have
lots
of
room
for
improvement.
Lacking
knowledge
of
products.
Poor
attitude
towards
new
hobbyist
who
is
keen
to
learn.
(I’m
an
experienced
reefer
bringing
a
friend
who
is
new
to
the
hobby.
He
told
me
the
young
lady
at
the
top
floor
showed
zero
interest
in
clarifying
his
doubt.
He
asked
respectfully
but
was
brushed
off
just
like
that.)
They
were
awarded
Apac
Insider’s
BEST
ONLINE
AQUARIUM
STORE
2021.
The
service
I
received
ordering
their
items
from
their
website
was
by
far
the
worst
buying
experience
I
ever
had
from
a
local
store.
I’ve
had
2
delivery
orders
with
them.
1st
order
was
lighting
equipment
and
a
few
accessories.
It
took
them
2
weeks
to
deliver.
For
my
2nd
order
(giving
them
the
benefit
of
doubt
that
such
delay
was
common),
I
ordered
some
livestocks
and
the
order
was
delayed
for
more
than
2
weeks.
There
was
no
confirmation
from
freshnmarine
for
my
both
orders,
3
days
after
my
purchase.
I
got
worried
and
PM
them
on
both
whatsapp
and
FB
messenger.
I
only
receive
the
reply
2
days
after,
on
both
platforms.
In
addition,
when
my
livestock
was
delivered,
no
one
called
beforehand
that
it
will
be
delivered
that
day.
I
received
a
call
around
4pm
that
the
livestock
will
reach
my
address
in
30mins.
I
was
appalled.
I
had
to
rush
back
home
from
work
to
check
on
my
livestock.
They
were
in
a
plain
thin
plastic
bag,
hung
on
my
mailbox
of
my
gate,
under
the
scorching
sun.
When
I
PM
freshnmarine
on
this
issue
through
whatsapp,
they
mentioned
that
they
have
called
beforehand
and
they
cannot
do
anything
about
it.
Overall,
I
would
recommend
FreshnMarine
for
their
impressive
range
of
marine
products
and
livestocks
at
their
physical
shop.
Do
bring
in
an
experienced
friend
to
guide
you.
Note
that
their
items
on
shelves
have
NO
price
tags.
I
would
NOT
recommend
purchasing
ANYTHING
from
their
website.
REFRAIN
FROM
ORDERING
ANYTHING
ON
THEIR
WEBSITE.
Unless
you
don’t
mind
replies
days
later
and
delays
in
your
order
with
no
updates.
