Came back because craving pizza, realised the place is mainly serviced by an old auntie, felt a little pity for her but overall food is still great quality. Management need to do something. Severely understaffed place with disastrous waiting times. Am going to skip the pizza taste cause it doesnt really matter considered how long I had to wait for self collect service. Staff wasn't available to say hi for a good 20mins not really their fault but still an extremely distasteful feeling. And this happened twice.

Extremely extremely rude staffs. The restaurant was very empty even closing hour was at 10 we were ther at 9.15pm itself. A senior staff came out of the kitchen and just shouted at us no dine in even without enquring whether we are here for dine in and take away. We patiently waited for another staff to attend us and he ask to just come tmr and said they kept all their stuff away and going to close even though there was alot of time left for closing.however he still allow for takeways which i dont understnad if all equipments are kept away how can they accomodate to that. If its a busy restaurant and they are unable to accomodate is understandable however with empty restaurant ample of time left for closing rude staffs,pizza hut management of city square should do smething abt it.

I’m giving out 1 star for the poor senior citizens who was working there. The food was Okay2x. But the service was as slow as tortoise. I’m not making fun of the senior citizens who was working there. But the whole service was super slow. And some of the online paid orders were not detected by their system and we had to ask for it, then they were suspicious we really ordered the item or not, it was quite unpleasant. The pizza manager really have to look into this matter seriously. Oh yes. That’s what I’ve got for my paid drinks. Half of the glass 🙄

I visited Pizza Hut at City Square Mall in Singapore and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The interior of the restaurant was beautifully designed and had a very modern, upscale feel to it. One of the things that stood out to me was the menu. They had such a wide variety of seafood options available, which I thought was really unique and exciting. I ordered the seafood pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were spot on and the seafood was cooked to perfection. The service we received was also top-notch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great dining experience. We also ordered some mocktails and they were amazing! The flavors were fresh and delicious and it was a great way to cool down from the heat outside. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Hut City Square Mall in Singapore. The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

Came with my kids. Had issues with checking in due to the network there and then scanning menu didnt work too, not sure why. So in the end had to give manual order. We were all too hungry by the time the food was served. It took too long. And we ordered the Christmas set but after most dishes came, the girl came to us and said that the waffles was sold out (time was around 3pm anyway) so we settled for a chocolate lava cake. What I observed was that it was practically empty but it took so long for the food to be ready. There was a senior working there too who looked like she had too much to handle. I really would like pizza hut management to send more staff to this outlet. On the other hand, the pizza was yummy! It was a visual treat too.

Have just finished eating here. Ordered just over an hour ago, got a pizza 10 minutes after ordering ,drinks 10 minutes after that, garlic bread after 45 minutes and a pasta meal at 50 minutes after ordering. Food was nice but the service and wait time are ridiculous. Multiple tables were missing food and had to ask. A few tables hadn’t been given plates or utensils after their food was delivered to them and had to ask. A family with young children in the corner had meal after meal coming out over the entire time we were in the restaurant but still had food missing. Tables not getting cleared. Wrong food and drinks delivered to people. It’s ridiculous.

Pizza taste good, but 50% of the sides are unavailable. Staffs are not rude, not friendly, just don't feel welcomed by the staff. Kids friendly environment and there are plenty vegetarian options.

Dined-in with my family and was served by Juedith and Annie, such a pleasant dining experience. Food came fast and hot. A chill and quiet place to dine in too, considering it's a weekend. Would recommend my friends to come here ! :) Thank you

Restaurant looks like very busy with take away orders. Annie manager is really polite and kind, help me check my order properly and don't forget my drink. Really nice service. Highly recommend 👍

This outlet specifically was very understaffed, was not served to the seat and had . Saw all the tables waiting for their food as well and they have not been served either. The only person I saw working was an elderly women who was handling ALL of the orders herself. Would recommend to employ more employees and train the staff there again.

One star because I pity the elderly woman working there. I was quite baffled at how rude some of the staff are. We came in & then we were not allowed to sit at a particular place and the staff just shouted at us to move to another place even though we didn’t know you can only sit at some places if you’d like to dine in. Honestly i was so excited to eat some pizza but i just felt uncomfortable because of the shouting. It takes so incredibly long to get our order. 20 mins ish. I was so upset. I hope you all can look into this matter. Customer service really 0. Even staff had their friends over and were talking to them instead of serving.

