Ordered a basket of fries without spicy powder but end up served with spicy so request for a change. The staff return and serve the fries on a plate in the picture below. Visited on weekday evening after 7. Made a booking via call in the afternoon and staff are very helpful in the suggestions regarding the number of people and size of room to choose. Price is pretty cheap for its location. Rooms are efficient and quite comfortable. Note to improve: songs can be chosen from the app but the instructions are not clear (not clear for first timer). The QR code is hidden in the karaoke machine ☹️ it took me 10 mins to figure it out If this can be printed out as a flyer (instruction + QR code) then it’s easier to pass around and set up the app.

Used to come here often as they are one of the few karaokes that open till late, however my latest visit has left a bitter taste on my impression of this place. Maybe because we always ordered hard liquor here so we did not notice, however for this particular visit we ordered beer towers, and were shocked by the amount of beer the towers give here. Basically for the towers here they do not pour to 3 litres, together with the iced cover on top they bring you a “3 litre” tower. The cover together with the ice takes a huge chunk of volume out. They are prolly only providing you with 2.5 L of beer and telling you it’s 3 L with the covering and ice. There’s a reason why the 3L mark is not at the brim of the tower, so that when you put the ice covering it reaches to a height that shows a full tower, not a half filled tower. Those who come here please take note. If it’s really like what the staff claimed as management SOP then I’ll say everyone is being shortchanged here cause that’s not a 3L tower, you’re better off with 2 jugs then. After we highlighted this to the staff, the staff offered a jug of beer to make up for it. We appreciate that gesture but felt like we have to bring this up in our review of the place.

Not a frequent Karaoke go-er review, but I must say the prices ain’t cheap.. 💰 for over $1k, we had 7 hours of singing, 6 towers of beer and 2 small plates of snacks - not sure how this pans out against the other outlets but it’s not affordable to me.. 🍺 the beer seems diluted.. the 6 towers of beer were mostly finished by 3 pax (and a couple others who took a cup here and there) 🎶 was told that latest songs weren’t updated too, though the sound system were okay to me 📖 booking system were lacklustre, calls and emails were generally not responded to, my friend had to go on site to confirm his reservation All in all, not a place I would frequent or visit, but in any case it was a night we all enjoyed 👍🏻

Reservation - nobody picks up the line, and no reply via whatsapp until I had to ping them 3 days later. Guess what's their reply? That I've to pay a deposit of $20 to secure the room. It used to be $8 and they recently increased to $20 - this amount can be deducted from the final bill on the actual day. Food and drinks - The customer service via whatsapp told us no outside food, but when we arrived at the place they said that they have no food currently because chef is away(?) Wasted our time getting food when that time can be used to sing instead. Ambience/ Quality - Room was very small and stuffy, and they did not even clear the room - mess made by the previous occupant was still there. Obviously not sanitised. Shouldn't they take hygiene more seriously during this pandemic? Songs were also not updated lol. My friends and I forgot to deduct the $20 deposit from our final bill and until now (2 weeks later), I'm still chasing them daily. CS still has the cheek to ask me for receipt. Shouldn't they keep a record in their system lol probably first and last time I'm gonna be here.

One of my recommendations for KTV. I tried others but this one really works for me, with the price, ambience, the songs, and the food! Will surely come back here again. 😊👍

Not the best experience with the karaoke. Environment: Sticky floor with vomit smell throughout. The staff was not the most friendly as well. Song choices: The machine was not as efficient sometimes but the quality and quantity of songs was one of the best ever. Impressed and was the saving grace of the karaoke.

Was quite skeptical before I came as the room price is slightly higher compared to some other karaoke places. But I'm wrong, you pay what you get, in fact their price is competitive with the other karaoke place at Orchard Central. 1) Great service - Was greeted by the staff at the counter and we were assigned the room without waiting. 2) The room is very spacious for 2 of us, I think it can fit even more and this is the smallest room. 3) The sound system is really good, and also you can adjust the pitching/key. For those who want to sing in lower/higher key. 4) The skewers are very nice (mala style) especially the enoki bacon! 5) The staffs were quick to respond when you call for their service. 6) Bonus, there are 2 power plugs in the room! For those who always have to charge their phone. For those who are contemplating which karaoke place to visit, you can try this. 👍🏻

When in Rome? Singing loud, with a room full of friends doesn't get any better than this place. Spam fries are incredibly good, who would've thought? Service when the bell was pressed was very fast and they were happy to help in any way they could. Song selection is also fantastic. Will be back.

