Our favourite Italian restaurant and one of the best in Singapore, in our humble opinion. Ganesh and his service staff always make customers, new and regular, feel like part of the family. The food is excellent quality and is consistently good. The ingredients used are fresh and of high quality.

PIZZA CON SALSICCIA Trattoria da Mimmo Restaurant and Pizzeria 📍 3 Clover Wy, Singapore 579078 🍜 Food wise: The meal started off with a basket of bread, with the salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Love these starters. The pizza was good, crispy crust, body of the crust was fairly soft, and the main body of the pizza was really soft, one will need two hands to prop and guide the pizza into the mouth. Strong tomato flavour, sweet and slightly sour, and the mozzarella, love the cheese, salty and fragrant. The pork sausage, looked just like some diced chicken, but much more depth to it, no casing, just the pork and scattered around the pizza. Nice wholesome taste when eating the pizza and the pork together, delicious! ✨ Ambience wise: Fine and cozy, good for a date. 🤵🏻 Service wise: Great! Staff were professional and does suggest best options and off menu items. 💵 Price wise: $28 Summary: Pricey but quite worth it!

Tiramisu is the best. I just liked it that way=) Service is impeccable and food was above average. My friend said the caborano was too dry, the lasagna was too wet and the pizza was too wet.

Great Italian food. The special of the day Vongole was really good. The clams were sweet and juicy. Pizza foccacia bread is highly recommended. Pastas were excellent. A properly al dente bite.

Small Italian restaurant located among the industrial and residential area at Marymount. They served authentic Italian food that was so good. Recommend to try their fried calamari, carbonara, squid ink pasta, grilled pork, anchovies pizza, lava cake.

Excellent food and awesome service! Food took quite awhile to come but as they say good things come to those who wait. We ordered both the pizza special (white sauce pizza with ham, mushrooms n some cheese) and pasta special (lobster pasta). I love that the pizza wasn’t salty… Lobster pasta had so much depth of flavor, rest was also very generous with the lobster meat! Our bellies were very satisfied by the end of the meal. Awesome place!!

This Italian restaurant is tucked away in Jalan Pemimpin housing estate. Parking is a bit difficult. The Aglio Olio with sausage was a bit dry. The pizza we had was very good and has a nice crust. The chocolate lava cake with the flames was the highlight. Overall price was acceptable. Service was excellent and they kept refilling our water, which was greatly appreciated.

came here with family for father's day, had a really nice dinner! we tried the buratta cheese and clams for starters & for mains, the wild boar pappardelle pasta, seafood pasta, argentine ribeye, prosciutto funghi pizza and the tiramisu for dessert! the buratta cheese was really excellent, 100% the best dish out of all we've tried & it was a really nice mix of vege, fruits & parma ham. the prosciutto funghi pizza was delicious but the crust wasn't that crispy service was really nice & the atmostphere was very chill! not too noisy too

The pizza was good. The owner chef is super friendly and hard working. A bit on the heavy Italian side cooking. Big generous portions. Pasta freshly made the pizza dough just right. The bread a bit to thick heavy. Prefer the french style of bread I guess. Light and fluffy would have been nice. But overall the food is pretty traditional. Vegetarian options available too. Good service quality and staff.

Can you come here for absolutely delicious calamari, spaghetti carbonara, and four cheese pizza? Of course you can, and you will enjoy perfectly made, hearty country style cooking served in family sized portions. The chef makes every ingredient shine. The beef tripe is fresh and beefy, the pork is hearty and sweet, and the tomato paste is perfectly balanced. The pizza also has probably the softest, fluffiest base we've had. The thrill is to ask about the specials of the day, and this is where the chef's style absolutely shines through. Every special we've tried had been absolutely delicious concoctions that we've not had in other Italian restaurants, made with seasonally available ingredients. Service here is friendly and impeccable. Sadly, the restaurant seems sadly underrated, as lunch service seems under utilized each time we've come. On the bright side that means you'll be likely to get a table. I do recommend calling ahead though.

An authentic Italian restaurant hidden in Bishan area. I enjoyed the trippa pasta, it is not common to find find trippa (tripes) dishes in many local Italian restaurant. Their carbonara is also very good. And their Tiramisu is superb! Service was wonderful. We will certainly come back!