Pizza hut need to pay more attention to this outlet. Yes, it's Contactless ordering but there's one senior citizen working to handle both takeaway and dine in order. Almost 30% of the menu is not available. Service is super slow especially during peak period. With takeaways, dine in and also deliveries orders, I think you should have more staff working!!

The young waitress was pretty rude - she speaks like if all the customers owe her money. They display food items which are not available in the menu and yet do not allow refund, only can do exchange. The whole place look pretty run down with many tables reserved and dirty. Definitely will not visit again.

Seriously am looking for the staff running this place .. handful customers no one at the front desk and I really haven’t seen a deserted shop like this.. they were 2 boys who were staff who were so engaged with their own activity … horrible

We were walk-in customers, and ordered from the application. At first our order didn’t go through, so one of the waiters helped to reorder again. Some of the ordered stuff arrived in 15 mins. After waiting for another 15 mins, we decided to check our order from the app, and saw that the other ordered items were missing. So I had to order again and wait for another 20 mins. This could have been avoided if our order was confirmed with us.

We visited this store located in City Square Mall today. I think pizza hut really need to look into this store's cleanliness. Our coca cola came with a dead cockroach floating on it. I would have left the place immediately if not for my son who really wanted to eat pizza.

Place is so wonderful to sit down quietly with your family and have your meal. But staff are all running wild, no proper coordination....staff not very experienced.....can't even manage simple computer for orders or payments....opening pizzas boxes after coming out of the kitchen to see what is inside. Need to brush up on their staff... mismanaged....sad

Extremely bad service. Some boy was walking around in slippers, with the loudest noise. Felt like uncles in coffee shops also have better attitude. I ordered one regular pizza to pick up, but had to wait extra 25 mins there???

My family went there at 9pm and was inform that the kitchen is closing and no more dine in even though it stated last order at 10pm. Cashier name Ruby told us only take away are available. However, when we wanted to order for take away, she told us, most if the menu is unavailable as kitchen is closing. She was veey rude and unprofessional about it

no serving the food, no staff going out to clear table as well, take out food just outside the table! didn't even arrange properly for take away bag, just sitting on the table.... why yah???

Would be advisable that the staffs learn to show basic respect when communicating. Day was ruined, food was ok. Be ready to be told that food item(s) no longer available and cancelled after checking out through contactless menu via QR Code. Inefficient design.

Place is really under staffed. No one at the counter or to usher us in. Pizza came after a long wait. Plates were served long after the pizza came. We couldnt wait, so ended up eating from the pizza pan directly. Priority is given to take away orders than to dine in although it is more expensive to dine in. Delivery guys need to wait for a long time before their order is taken. Guess food would have become cold by then. Dont go or order from there. Pizzahut should reconsider this franchise manager.

The restaurant is decently quiet. Servers were helpful to take in my order instead of the contactless order. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Food was remarkably good, service was good, stuff that I requested for all came. Something that can be improved is the speed of the service but this is due to the lack of manpower, so I do not blame the staff, but the management. Kudos to the staff team as thry were all very attentive!

Been to this outlet several times this year and I can understand some of the customers who left poor reviews. I agree that the waiting time was quite long but this is because the restaurant was severely understaffed. Despite this, I received pretty good customer service. The staff made sure to check that I have all the items correctly and were also polite. There was once where the staff forgot my order which I completely understand because she was an elderly woman. Would recommend patrons who can afford to wait to dine here since the food is pretty good.

My wife and me came here for dinner 3 days ago. Cool and nice place, new female manager looks like very friendly and kind. Welcomed us with bright smile. Fast service, drinks were so tasty. We will come again.

First of all this lasagna is undercooked! it was not good at all! the pizza dough was also very thick and the dough was not cooked at all.. it was not a very good experience for my friend and I we did not enjoy the food at all! 0/10 experience and I would not recommend coming to this restaurant. customer service was also not that good..
