Before I went in, I saw that the express gel nails was $18, I asked the person if removal was free because I have gel nails. And she said ‘yes yes it’s free’. So I went in, asked the manicurist if I can mix the colours, she was like ‘ya can’. When she was doing my gel nails, I told her that I want my second and third finger to be glitter and the rest will be red and she said ‘ah if you wanna put extra colour must add $5’ , she was also damn rough with my nails and she didn’t even shape my nails properly, there was also like small dots on my nails (maybe due to dust or whatsoever) and she overpaint my nails. And at the end of it she charge me $23 and I’m like..... isn’t it $18? Imagine if I didn’t speak up... I will get ripped off just like that.... first time and my last time here... oh and normally nail saloons apply 3 coats.... they only applied 2 coats and their gel polish is the worst one I’ve ever seen..... SO NOT WORTH IT

Terrible place, would not recommend. Offered me student price for gelish manicure then halfway during process told me no student promotion as it’s cny period. Then they suddenly said there’s a $10 surcharge due to CNY. Nails were poorly done, my French manicure tips were so thick and she didn’t clean the excess nail polish out well either. One week in and the gel nails are already chipping. HIGHLY TERRIBLE workmanship and customer service.

Decided to do "express gel mani + pedi" for $30. I think they are from Vietnam, so it's really difficult to communicate with some of them. The colors that i chose were pretty, but they didn't do too well on applying them. I didn't notice it at first only until much later. And there were no cuticles cleaning also. Just file & buff and proceed to paint the nails. But i guess, from far, it looks nice. When i wanted to pay via nets, she took my card and asked me to wait. So i took back my card and asked, "where are you going?" Then she brings me to the Hanakura shop for the nets machine. Will i come back? Nope.

Horrible service, noisy and no skills at all. I have been visiting this shop for awhile and it is getting from bad to worst . The manicurist cut my flesh while cutting my nails. In addition, she couldn't even cut my nails properly. My nails is now in very weird edgy shape. Totally regret coming here before CNY

Had a very very bad experience, I went there for pedicure, one of the lady have not at all done properly she applied scrub on my foot, without scrubbing she immediately washed it with water. And later on she has not done massage also. I told her to do . That too she did with out any interest. Don’t go there it just a waste of time and money. Very bad service 😞

PLEASE DONT GO. DONT BE THE NEXT VITIM. Have signed afew package from them and I didn't go for few months and the shop close down just like that without informing you. How bad is the service you should know. Money just go to waste can't be refund. And the boss have sub to her fren/cousin to do. Please be aware not to fall prey to it and they jus open another shop in bugis. Heard is fu lou shou there nearby level 15. They will keep change your appt and say not free. Cos they con ur money and ignore you.

Very bad experience with them. Signed a package once and never will want to revisit again. They rushed through the mani pedi session. Gelish manicure wasn't even properly painted. Forced me to pay extra because I refused to renew my package there. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Not recommended. My gel polish chipped off after 2 days. Done by Vietnamese. They have 2 shops. Their color palette were very dusty. Hygiene level is low. Have to pay additional $5 for a additional color. My 1st & last time.

worst nail shop ever? like the person who did my nails was 16 years old and inexperienced . we ask them if there was French nails not gel, they said have so they drag us in the shop without knowing the price, the final outcome was ugly . very ugly. and charged us for $16? we thought classic manicure was $8 but it became $16. totally a waste and time of my money. and they did not clean the mess they did to my nails and jst left the remaining nail polish on my skin there . they didnt even bother removing it.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE for your own good!!! Unless you are looking for regret. 1. Lack of proper hygiene and disinfecting procedures. Everything was covered in nail dust. The shelves the bottles of polishes. Just ugh. 2. Extremely rough with my feet, kept grabbing my ankles to reposition my feet till they hurt. Totally zero customer service or etiquette. Water in the footbath basin was cold. 3. No techniques, no skills. Polish was super uneven. Shaping was all over the place. Basically they did it as if they didn't give any $hits. Damage was $55 for a gel pedi, results were worth not even $5. Lol. I suffered so you don't have to. JUST. STAY. AWAY. PLEASE. Trust me.

Did my nails yesterday for the 2nd time and the manicutist that did for me do a good job so i will highly come back if i ever need to do nail extension

Rude staff. Just merely asked her question and she got annoyed.

Worst service experienced. Server was rude and unprofessional. Throughout the service, she kept pulling my hands very roughly and scolded me even when I moved very slightly just to adjust the cloth which prevented me from putting my hand in to the UV Ray. In fact she made a “tsk” sound when I requested to try colours and glared at me. End result: French manicure was crooked, nail polish left on my finger, and skin was slightly torn from her cuticle pulling. Will not recommend this salon to anyone.
