Ordered a half-and-half 12" Bismark and Zazz pizza. Very good smokey flavour in the crispy crust! Toppings are excellent... The truffle cream is excellent! All for about $40. Got free parking on Saturday with the Fraser app as well!

We had ordered a delivery few weeks back. (4 cheese pizza, salads) Very impressed by the texture of the pizza crust. So we decided to visit the outlet today. Still taste great as last time. However, the Filipino waitress was not in a good mood today! Not feeling welcome at all. Zero service and inpatient!

One of the best wood fire pizzas in Singapore. One of the few places that I will consistently go back for pizza Classic combination for 2 1x Margherita pizza. Classic pizza that is so thin and tasty. Pair it together with their herb infused olive oil to get the ultimate combo 1x angel hair spicy prawn pasta. This pasta packs a punch, the strong prawn taste and special in house spices prove to be a solid kick. 10/10 will order again The sides - truffle fries solid, good friedness on the fries. - calamari and garlic bread were nothing to shout out about

Food is average at best. Pizza is more on a chewy side, Angel hair pasta tasted “Chinese style”, calamari more on a blander side, chicken wings was normal. Truffle fries not bad.

A nice and quaint wood fired pizza in a corner of Cross Street Exchange! The pizzas were really good with fresh ingredients and chewy dough. We got 2 pizzas and 2 pastas and it was enough for 7 of us to share. The pastas were nothing special in my opinion, so I’d really recommend getting the pizzas instead here!

While walking pass it before the restaurant opened, I thought it was just one of those chain pizza shops nothing to shout about. However turns out I was wrong on both counts! It is not a chain restaurant and definitely a pizza place to shout about!! The wood fired pizza was fabulous and the waiter was very attentive. There was selection of both cream based and tomato based pizza. Both we tried and both were good. Generous toppings on every slice and taste was just nice. May 2022: second visit and had the Zazz pizza. Was good though we thought the cream base was a disappearing act.

Small corner joint right by the side entrance of Cross Street Exchange, it doesn't look fancy but the food is superb! They have a wood fire oven so the pizzas have slightly charred edges and taste delicious. The pastas and risotto were also absolutely delectable and would not lose in quality to any high end fancy restaurant. Tried their gelato (lemon sorbet, black sesame and straciatella flavours) and they were all very good and portions were generous. A lot of their ingredients are house made or house prepared and it's easy to tell that the owner/chef takes a lot of pride in his dishes. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant and I will definitely visit again!

Pretty good pizza but mid pasta. Pizza was perfectly cooked with a nice base, crust and toppings. Would come back to try their other menu items. Pasta could’ve had more flavour, just didn’t hit the spot. Service was okay, restaurant was quite small and all tables were taken when we got there.

Made a dinner reservation for Saturday evening after hearing rave reviews about this place. Unfortunately, service was lacking as we were squeezed at a tiny table (could barely fit 2 dishes) in the corner upon arrival, with our original table being given to another group who had walked in. Parma Burrata Pizza was tasty, but not something spectacular and also rather expensive. Bruschetta Platter was not too bad, and overall ambience of the place was so-so.

Fantastic brick oven pizza and great service. Outside and inside seating, although I am told it gets busy. Rockstar parking in front. We had the buratta pizza which was heavenly, and the salad with pesto sauce. They also beer and wine. Highly recommended. Also: Don't use the Quandoo reservation system via the Google Map app. It is unreliable with this restaurant. Reserve directly on their website or call them.

Contrary to the name, I actually found the pastas to be nicer than their pizzas (which were a bit pricey)! Especially the veal cheek pappardelle (that was 5 stars)! The service staff were friendly and super nice, even offering to give a toddler some ice cream when his arm got hit by the mall door

love the pasta made at this place! the pasta texture and sauce is done the way i love it. the pasta is freshly made! the pizza has the doughy texture and generous with the ingredients. chicken wing is well done with enough spice on top. Thank you for making this a great meal with my family :)

Mushroom risotto was creamy and rich, however the pizza was poorly done. When taking out the slices, only the crust would come off, sans the cheese & toppings. To get the cheese and toppings, you had to use a fork & knife to separate the ingredients and then place them onto the pizza. Not really the experience one looks for when spending $30+ on a pizza. To top it off, there was so much excess liquid (I’m guessing from the improper draining of the cheese) that the plate had a little puddle in the middle, which made the pizza soggy and sloppy. Staff were more interested in talking to one another than serving.