NOT A SAFE PLACE STAFF USING VULGARITY 1st thing i made a reservation by afternoon for orchard site, and when i reached the location, they've informed that there wasn't any booking made, and the 2nd time i called they said that i was booked at bugis cube.(very bad service) 2nd i spoke with their staff named AJ at 313@somerset, she is too too too rude like i owe her something and called me a "B!TCH" and say "FVCK YOU" to me when i just asked her to be polite talking to a costumer. 3rd, i informed their main hotline regarding this incident and she told me that she'll call me back but 24 hrs i never even receive any call nor apologies. I'll lodge a complain and raise a case on this ktv. NOT A SAFE PLACE, their staff are very very rude and unprofessional, more like a gangster. GO AT UR OWN RISK.

Terrible experience. Made a reservation for 3 hours and my room was given up despite me informing that I was nearby but will be late due to bad traffic and I was stuck in a jam. And I was indicated that I was perfectly okay to pay for the full 3-hr room rate. If you want to be so tight on timings, then why bother allowing reservations, just take 100% walk-in customers.

outlet manager was unprofessional & rude from the moment we arrived. we kindly checked and requested if its possible to change our reservation timing to start an hour later from the original timing but manager raised his voice & said he was not going to let us change the timing (his colleague said it was possible but manager was just unwilling to). his reasons for not letting us change also didn't make any sense & showed clear lack of professionalism.

Service and atmosphere was really good will definitely recommend to those looking for late night karaoke. Alicia was so warm towards us and helped with our requests!

There were rooms available when we reached during off-peak hours! The rooms were alright, although it did smell slightly like smoke. Would have expected a slightly better environment at this Somerset location. Otherwise, service was prompt! Staff were helpful in taking payment by card to save time for us when we were singing. Mobile phone payments have to be made at the counter, so do bring a physical card along if you'd like to spend more time singing!

The service at Somerset is very terrible. We go at night 11pm. The two fat girl one with glasses and one without glasses is very rude. The girls with glasses even ask us to take away our bag on table in impolite way. Cause dun have too much place to put the food even she already put the food on the table. End of service even ask us to clean the room for her. “Super good service” that I never be treat like this before. Please do not go there again and you will be scolded like you work there.

As the have fun from cineleisure was full we decided to go to the one from Somerset , what a mistake! Rude behavior from the staff, the room was so small, the ac really strong , glass door with the staff watching us every 5minutes and overpriced 200$ for 3hours. Will not come back!

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH, I WOULD COME HERE EVERYDAY. Alicia who served me, really help with technical issues. As it was my first time singing karaoke @ this location, she guide on how to use the system. THE SERVICE HERE IS REALLY 100% GREAT. Did i mention their snacks are really good? I would like to thank alicia and the other staffs that made me feel comfortable. They were really patient and friendly. 💕💕💕💕

Lady at the front desk is pretty rude. I’ve been here 3 times; and every single time she has a real attitude, it ruins the experience. Today, I made an appointment and when I arrived she told me “ I called you so many times why didn’t you answer” - she called me when I was like 10 steps away from the place, and it’s just rude to talk to people like that. I also asked for 1 hour and she said “we don’t do 1 hour” - the last 2 times I both did 1 hour, so she flat out lied. When I pointed this out, she changed and said “we won’t be able to extend”. The man is actually very lovely but the short Chinese lady with glasses in the front has a bad attitude and it ruins the experience because she’s the first person u speak to.

Service is amazing, will return with my friends! This is the only outlet that closes at 6.30!!! Thank you Jan for your fantastic service 😉

First time at HaveFun KTV. Attended by Alicia and a very tall guy who has been helping us. Very good service by the both of them. Very helpful and good system over here compared to a lot of other KTVS. Would come back again.

The system kept failing, 5 times and counting. I’m sitting here as I type this review. First no sound, restart. All our songs choose again. Then no image, restart, the songs all choose again. Third, the system in the midst of a song restart by itself, all the songs choose again. You can imagine the next 2 rounds. They couldn’t give us another room, even tho they were the one who suggested it 😂 Oh, cuz they’re full- in hindsight. It spoiled the entire experience, we asked for a discount, they could only waive off 2 drinks. Wow, that sure made a lot of difference. I will never be back. The sound system sucks too because there’s a lot mic disturbances. There’s other places better than this, horrible service recovery.