Had a great meal here, from starters of calamari, a tasty seafood soup and burata cheese, to a medley of freshly basked pizzas to hearty al dente pasta, everything we ordered was delicious and authentic. Had to call ahead to reserve for our party of 7 but had an enjoyable evening. Thanks to the helpful service and kitchen staff!

Super quaint restaurant with lovely decor. For those with a car, parking can be found conveniently in the private estate. Thus far our favourite pasta is the Linguine Alla Scoglio!! Super love the taste of the sauce and the seafood is fresh! Carbonara and pizza are decent but the seafood pasta is still my to-go, even for a regular non-seafood eater like me. I love the ambience of this place and it definitely beats the crowded town area. Super chill in the evenings. Do remember to book a reservation if you are going down for a weekend dinner :)

Ordered the calamari, linguini allo scoglio (seafood) and pizza con salsiccia (homemade pork sausages). All the seafood served were fresh and generous. The pork sausage was delicious too. I must commend the service, staff are attentive and friendly. The staff do ask if you would like to have your mains served during or after you're done with your appetizers. I suggest to just let them know when you order that you would like them served immediately. As the food served to us was not piping hot and slightly cool (despite us telling them to serve it). Suspect that they had already finished cooking but were just waiting to serve it out. Otherwise it was a good dining experience.

We came here for New Year Eve where we had a lovely time, love the service and ambience. Recommend to make reservation beforehand! Our favs: Burrata (Caprese Di Buffala), Parma Ham (Parma Melone), Salsiccia Pizza and Linguine Scoglio! Slightly on the pricey side, portion is ok.

Went for dinner and had delicious pasta. Tried the spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with seafood and both were excellent. Tiramisu was delicious as well. Great service from the wait staff. Definitely would recommend to go for a nice dinner

Family of 8 went there for the first time for a birthday dinner. Small restaurant but packed with customers on a Sunday evening. Pizzas and pastas were delicious and service was pretty fast despite the place being busy. We ordered medium rare beef but it turned out to be a bit too rare and had to request for it to be cooked further. But the staff was great, patient and friendly. If you bring your own wine, corkage charge at $70 or you can buy their wines too. Though it is slightly pricier, quality of the food and service was good. Would recommend and return again.

Glad we were seated at a nice table though we didn't have a reservation. Service was welcoming and fairly prompt. We ordered 3 antipasti: Portobello mushroom with Parma ham, Trippa Della Casa, and Vongole, and finished off the meal with a Linguine Carbonara. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the food. I recommend the Carbonara, which tasted really authentic.

I had my birthday dinner at Trattoria da Mimmo Restaurant, at Clover Way. Chef Mimmo and his team serves an authentic, home-style Italian dishes in a cozy and lovely restaurant. The service staff were very attentive and were very good. The ambience of the restaurant is like having your meal in a vineyard. We enjoyed all the food that Chef Mimmo and his assistant cooked for us. All the food was yummy, delicious and authentic. We had 1) Insalata Giorno (Mixed fresh garden greens of the day with Italian dressing) 2) Burrata Pugliese Con Parma (Traditional Pugliese fresh cow cheese with parma) 3) Fritto di Calamari (Deep fried squid served with tartar sauce) 4) Margherita pizza 5) Hawaii pizza 6) Spaghetti Bolognese 7) Linguine Carbonara 8) Octopus pasta 9) Prawn Spaghetti Aglio Olio 10) Vongole pasta 11) Cote de Bouef (bone in ribeye steak) 12) Nodino Di Maiale (Australian pork chop) Insalata Giorno was fresh and crisp and refreshing Burrata Pugliese Con Parma. The cheese was creamy and paired with the saltiness of the Parma ham was absolutely delicious. Fritto di Calamari. The batter was just nice and was nicely fried, crispy on the outside and chewy inside. It was nicely seasoned too. The 2 pizzas were classic Italian thin crust pizza, crispy outside with a nice soft, chewy interior. Their tomato base was yummy. The spaghetti and pasta dishes were very good and delicious. The spaghetti and pasta were cooked al dente. Cote de Bouef was grilled to perfection “medium” done. It was juicy and tasted superb on its own. Nodino Di Maiale was seasoned well and taste of rosemary.