Visited on a Saturday for a late lunch (after 2pm) and ordered pesto chicken pizza and truffle fries. Pizza was a little disappointing as it was a little too wet for our liking. When we took out our first slices to eat, there was “soup” or liquid flowed out of the centre on the plate. That was just how wet it is. Thankfully the taste is quite nice and the crust is good too. Perhaps we may return to try another pizza and perhaps request that less tomato sauce/liquid goes into it. We also ordered truffle fries, but it was rather forgettable. It is the thick straight fries, which didn’t have enough truffle aroma. We didn’t finish the truffle fries. Perhaps we may return to try another pizza and perhaps request that less tomato sauce/liquid goes into it. Maybe not so soon as the price is slightly on the higher side and it was not an extremely memorable first visit.

Love the parma burrata pizza! Really nice pizza, just that the dough can be cooked a tiny bit more, but even so it’s 4.8/5 for us already

Been here twice already and the standard of service and food is still superb! The wings and pesto chicken pasta are fantastic! I can't even tell which is my favourite pizza as all of them are equally delicious and well-balanced. Keep up the good work!

Easy going pizza place with great pizza. Cooked all the way to the middle. All the basics. Slightly pricey for a neighborhood pizza but same quality as a upscale pizza place. Highly recommend if you looking for good pizza. Meatball pasta and calamari were very good too Great for small groups to chill

Perfect place for pizza and pasta. Arrived here around 1830 and noticed all tables were already reserved. As it was still another hour before the reservations came in, the wait staff sat us at one of the tables. Subsequent walk-ins weren't so lucky. Good portion size and taste. Attentive wait staff. Limited seating. Makes sense to have a reservation.

The food was not bad. However, the ventilation inside was bad and your shirt will have smell when you leave the place. Air condition not cold enough. Other than that food and service was good.

Once I visited last week at ZAZZ Pizza. My experience was awesome. Their food was delicious which I eat rarely. Their ambiance was amazing and there staff is very friendly. I ordered a Zazz Pizza which is their signature pizza. And the recommended by a girl named Shalini, who works in the restaurant. I am really admiring her skills and her personality. She explained me very well about menus. She looks a very hard worker employee over there.

  • 5/5 Lucian T. 3 years ago on Google
Pizzas were excellent and the Parma burata was especially good.

  • 5/5 Ewin T. 3 years ago on Google
Beautiful! We had a half and half pizza (one pizza is great to share between two, and we just couldn't decide!) and I had the house red wine as well (delicious and persistent!). The staff were lovely — friendly, cheeky, and always helpful. The tiramisu was the best way to round off our meal. (It's legit — I dined here with my Italian friend last year and the tiramisu was good enough for him!) Not sure why it took me a year to revisit this place but I'll certainly be back soon! The COVID-19 precautions in place: Seats were spaced out and I felt really safe as I'd requested outdoor seating. Temperature taking is in place and hand sanitiser was available so I could dig in to the pizza with my hands with no worries! Favourites: everything I ordered!! Maybe next time I'll try the pasta...?

Withouth any doubt the best pizza in Singapore. The dough is always perfectly crisp on the outsider, the ingredients are of high quality and the staff is super nice. I simply can't get enough of it ?

  • 3/5 Felix S. 3 years ago on Google
The pizza was good (but not great to justify the price) One of the staff is great, the others feel a bit unprofessional.

  • 5/5 Chloe T. 3 years ago on Google
Incredibly good pizza!! They use a woodfire oven that makes the dough perfect - chewy but crisp on the outside. I've tried several different pizzas from Zazz and all of them are great but my favorite is for sure the meatball.

Cosy place. Warm, quick service with a smile. Dine in n takeaway experiences are both very gd. Definitely our go-to for quality pizzas and pasta. We love the pizzas: white Zazz, Mixed mushrooms, red Bismarck while also indulging in Squid Ink and Seafood pasta. Generous in quantity of ingredients at very reasonable pricing - Really worthwhile going all the way from Sengkang.

