Since the merge with Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First renovated this gym and gave it a fresh look with the Fitness First branding with it. This outlet is pretty spacious, but with limited equipment. Group exercise class room is one of the biggest among other outlet that can accommodate up to 80 members in one go. Shower and changing room is clean, but the original lockers by celebrity fitness are a pain in the a$$ to use. Located at 6th floor in City Square also means that you'll never run out of idea of what to eat/do later after a tiring workout.

After Celebrity Fitness got bought over by Fitness First, the gym underwent some renovations to align their branding with the rest of the FF outlets. There is a spacious astroturf area for functional training and a large studio for group classes. However, although the gym has the basic equipments for a full body workout, the machines are rather limited in selection.

Though I'm not too picky when it comes to gym music, it somewhat bothers me when there is no music at all or it is too soft, like in this gym. Equipment wise it is average with two squat racks being positioned in a weird way which does not allow you to see yourself in the mirror while executing the exercise.

only one upright bicicyle, but not in working order. Nobody cares that there are lots of brand new machines with no maintenance. Staff not really helpful.or knowledgeable. I guess you pay peanuts...

This is the most run down FF compared to other branches. Studio sound proofing is very poor if a class is going on, some lockers are not working despite feedback.The reception also like to ask stupid questions such as Need Locker?
