I underwent Ultherapy treatment at Vidaskin in October 2022, paying $3600 for the service. Unfortunately, after waiting for the recommended 3-6 months, I saw no measurable results. I’ve so many friend around and none of them realised I did anything. Even though the doctor and staff were friendly, I cannot recommend the treatment due to lack of efficacy. Wasted my $3600

This review is long overdue! I've been going to Dr Vicky for my laser facial treatment for more than 2 years. From my 2 years of observation, I'm pretty sure Dr Vicky is a perfectionist! She is always meticulous and make sure that every treatment is done with precision. I know I'm in safe hands. Her team of staff are always friendly and cheerful, making sure that all the patient are well taken care of. I always look forward to my visit to the clinic.

Had a phenomenal laser treatment today at VIDASKIN Clinic. Following a thorough consultation with Dr Leong, I was escorted by friendly staff to the beautifully designed rooms and the treatment left me feeling much fresher! The clinic is cozily designed, the staff super attentive and the expertise is second to none. Located right next to ION Orchard, it’s the perfect place for a little skin rejuvenation and relaxation.

My experience at Vidaskin Medical Aesthetic Clinic was wonderful!! Everyone is so nice, warm and friendly. I really felt like it was a no judgement zone! Also, Dr Vicki was incredibly patient as she helped me understand where my skin is at before explaining the many treatment options that I could consider before making my final decision. If I continue to see long lasting improvements, you can bet I'll be taking my mom and sister for treatments too!

Very nice clinic. Did my first session of CoolSculpting and will go for more. Also thinking of doing other treatments as recommended by Dr Vicki. Dr Vicki was very warm and informative. No hard selling which I experienced with other clinics.

My experience with VIDASKIN has been awesome so far. I’ve visited the clinic multiple times and have not been dissapointed. The consultation was informative and Dr. Vicki was very experienced and knowledgable in terms of recommending which treatment suited me. I am very pleased with Vidaskin! Dr Vicki Leong was very patient and attentive during my consultation. She is knowledgeable and trustworthy. The therapists like Yingying and Stella were gentle and professional, explaining every step of the treatment. Dr Leong recommended some treatments which I started on a few weeks ago. Excellent! Truly, from the front desk, to the therapists and Dr.Vicki herself, my experience has always been comfortable, enjoyable and most importantly, effective! When I took my first baby steps into aesthetics, it was quite an overwhelming experience. With so many types of treatments, I couldn’t be sure which treatments were best for me. I mostly tried my luck with the clinics in Orchard because it's such a convenient location. Some of my experiences were better than the others but I must say, from my first consultation and treatment at vidaskin, I already knew it would be my “home Clinic”. I love how warm the therapists are and how I get to learn a little more about my skin each time I consult Dr. Vicki.

Had laser treatments and skin boosters previously and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I can proudly say that my angry flare-ups and stubborn pigmentation have drastically reduced! There’s a distinct improvement in my overall skin complexion which I'm obsessed with 😍 Always appreciated Dr. Vicki’s attentiveness and gentleness, she does not overpromise and is genuine in recommending the appropriate treatment. I would only trust in her hands! Not only is she detailed but also experienced and skilful (heard that she trains other doctors). In the same vein, the therapists are also polite and professional! They took the effort to get to know me better and remembered my go-to treatments. Would rate a 6-stars if I could and definitely recommend this clinic as your go-to-place for professional treatments ☺️

Did a Thermage treatment with Dr Vicki, very detailed in letting me know to expect. In fact, the staff prepping my skin created a very pleasant environment. Such a nice vibe. Highly recommend this place.