  • 5/5 Jenna 3 years ago on Google
First time trying Zazz Pizza during Circuit Breaker, and we were impressed with the state of pizza reaching us upon delivery. Quattro stagioni - impressively overloaded with aged salami, ham, juicy mushroom slices and big chunky artichoke with a perfect half boiled egg in the centre!! Mixed mushroom - this is our 2nd time ordering this, there will surely be a third! Huge cubes of juicy wild mushroom with thick drizzle of truffle cream, the use of pecorino cheese and thyme definitely brought it to another level. Love the leopard-spotting crust so much, it has this nicely airy and chewy texture! Highly recommend especially with free delivery above $60.

  • 1/5 Patrick R. 3 years ago on Google
Burnt, soggy pizza. Horrible! Chicken wings are frozen and come to you undercooked, crispy outside, bloody red inside. Same ole story with Singapore restaurant food. Always regret.

  • 1/5 Erin O. 3 years ago on Google
First time I ordered - 15 mins early. Second time I ordered - 15 mins late - had to call restaurant for update. Third time I ordered - 15 mins late - had to call restaurant for update and pizza hadn't even left the restaurant. Would have arrived over 1 hour late. I had given 2 hour lead time for delivery. Won't order again - too bad - their pizza was pretty good.

Go to place for pizza. The pasta is excellent there and the salad is always fresh and we love the nuts. Grilled prawns are super yummy. Updated 18/4/2020: still the best pizza in SG! Miss having it at the restaurant but delivered is just as good! Our weekly Zazz Pizza dinner continues!

I've always wanted to make a trip to Zazz Pizza to try their wood-fired pizzas but never had the chance. With the "Circuit Breaker" now implemented, Zazz Pizza started its island wide delivery service (free delivery for orders above $60!) and I took the chance to order 4 pizzas and a pasta over the weekend for the family - Contadina, Margherita, Bismark, the Zazz Pizza, and Spaghetti Carbonara. Take this from a fussy, picky consumer - the food from Zazz was definitely a welcome treat during this dull stay home period, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas and the carbonara. All the food arrived warm, well-packed, and within 10 minutes of my preferred time. Flavours of the pizzas were balanced and most importantly have that wonderful smokey, warmth that can only be achieved with a wood-fired oven. My personal favourites were the Margherita (this is my perennial favourite pizza flavour) and the Bismark. I was delightfully surprised with the Zazz Pizza as I recall never having had a pizza like it before while i was going through the menu description before ordering, but now know why it's a signature of Zazz. It was delish. Can't wait to make my next order and visiting the shop once the Circuit Breaker ends! P. S. Island wide delivery service ends 7 April 2020.

  • 4/5 Michelle A. 4 years ago on Google
Food was pretty good and value for money! The only downside was sitting Al fresco with no fans and it was a rather stale night, so it wasn't very comfortable for us. The service wasn't too fantastic, we waited a very long time for the desserts to be served despite asking for it thrice. Nonetheless, would go back for the yummy pizzas. Burrata parma pizza and mushroom pizza were delicious. Vongole pasta was a tad too salty.

Nice pizza place with wood oven baked pizzas to an affordable price. You have to order at the counter and the pizzas came to the table one by one which can be annoying if you are eating with a large group. There is a nice dining area but I didn’t get the cosy restaurant feeling. Tasty, high quality ingredients! I would go here again for the food!

  • 5/5 Matthew P. 4 years ago on Google
Seating area is small in the aircon area but if you like al fresco dining then they do hv extra seatings. Pizza here is great, you wouldn't go wrong. Try their meatballs, love it. Chicken wings is so so cause I prefer the spicy wet version at Pizza Face! Prices I think are reasonable.

Really good food! We had the Mixed Mushroom Pizza and Seafood Pasta, very good portions and quality ingredients. Small indoor air conditioned seating with more tables outside. Baby chair available, good for casual family dining. Will be back to try more of their menu and hope this time we’ll have space for desserts!

A nicely located pizza place in the middle of Rocher. It was a crazy hot day and we were suffering under the heat outside. They were really generous in giving us ice cold water as we enjoyed the really delicious pizzas. They were generous in their servings of meat and ingredients, making the pizzas more awesome. They serve wine and beer too!