Enjoyed our scrumptious dinner at Mimmo’s. I just happened to google for “Italian restaurant near me” and the restaurant popped up. Glad we managed to get a table in Saturday evening. The serving staff who recommended the food was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions, including what we should not over-order. Our rocket salad and tomato soup were fresh and a goodly portion for two. Tomato soup wasn’t too salty, just the lovely flavor of tomato. The pasta with wild boar ragu was just to-die-for good. Hubby and I polished off the plate! So fast that I only managed to take photos of the dessert. Incidentally we ordered the tiramisu to share and the pana cotta was on the house! Such a welcoming gesture. Thank you Mimmo’s, we had a wonderful experience and will be back soon.

Went here for dinner. It's an authentic Italian restaurant. Ordered multiple dishes and one of the highlights are Parma Pizza and Linguine Carbonara. Parma Pizza have one of the nicest ham I ever eaten on a pizza. Carbonara have very smooth and subtle milk taste which is very enjoyable as often carbonara pasta makes me sick due to the milk taste overpowering the pasta itself. Great Italian restaurant, would recommend people to dine here.

Everything was tasty. I ate Focaccia, Bismarck Pizza, Bolognese pasta and today's special Crab meat pasta. Crab meat pasta sauce was fabulous. But it is provided not every day. Car park lot is very limited. That is only problem.

Overall : pet friendly. A pleasure on a terrace with my dog. People really smiling all along. Pro: the pizza was massive. I think I went over my limit! I could have done some take away. Con: although the size counts... 1 pizza, 1 french fries, 1 cola for 70 sgd... it is a bit too much for this area.

Off the beaten track restaurant that is interesting. Met a couple of politicians there. Didn’t like the wild boar pasta, but was charmed by the pina cotta. $134 bill for 2.

Been back multiple times. Its a very well hidden restaurant, with its own parking space (although limited & shared with other shops along the row). Weekends can get quite packed so a reservation would be necessary especially if you dont want outdoor seats. The servers are polite and attentive, and the food is deliciousssss. They do allow pets within the outdoor seatings so we always eat here if we're craving good italian food and want to have our puppy along. The burrata cheese and parma ham was what really drew us initially. Served with olives, rock melon slices, some good vinegrette. The lagsane is sooo good. Their pastas too, really delicious. And we recently had a chef's special (you dont get told what it is, just gotta order by faith) which was really great! Bread is aromatic and soft, goes extremely well with olive oil and vinegrette which they top up generously. Price is on the higher side, but its quality food and great for occasions!

Quaint Italian restaurant hidden in Marymount. They serve very generous portions which makes it worth the price. We particularly enjoyed the burrata cheese with parma ham, ribeye and tiramisu. Service staff are friendly and helpful too! Would definitely return ☺️

Recommended place for an authentic Italian dinner. Presentation of food is lovely. Pasta is cooked al dente. Lamb chop is tender and juicy without any hint of gaminess. Tiramisu is rich with nicely balanced flavours. Great service from our host Marc.

Hidden gem in the Marymount industrial estate. Do note that the calzone ($30) is not on the menu. I asked for it and luckily the chef made it for me :) Asked one of the servers why they removed the calzone and he said that it’s because it is difficult to make. We spent about $84 for 2 pax - slightly pricey but the food was good! First time having eggplant on pizza and I loved it.

Pizza, pasta, tiramisu - could not be more Italian for this dinner. The beef pizza was my favourite for the night. It was flavorful and the beef toppings were nice and tender. The carbonara tasted good, but it used bacon and not guanciale, disappointed with that part. The tiramisu dessert was the perfect ending. Enjoyed the dinner overall.

Honestly, was surprised to see an oasis among a bunch of industrial buildings in Marymount area. The chef is fantastic and apparently good for meats, pasta and pizza. The pizza were definitely amazing and so was the wine selection. Service has been on point and had a great time, will definitely be back 🙏👍👌

Unique Italian in sg that serves tripe and wild boar! Pizzas are brittle rather than chewy. They have great home made chilli powder and their desserts are very good. But it’s quite expensive for neighbourhood food

  • 4/5 Dennis N. 2 years ago on Google
To be frank, the food is average here. With not much to shout about. The given bread with olive oil and vinegar was pleasant though. Not bad at all but I won’t make a special trip to have dinner here.
