I have always pass by this place but never really want to try because it looks boring. However I was wrong, I just went ahead to try and it was fantastic. It is like hotpot but not really, the soup is so nice and the food taste healthy. I didn't feel oily after the meal or smelly like our usual hotpot. Will be back again for sure. Back again for the 10th tike at Tsukada. In fact, I went back so often that the staff knows us and I used shopback. So I am already at 20 dollars return voucher. Enough said, best hotpot ever.

Love the collagen soup. At Tsukada Nojo, the vegetables are always farm fresh. The best part is the Australian beef. It has a strong beef flavour (which isn’t for everyone). Best when undercooked in the broth (which I wouldn’t recommend for everyone too). Just love the hotpot here.

Food quality is good. And ingredients are fresh and food. I finished the meal around 3pm I have been very very thirsty all the way till late at night time, no matter how much water I drank my throat is constantly dry. Must have a lot of MSG. not sure I’ll go back again but sure tastes good though.

Very nice cozy place at Thomson. Comfortable even though it is not an enclosed dining area. Food wise, had the set and was extremely satisfied. Soup was very finger licking tasty with a hint of yuzu that complemented it well. Hot pot ingredients were all very fresh. The boiled kampung chicken that first came with the collagen soup was super tasty with right texture and taste. Don't really need any sauce to enjoy the naturally good tasting food! Service was definitely 5 star!

Visited at about 730pm on a Friday night and shop was almost full, do come earlier! Tried both Original and Spicy, recommend to just get the Original! Spicy not as good. We thought we ordered quite alot for 2 pax but it was actually just nice portion size. Meat was really good quality though was slightly expensive but totally worth it. $15 for US Beef (4 large pieces) and $12 for Chestnut Pork (7 slices). Theres a weekly promotion going on for different cut of meats too and no restrictions to the plates ordered too, do checkout their insta. Must also order their Fish Cakes!!! Omg I thought its just fish cake but noooo the texture and taste really different and yummy!!! Vegetable and mushroom sets was quite well varied and very fresh & clean. Thin Tsuru Tsuru Noodles was meh… The sauces was surprisingly very unique and delish too, really liked the green paste (yuzu flavour) and spring onion with sesame oil dip. At the end of the meal theres also jelly/agaragar served. Fantastic service too! Will be back again for the meats & fish cake!

It’s refreshing to witness professionalism and warmth still alive in the local F&B scene. We were greeted warmly by Anna, kindly showed us to our seats and introduced us to the menu, promotions and what’s good for two pax. Thumbs up to Hansen as well, for being one of the most articulated gents we’ve met in the F&B scene for awhile! Hardly come over to Thomson Plaza but I’ll surely visit this outlet if I’m ever craving for TN!

Yummy food! Recommend the tomato collagen soup, steamed chicken, vegetable platter, and spicy nanban chicken. Also love the condiments! They provided us with complimentary jellies as well!

Remarkably delicious and fragrant soup base made with superior chicken collagen. The meat and the noodles made up for an excellent dining experience. The service crew are patient in explaining the options available to new comers and for prepping the food. Expect impeccable butt cheek complexion on your face with regular consumption of the collagen soup.

My husband and I came over for dinner and enjoyed ourselves. The quality of the food was great and fresh (vegetables were really sweet and juicy! Collagen chicken soup was thick and creamy too.) As well Hansen was really attentive to our table, even gave us a cute little dessert post after our meals. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and felt really well nourished by their chicken soup and great service. Will be back most definitely. 😊

Great tasting soup and meat is served fresh. Make sure to enjoy your free refill of the tasty collagen soup. If you can't finish the soup, do ask for a takeaway container so it doesn't get wasted!

Very nice Japanese hotpot restaurant specialising in chicken collagen soup base. Very tasty indeed where there are choices of chicken collagen flavours - original, spicy, tomato, pumpkin, spinach and more. Besides the hotpot, they also have a large menu of cooked food in izakaya style. Alcohol (beer, sake, sparkling sake, gin, umeshu, etc) is also available. This is one restaurant that I will certainly visit again =)

Nice small place for a hotpot. Collagen broth tastes great and the ingredients are good. Only disappointment is that the Australian beef they used is meltique beef. (Fats injected to look like marbling) Not only does it change the flavour of the beef, the beef breaks apart very easily as the injected fats get dissolved so it just leaves the meat with plenty of holes where those injected fats used to be. Almost like shredded meat. Even before being cooked, as you can see in the photo, the meat is already falling apart. Color of the beef is very light after being cooked as well as compared to the US beef. Taste is a little bit weird. I absolutely do not recommend ordering Australian beef here.

Service was good. The staffs were very polite. Good was not bad, broth was very rich. Would appreciate if the prawns could be cleaned off their wastes since they were already skewered by bamboo sticks.

The food is pretty good but pricey. We went during the period when chicken was in shortage.. but they gave like roughly cut chicken parts. I would rather you just give me more of the other meats if they are cut in this manner. Also the lady staff were all really nice. But the attitude of one of the young male stuff was terrible. When we asked for something, he would be like 'anything else' and with very nonchalant attitude? To begin with most of what we asked for are things that did not come though we asked for it. However, I would say they were nice enough to top up with collagen even though we thought it would be water. @owner - thanks for taking Ur time to reply! What I meant by roughly cut parts are the cut sizes being way too big. It's like palm size and it was very hard to eat since we were using chopsticks. It would be better if you chop it up more stripped sized. And the chicken was quite tough since it has already been cooked, so it was even harder to bite through if it's that big.

Nice beef and soup base. Tried the original soup base and 2 varieties of beef ( Aussie and US) with some veggies. We prefer the Aussie one over the US one ; Aussie is softer and nicer when shabu. Price tags are a bit on the high side . Service staffs are efficient and nice . Pleasant place to dine in. Recommended.

I like their hot pot. And this outlet is more quiet than other outlets. I personally don’t recommend sukiyaki flavor cos it’s supposed to be sweet but here sukiyaki flavor is salty. Service staffs are not sensitive to see customer. Tried to call them a few times but took time to get their attention.

Collagen soup is recommended. The taste is rich and essence of chicken is well-infused into the broth. Vegetables are fresh and sweet. I feel that for $19, the collagen soup can do better with at least some ingredients in it. Condiments, the leek oil is flavourful. Nanbe chicken could do better with better frying of the batter. The dish tasted a little under fried and batter was soft. Staff used to be and could be more attentive. The broth was boiling away and they only adjusted the induction cooker upon request, twice. No one came to skim the floating fats off the soup or offer a sampling of it, which they used to do so. Also, there wasn’t any personal touch to make you feel welcome whatsoever. It was a you say I do approach.

Service was great and collagen soup was so thick and belly warming for a cold rainy day. The price however, is almost on par with HDL. No insane queues like HDL though!

Today family lunch ate at Thomson Tsukada Nojo. The collagen chicken soup was super nice, service was good. They gave 1 more dish of beef for free. Will visit again.

Great soup. The white miso soup broth is thick and nice. Be aware that coming in with 2 pax will be recommend as a single person eating may fill your tummy but your pocket may lose a hole. Definitely recommended for those who yet to try collagen soup and those who likes collagen soup. Tried their house pour sake and its smooth and mellow. Do try it as well.

I came here for lunch and had a hotpot with the original soup base, the beef combo and the vegetables. The food was excellent and service was good. Nicholas gave us good service and was very nice when we asked to split the bill, which is exactly how all hotpot restaurants should be. Would go back again.
