Staff at bugis Junction branch is rude not well trained. Ordered okinawa milk tea with 0% sugar but turned out extremely sweet! When asked the staff to confirm that no sugar is added, she replied rudely that the powder alone is sweet. Should advise us that the powder alone is sweet. The tea is absolutely not drinkable, it tasted like drinking sugar water. Staff is unapologetic when given the feedback. If you want to keep a profitable business, you should take the feedback seriously.

I am substituting my craving for brown sugar milk tea for a cup of Earl Grey Honey Milk Tea with bubble. My ratings are as follows: 1. Tea taste 2 out of 5 too much milk diluting the tea 2. Golden: 4.5 out of 5, I like the golden pearl cooked to a great qq level 3. Overall: 3 out of 5, i am definitely not returning for a second cup!! Thank you Shared Tea.

Decent bubble tea with a wide variety of flavours! Usually don’t come here but tried their Ice Cocoa here and it was surprisingly good! A really good fix for those that can’t handle the caffeine!

WORST shop to get your drinks. Cashier was literally the rudest person. I ordered wrongly and wanted to change to Large size, but got yelled at by the cashier. Note that she hasn’t even collected the money, and order can still be changed. Then proceeded to complain loudly to her fellow colleagues and gave us dirty looks, a true drama queen huh. If you guys want the business to prosper the least to do is to PROPERLY train ur staffs. Don’t be so entitled, KID. At the end of the day you are just someone who is taking the pay, we are the consumers who purchase the item. You have ur job because consumers are buying. Doesn’t SG always speak so much about customer rights? or is the consumer rights only apply to singaporeans? foreigners can get mistreated is it?

My all time favorite! Taste so good and slightly cheaper than other popular brands. From a lot to last 2 shops in Singapore, hope you guys support them!

EXTREMELY RUDE LADY STAFF. I have emailed in to their service team on the unacceptable attitude displayed by her. It's ridiculous beyond words. Staff was shouting at the top of her lungs to gain my attention just to pass a receipt. Unapologetic and not ethical at all. Reviews also shown many customers were shouted at by her. If management doesn't take disciplinary action against her, don't think anyone wanna continue patronising this stall. Goodness.

Taiwan milk tea has high quality as always. I tried avocado milk tea and taro milk tea with jelly ball , yhey were boyh good. Despite the fact that it’s a little bit more expensive than liho and gong cha, it tastes nice!!

Staff have good judgement and excellent task prioritization. They do not use handphone while on position and gives the same professional service to each customer and each cup of drink created. Many type of payment methods available, and they are convenient. Makes the drinking experience a joy

No photos to show. Ordered the taro L and earl grey milk tea M, both without toppings nor black pearls. 30% sugar content. Came to $8.30. The taro is good. Sugar level just right compared to many other bubble tea stores.

They moved to the basement , opposite KFC. Young Lady staff is friendly and is patient to explain properly. Thank you very much.

MINI PEARLS, here have Mini Pearls. So I no need to search for Signature Koi with higher prices to please my cravings. To be honest, I think the mini black pearls in Signature Koi is nicer but given the price and convenience of the locations. I still go for Sharetea for daily basis. The staffs are nice and they do the tea super fast. I admire them for that. So if they have long queue, don't be hesitate, you just get in the line and the queue will be cleared very fast

seriously why can’t you be consistent and put the customer drinks for collection so it is visible? I stood there for 10m for nothing my drink was behind the counter all the time.

I forgot to bring my student card with me so I tried to log into my school account in front of her (NTU) but she still won’t give in for the 10% discount :(there was a queue behind me so I felt bad as I couldn’t find a pic of my student card. Hope she could have been more understanding. I think her name is Ching Yi / Jing Yi T_T

We went to bugis branch on November 17 to buy milk tea, although it was only 6.7SGD, but after scanning the code to pay, the cashier insisted that she did not receive our payment, but here the bank record showed clearly the amount had been transferred successfully, also showed her this record directly, just because her system still had no record of receiving the payment, we had to pay cash again. The cashier told us that she would return the money to us through paynow after receiving it, and we left our phone number and name, but in the end, nothing happened. After waiting for two days, although it may be a small amount for many people, but no one should want to spend this money on a cup of milk tea that is not very good. I hope the store can come out and explain, really unhappy with the experience, the service attitude is not good, but also to give twice the money to buy milk tea. I'm still pretty sure the bank's system doesn't just make mistakes and my money was deducted.

Horrible attitude, WORST experience EVER! POOR HYGIENE, had a small WORM in my tea, requested to change, but staff denied and refused to change nor refund!

[new details updated below] Nice earl grey macchiato but unprofessional service. Staff has been chatting, giggling, looking at lengzai while serving customers. In the end, forgotten to give me the $0.20 change (I was also too tired to realise that, aiks...) Never mind, when I get my drink and ask if they need to look at the receipt, the staff just ask impatiently what drink I ordered and shoved the drink to me without even bothering to say thank you. Rude expression. Update: Complained to the headquarters regarding this issue, and I am grateful for their prompt action. Hopefully the service will be better in the future.

Their Pudding Milk Tea is my most favourite drink. Will always buy it if i go to bugis.

I went to a window at the end of this outlet to confirm they were open and the staff member I spoke to quickly said something that was muffled under a face mask so I asked if she could repeat her response and she abruptly signalled to a sign at the other end with small text indicating they’d be open in 15 minutes. She then walked off in a huff. I understand they were not yet open, but I felt that the staff behaviour was extremely rude and it meant I went elsewhere. It was not a good customer experience as a visitor to Singapore post-covid.

Can’t get enough of their Golden Pearls Milk Tea. Their team is also super friendly and the super is super quickly.

This is my go to bubble tea joint back at home (Australia), as it is really cheap, same at this place. Unfortunately it isn't as good as I hoped, compared to the other bubble tea joints I've been to. Even with 100% sugar, this is like 40% back at home. It is good, but not sweet enough...

Wanted to try the mixed berry iced tea. Asked for no ice, she said cannot. Asked for less ice she said cannot. I know I may sound like a Karen cuz Ice is literally in the name…. But other stores can take the ice out even if it’s an iced drink.

To be honest, it is just a cup of drink, won’t expect excellent service in any way. However, the last thing I would expect is to be shouted at for taking an extra straw to share the drink. The staff is the rudest can be. When I reached out to take the straw, she immediately tried to take away the straw and shouted that there was already a straw. I told her I wanted to take an extra one. She told me off (allowed me to take an extra straw) and she turned around to complain to the other staff right in front of my face. There is really no need to shout and embarrass your customers just for a straw. I was shocked to get such a negative reaction from her for such a small issue.