A perfectly cooked pizza with quality toppings. You can't ask for much more. The Diovala was excellent. Looking forward to trying some of the other pizzas on the menu. Ambiance is very casual, which is nice for a quick lunch. I'd highly recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

One of the best wood-fired pizzas in Singapore. Agree w most of the reviews that this place is super underrated and am glad to have made my way to try this during a lunch with friend. The mushroom white pizza was flavour-laden yet had a light, crispy thin crust. Tiramisu is also pleasant to end off the meal. Note that they don't serve free water here but prices on menu are nett and there's no svc charge. Super recommend!

Great find next to Lasalle college of the arts, AMAZING HEARTY ZAZZ SALAD and delicious Aglio Olio! Quality ingredients used! Good pizza with a chewy crust - not as thin as 4Ps (Vietnam) but really considered a food find in SG.

Tried through their delivery. Parma Buffala pizza came with topping separately packed. Very delicious. Meat lovers pizza was good too, but not so impressive. A bit sweet for me because of caramelizes onion. Dough was ok. 4 types of Bruschetta, not the usual one with fresh tomato and basil balsamic but tasty too.

Celebrated my birthday here yesterday. Zazz pizza has friendly staff, they make you feel welcomed. Portion was good, 1 pizza is actually enough for 2 persons. But we really wanted to try another flavour, so had 2 pizzas instead. Ordered the Burrata+Parma pizza and the Mushroom pizza. Both were complimentary to each other, and flavourful! The heaven of the pizza is the chewy, yet crispy crust. Thanks for the enjoyable experience, will definitely come back again! 💯💯💯

High quality pizza delivered to your home. The pizzas ordered are their signature items, and are highly recommended. We ordered a zazz pizza and some pastas. The pizza was pretty good, mates had no complaints about their pastas so. I’m used to having pasta al dente so the overcooked meepok-like texture of the fettuccine bolognese gave ma a surprise for sure. Did someone forget it in the pot?

Ordered their parma burrata through their website. Relatively fuss free ordering process and they were true to the time for pickup. When i reach, i did not have to wait and just simply pick them up and go. The sad part is because of my 15 mins walk to home, the pizza kinda got cold quite fast, it still taste good but im sure it will taste even better there. Generous burrata and zazz salad was nice too.

  • 5/5 Colin C. 3 years ago on Google
Zazz does amazing pizzas - the crust is deliciously charred but tender-hot, and the toppings are so bountiful that they flow off the plate, necessitating the barbaric practice of eating it with a fork and knife. The one pasta dish we tried - salmon penne with pink sauce - was also very good, al dente and unctuous. We had, between the seven of us, 4 pizzas, a pasta dish, three starters, two plates of fried chicken, an order of parmesan fries, and two desserts - by the end of the night I was experiencing heart palpitations, excessive sweating, and an unquenchable thirst. No, this is not a place you want to be if on a diet or suffering from hypertension.

Went there a couple of times and the food/service never disappoints! The burrata is a favourite of ours =) When I expressed my surprise at how much of a kick their chilli has, the Chef-owner revealed that their chilli is actually made in-house. He even obligingly took a photo with the chilli he was sharing with us. Take note if you can't handle the spiciness! Venue is cozy and a bit of a walk if you don't drive. Visited in April 2019. (Sorry it took me so long to post those chilli!)

I came here for dinner & had the Bismarck pizza, Zazz salad, saffron seafood fettuccine & burrata with ham platter. The food came pretty quickly too. And Wow, the pizza was really good, and it was my fav dish among the nice dishes we ordered. The crust is crispy yet soft & flavourful & the flavour of pizza (it’s got truffle, ham, runny egg - yummy) was really good. We were given a spicy olive oil & it goes really well with the pizza too. The pasta was really good too. Highly recommended; will return more more

My husband and I have visited this place several times. Service is always brisk and good. Pizzas have consistently been of good quality, including the addictively chewy dough baked in the woodfire oven. We especially like the burrata pizza. We have also tried a couple of pasta dishes like the spicy prawn, seafood, meatball etc and they didn’t disappoint (yet didn’t blow us away). Prices are fair and place does get crowded at dinner time so do make reservations beforehand. Definitely my go-to pizza parlour when I’m in the Bugis area.

This restaurant knows how to make things better when things go wrong. The kitchen delivered our two meals 40 minutes apart, late in the evening. I complained and they immediately found a solution that made me and my wife happy. Very sincere and conscientious staff. Well done.

