fishball with mean inside, like fuzhou fishball Worth to try

The Singapore branch of a popular Malaysian chain of noodle restaurants. I ate at the malaysian branches many times and decided to try out the Singapore one and also another type of noodles other than the most popular ones. I had the spicy version of the beef noodle soup, which came with beef slices and beef balls. Meats were tender and juicy, satisfied with that. Broth was way too spicy for me, to the point i nearly choked. The spice covered any of the regular soup aroma and therefore was not good. Will be back to try other dishes.

Been visiting this Noodle Restaurant in Singapore and Malaysia. Yes, my first outlet was back in Malaysia, I would never expect I saw the same shop in Singapore. They never failed for delivering delicious noodles with their signature superior soup especially a go-to add ( Chinese rice wine ). Whether that is soup or dry base, they both taste good. One more thing, The chilli was extremely spicy.

Randomly choose this based on the ratings here. Indeed, it did not disappoint. Noodles is really nice and the price is rather affordable. Loving their Chili also which is spicy enough. Definitely will patrol again!

Ordered spicy superior soup noodle pan mee. The spiciness is more than medium spicy level so if you can't really take spicy food maybe should get the clear soup. The noodle was cooked to perfect, not too hard and not soggy at all. Will be back again.

Had the signature bursting meatball and I liked the meatballs. It kind of felt like I was eating Xiao Long Bao - one bite and the soup starts coming out. Service was speedy and nice! Suggest coming at 11.30am to before 12pm on weekdays as the crowd started to grow after we reached at about 11.40am.

I tried this place after a friend's recommendation. I was a little shocked at it because the soup looks very normal but after drinking it , it's very well balanced with the hua diao wine. I really enjoyed the soup, it feels like home made soup but yet with umami. The bustling pork ball is also very juicy and tasty. Come n try it.

walao eh… noodles were perfect leh. i had the premium pork belly slice milky pickled vegetable soup from the milky series. as someone who loves milky soup, this was an immediate pick for me. if you like pickled vegetables that makes your soup taste abit sour, i would recommend a bowl of noodles from the milky series. i chose mi xian as my noodles, and it was very soft and easy to chew. i love the texture of it. the portion was also pretty big, hence i think the price is very reasonable. i thoroughly enjoyed my experience eating at Go Noodle House, as you can see from the picture. i will definitely come back again to try other dishes! i wish i could give 10 stars!

I ate fish soup noidle. The taste was a bit higher than average. Not bad. I'd like to try dry noodle in the next chance.

The flavour of the soup and texture of noodle damn on point. i must say their signature bursting meatball lives up to the name, do refer to image for the splatter on the table caused by the meatball. I love how they have other snacks and soybean youtiao too!

Ordered ban mian and beef balls noodle soup. The ban mian taste very good with chilli (Hakka sauce) and the century eggs, anchovies and fried garlic taste great together. The beef balls were chewy and you can taste that it is full of real beef instead of flour or other addictive. Soup is great too as it contains tsao xing wine. Add in the crispy fuk chuk and it became an awesome meal

An unplanned dinner location that we do not regret! The noodles are QQ and the flavours were well balanced and tasty. The staff were polite and attentive and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. We had such a lovely experience, we came back 2 days later for their tang yuan dessert!

I was trying to find something new to try and I came across this restaurant with quite a good review on google. Hence I decided to try and it didn't disappoint. Taste was good (take note that the dried chilli noodle is quite spicy) and I like the noodle texture. The staff was very friendly and patient in explaining. Definitely will be back when I am in the area.

The plain soup was delicious although I felt that the temperature could be more hot. They were very generous with the handmade fish cake but the taste and texture was average. Chilli provided went well with the noodles. The iced milk tea tasted like instant tea mix and looking around at what others ordered, I realised I should have ordered one of their hot brewed teas. Will probably try this again to see if I would have a better impression of their other menu items.

Tried at Our Tampines Hub outlet. Their spicy soup is very nice and taste unique. Balls are chewy, tasty and big.. But abit pricey, it will be great if the price includes a drink or 1 side dish.

The broth made my eyes go WOW. So savoury and rich with flavors. Mind that the spicy version of noodles were really spicy! The bursting pork meatballs were really good, and the chinese wine def added dimentions to the broth, so pls pls put them all. The phitan egg was really good! However idk why on my second and subsequent visits, the wow factor was def less than before haha, maybe bcs i know what to expect alrd
