You
get
what
you
pay
for.
Three
months
in
and
it’s
a
great
experience!
I
originally
joined
Evolve
to
improve
my
level
of
fitness
as
well
as
learn
from
great
Brazilian
Jiu
Jitsu
Professors.
Here
are
my
thoughts
on
the
different
aspects
of
training
at
Evolve:
Facilities/Cleaning
Staff
I
like
that
the
facilities
are
clean
and
they
stay
that
way
throughout
the
day
because
the
cleaning
staff
work
tirelessly
throughout
the
day
to
keep
everything
in
order
whether
it’s
mopping
the
mats
with
disinfectant
right
after
each
BJJ
class
or
making
sure
that
the
locker
rooms
aren’t
a
mess.
Front
Desk
Staff
During
the
sign
up
process,
I
didn’t
encounter
any
pushy/hard-sell
behaviour
(something
I’m
very
particular
about
since
I’m
in
the
sales
line).
The
guy
I
signed
up
with
(Gary)
explained
things
to
me
clearly
and
informed
me
of
Evolve’s
offerings
and
promotions.
Front
desk
staff
(Asyiqin,
Kevin,
Trisha,
Gary)
are
friendly
and
helpful.
Being
a
bit
of
a
forgetful
person,
I’ve
accidentally
left
something
behind
in
my
locker
on
more
than
one
occasion
and
they’ve
been
able
to
help
me
recover
what
I
left
behind.
In
another
occasion
I
wanted
to
purchase
some
new
gear
from
the
in-gym
shop
and
they
didn’t
have
my
size
so
Asyiqin
was
able
to
help
me
check
at
the
other
outlets
for
my
size
and
even
got
it
sent
over
to
the
gym
for
me.
BJJ
Professors
I
can
only
review
the
BJJ
professors
since
I
haven’t
done
any
Muay
Thai
training
yet.
While
the
gym
fees
are
definitely
high,
the
kind
of
insight
you
get
from
the
BJJ
professors
more
than
makeup
for
it
since
they
are
all
professionals
with
years
of
experience.
They’re
alert
and
quick
to
point
out
what
you
can
do
to
improve
your
technique
as
you
train.
Every
single
professor
I
have
learned
from
is
respectful,
friendly
and
professional.
They’re
able
to
keep
classes
on
track
and
teach
the
techniques
effectively
so
that
the
students
understand
the
underlying
principles
which
is
something
I
find
very
important
as
the
techniques
change
but
the
principles
behind
them
don’t.
So
far,
I’ve
trained
with
five
different
professors
(Valdir/Gamal/Fabio/Bismark/Thales)
and
they’re
consistently
able
to
spot
improvements
I
can
make
to
my
technique
as
well
as
offer
their
own
personal
insights
into
how
they
do
the
technique
more
effectively,
whether
that
insight
is
competition-based
or
self-defence
based.
Gym
Atmosphere
Overall
I
like
the
gym
atmosphere.
Everyone
is
friendly
and
supportive
and
the
more
experienced
members
are
quite
welcoming
to
newer
members
like
myself
and
this
is
something
I
believe
everyone
does
consciously
which
then
fosters
a
good
gym
culture.
You
also
get
a
sense
that
people
are
there
to
get
sh*t
done/train
well,
so
you
also
get
motivated
to
bring
out
your
best.