Very very yummy pizza indeed with very good quality ingredients , but they also come with a price tag. Although without paying any service charge as well as GST the pricing is not so bad after all. The atmosphere is quite casual and lots of young folks, which was a positive point for me as well. Will go back again.

I’m a pizza lover and this gotta be the best pizza in Singapore ever!! The crust is soft & chewy and their toppings generous. Not only are their pizzas amazing, their pastas are also outstanding. This is one of the few restaurants in Singapore that does a good job with both. My fave combo is the Zazz pizza and squid ink pasta and I can’t wait to visit again!

The food and service of this shop is impeccable. The wood fire pizza is really out of the world with right amount of crisp and umami from the toppings. Another great point is the waiters are super friendly with our kids and always attentive to us. We are very happy with this experience and will certainly back to try out more from the menu.

Delicious food although a tad pricey. Service was very warm and friendly, with good recommendations. The dough of the wood fired pizzas was amazing - light, chewy, slightly charred - but we felt toppings could be saucier. The veal pappardelle was delicious. Would give 5 stars if the ambience and decor were cosier, price may be too steep for a casual place.

We had an amazing night! The pizza was wonderful! Delicious dough, well stuffed, warm and tasty! The bruschetta was also very tasty, varied and served as an excellent starter for two people. The creme brulee was divine! The atmosphere was clean and organized and the background music was awesome! But certainly the service was the differential, everyone was very nice, helpful and friendly, especially Maria who was talking a lot with us. I will certainly be back!

Pizza was average but the pasta was great! Ordered the seafood linguine and it was a 5 star! Mac n cheese was also nice , calamari was fine . The pasta seems to be their strength . Certain pasta dishes are priced on the high side while some are fine . Service was great , will support again :)

Food quality: + Chicken wings are to die for and must try, somehow they tasted much better when doing take away! + Delicious wood fire thick crust pizza, dough is delicious to munch on. + Pasta are nicely done. + Tiramisu are not bad, served interestingly in a coffee cup. + Chocolate lava cake has rich, flowing chocolate Food portion / Price: Portions are as expected and priced like Italian restaurant. Service: Rather quick and attentive. Crowd: Due to cozy size of stall, there tends to be crowds of especially over lunch to cater to working crowd. Recommend to reserve your space. Payment: Paywave, cash accepted.

I love searching online for authentic Italian restaurants, and my choice to dine at Zazz Pizza for the first time was satisfying indeed. They have a rather modern look for an Italian restaurant, which is okay since it is located in a shopping mall. Their staffs were polite but sometimes they might be far from their allocated station. The traditional taste of Italian was indeed present in the food, especially the pizza, followed by the pasta. I would like to comment that even the grade of prosciutto used for the pizza was presentable, as I have tried Italian restaurants serving low-grade prosciutto before. Their pasta recipe was well-prepared by their chef or owner, and all of their food prices were justifiable. Overall, the dining experience was boosted by the quality ingredients, as well as the wide selection of unique food choices!

Love the Happy Hour beer promo, carbonara and chicken wing that came superrrr hot and crispy!!!! We ordered fennel sausage pizza, to me it’s a 3 star it tasted quite average which isn’t as highly rave as my expectation. Calamari was decent as well. Over all is a 4 stars experience ..

Very good service and food. We went for a Sunday dinner. Found a place easily, we sat outside. Their happy hour menu is all hours and peroni on tap anyways was a good start! We ordered chicken wings and platter. Both were huge!! The platter was so generously filled with 4 kinds of cheese and 3 kinds of cold cuts. Very good! We were full just after that so we ordered creme brulee as dessert only. Will go back for pizza!!

Was craving a good pizza with my friend and since this place was around the corner we decided to give it go. Purely based on the decor I think I would have easily ignored this place because it's not as cozy. The food though is delicious, you can taste the freshness of the ingredients in the pizza cooked beautifully. Will totally go back again!!

This is still the best woodfire baked pizza here in SG, the dough is so soft and lets you have a good bite to chomp on, the toppings are baked to perfection, not too oily or dry, the flavours of the meat and cheese gets well balanced and highlights the mixture of aroma. The half+half pizzas are great too as it gives you the experience of two flavours in one.