Staff is kind and good. Really love the vibe here. Service is fast and excellent! The food here is yumyum ! Esp the skewers and the chicken skin! Really enjoyed my time here with my friends! Will totally come again! Pricing wise i would say its consider cheap as it's located in town area. They have package for alcohol as well. Really worth my buck !!

Nice room, food ok, staff don't always respond to service button. Food is expectedly overpriced but beware the "snack package". You get less food than ordering each item a la carte, and it still costs almost as much.

As someone who is afraid of cockroaches, it was not a great time having others kill 4 cockroaches throughout my time there. They were crawling on walls and the sofa and seem to live inside the sofa 🤮. Disgusting and wont be going back. The cockroaches are some more medium sized.

Not many ktv open till this late in Singapore. This one really 96 very swee. Price point is very worthy for their package. Room is very cozy and with the lighting like in siam diu. Quite alot of manyao songs. Food is very good serve hot. Service staff very friendly. Service very good.

NOT Entertainer Friendly. Made a booking to use with the app, only to be rejected when arrive. Horrible management. Responding to the owner's reply: Your explanation is totally different from the counter staff and the staff on the phone. I called in advance to make a reservation with the entertainer app and the staff told me over the phone that the room is available. But when I got there I was rejected at the counter as apparently the app can only be used on weekday. This is not true as it was not stated and I have been using the app for the whole year. I wish I can be more understanding but I'm sorry to say I most likely will not be going back and will not recommend to others based on my experience. Wish you all the best.

Superb sound system! Very sensitive mics (they offer mike covers too) and easy to use ordering songs interface (have experienced really bad ones). You can sync up ur phone too. Tv resolution is good. Entertainer one for one offer is great value to try out the place. I used on a Sunday night and had no issues as I told them about it when reserving. Staff even helped to inform me which voucher is better to use. Quite a small cosy place so recommend to make reservations. A bottle of water costs 7-8 dollars tho, they should offer normal types if not people will just buy from ntuc. One drawback is the rating of your singing option whereby the comments are hilarious but the system doesn’t detect our singing most of the time. ??‍♀️ didn’t use this function after. Rooms are also quite close to each other and can hear people screaming into mics, but then again no amount of sound proofing will block their noise.

always love the vibe and sound system of this ktv but they always forget to bring the snacks that come with the package if we don't order alcohol!

Staff didn't acknowledge the promo and agreement that was discussed when we took up the package. In return, they refuse to refund the excess they charged , mentioning that they can't revert due to POS constraints, which I didn't heard of elsewhere. And often their voucher, which we definitely not coming due to such experience. Definitely disappointed.

One of the best karaoke with multiple functions

I had a great experience there with my friends. The sound system & the food is good. There’s a young girl who is very helpful towards me as she helps me when I need help with operating the song selection panel. Food came fast and the staff there were very friendly and efficient. I will come again soon:D

Very extensive collection of Chinese songs, including many not available at their competitors,and with original MTV. English songs are a bit more limited. Japanese songs do not generally come with furigana.

We had a 4pm booking on a thursday afternoon and were there 5mins earlier. Reception told us come back 10mins later which we did and again told us come back later!!! For the 3rd time we went back and was told room not ready and totally no other explanation!!! Total let down even after we had booked room few days in advance . We wasted half an hour of our time and their reception couldn't even be bothered.

I love the vibes at this KTV and the wide variety of songs they have 🫶🏻 my favourite is how comfortable and spacious their rooms are and how clean they maintain the room 💋 it’s so cute that they have a mini stage, feels like I’m really performing and being a mini celeb hehe 😉 I think it’s a nice place to sing once in a while and have some fun!!

Staff was so rude, kept opening the door every 20 minutes randomly to check our table. The staff hit some of us with the swing of the door and when we expressed displeasure he said he knocked (we obviously didn’t hear it over the karaoke)…… they were really super rude and untransparent with price. Terrible terrible service, there are much better places.

I booked this place for my company after party and Alicia helped service my company party for 20 pax and they were really helpful with our drinks and gave us a good package deal for us to sing and have fun. Would totally recommend this place a 100%!!!! Thank you 😆😆
